Fantastic experience: Very pleased with my dental work, staff are very helpful,friendly and make yiu feel at ease, Very clean.

Negative experience: Had 2 appointments canceled when I really needed them after waiting months apart very bad costumer service, I use NHS I think thats why they cancel my appointment, I cant afford to pay 800 for 2 teeth to be removed, I just dont think they want to serve people getting NHS treatment

Fantastic experience: I can't speak highly enough of Calum & Colleen, who took fantastic care of me, throughout my dental implant procedure. I was originally apprehensive about the procedure, and undergoing serious dental surgery, but the whole process was explained to me patiently and in detail, and all of my questions were answered. It is a long process, as it involves a number of appointments, and healing time, but each step of the way I was well supported. At the end of the process, I could not be happier with the result.

Fantastic experience: It's just a brilliant practice

Negative experience: It is almost impossible to actually get to see a dentist at this practise. They have cancelled my appointment multiple times and each time they rebook it is for 3 months time. It has now been 2 years that I have been trying to see someone and been unable to with all these cancelled appointments. The receptionist are exceptionally unhelpful whilst trying to sort this out and say they only have space to see patients with severe bleeding or swelling. Once you actually get to see a dentist they are brilliant but it's an absolute nightmare actually getting to see one. Terrible customer service!!

All amazing dentists and very informative on what treatment and options are needed. My little one is registered here too. The reception is always clean and tidy. Would highly recommend to others. Fantastic experience: I have been with this practice now for about 2 years, and have found every member of staff wonderful. Zeenya is my practise dentist and she is just great. Probably the best dentists I've ever had, and being ex forces I never seen the same one twice for 23 years. I am getting an implant done and Calum is the constant professional. Every one of the dental nurses have been on top of it every time. Too be honest, they are often overlooked but they really are a stand out crowd. Lastly, front of house, the ladies at reception, they work fast but always ready to take time to look you in the eye and make sure you're okay. Truly cannot fault this practice.

Fantastic experience: Would highly recommend! As clichéd as it is, they gave me my smile back! Recently lost a front crown and needed quite a few appointments! The reception staff (especially Lynn) were great, not only got me appointments quickly, they phoned me with cancellations to help get my dental treatment even quicker! Really can't thank them and the dental team including Callum enough! Definitely 5 stars!

Fantastic experience: The quality of service I received was excellent and the staff were exceptional from booking, through to treatment. As soon as I entered the practice I received a warm friendly welcoming from both Colleen and Lynn at the front desk, they always go above and beyond to help. Paul made me feel comfortable during treatment and made sure I was ok throughout. He also gave me good advice on further treatments.

Negative experience: My experience with Dr. Sara at this dental practice was nothing short of appalling. My son is only 3.5 years old, and English is not his first language. Instead of approaching him with the care and patience you would expect for a young child, Dr. Sara spoke to him as if he were an adult—cold, unfriendly, and completely lacking in empathy. It was clear from the start that she had no interest in creating a comfortable or reassuring environment for him. When I raised concerns about her attitude and approach, instead of addressing them professionally, Dr. Sara outright dismissed me, saying if I wasn’t happy, I should “take it to another dentist.” This level of rudeness and unprofessionalism is completely unacceptable, especially in a healthcare setting. To add insult to injury, when I asked the receptionist about switching to another dentist within the practice, I was told that this wasn’t even an option. The lack of support, flexibility, or basic customer service from both Dr. Sara and the staff was disgraceful. This practice clearly does not prioritise patient care or satisfaction, especially for young children. I strongly advise others to look elsewhere if they value kindness, professionalism, or proper patient treatment. I reached out to the practice as requested, hoping to discuss my concerns further. However, I was informed that the Practice Manager is on annual leave and assured that another staff member would contact me. It has now been over a week, and I have yet to hear back from anyone. This delay and lack of follow-through have only added to my disappointment and reinforce my original concerns about the practice’s approach to patient care and responsiveness. I had hoped that the practice would take steps to address these issues promptly, but my experience so far suggests otherwise. I urge the practice to review its processes for handling patient feedback and concerns to ensure timely and respectful communication. Fantastic experience: Good show

Negative experience: I wasn’t properly anaesthetised during a difficult extraction . Poor communication is the underlying theme since my dentist was changed . Subsequently, the dentist had me in for an unnecessary appointment to collect my plate, where the “dentist” gave me said ill-fitting plate (or in her words wobbly!!) and told me to go and come back in 6 months. I could have as easily collected it at the reception as I have done in every other occasion when my plate required adjustment! Inappropriate dental advice eg. I have a significantly damaged tooth beyond repair according to the previous dentist, who was actually experienced , esteemed, and competent , that same tooth has caused me pain for months. Regrettably, she’s retired shortly after Bupa took over. When I communicated the issue re the tooth. It wasn’t x-rayed. Instead, I was advised to use sensitive toothpaste to cure it!!. The sheer disinterest, lack of common sense, and empathy encapsulates a general incompetence which is frankly astounding . Immediately after this hideous experience, I moved to another practice.

Fantastic experience: I Phoned in a panic today with a dental issue and both receptionists Sandra and Pauline (as I had to call twice due to technical difficulties with updating my medical records) were absolutely lovely, and very helpful. Especially knowing the surgery gets very busy , I found it very kind and reassuring to be put on the cancellation list after sensing my panic and told they would contact me straight away if a cancellation became available while awaiting my appointment Which is all a person can ask for and is very much appreciated .
