Fantastic experience: It's a well run practice, and I am so glad I found it when I moved here. Yesterday I had to have a tooth out and I was terrified. The whole thing went off brilliantly with my dentist Sarah explaining each part of the procedure and after care slowly. I was treated with great kindness throughout. The dental nurse was also very kind and reassuring. I had been in pain for a few days ( on holiday in Spain) so I was delighted to get rid of the offending tooth. I recommend this dental practice to any scaredy cat like me.

Negative experience: Absolutely useless. Turned up to my appointment, made me wait outside because I was medically exempt from wearing a face mask during the Covid policy period. Then on top of that, rang me half an hour late for my appointment. Total rip off, and you can't even get parked nearby anyway.

Fantastic experience: I'm not afraid to say that I'm scared of the dentists. Not just scared, petrified! But I find John always has a way to calm my nerves and anxiety. Never does anything that I wouldn't be comfortable with, is very informative and a real gentleman. The hygienist duo are amazing too! I appreciate all the advise and conversation, especially advise in regards to my 2 and half year old. Literally everyone is super nice and friendly and with Covid times, everything is so safe and clean! Thank you for being a great practice.

I wouldn't go anywhere else, not just because of the fear of finding a horse's head next to my pillow when I wake up, but because he is a real gent, pleasant to be around, and makes me feel safe knowing that my teeth will live another day.
