Fantastic experience: I have been at this surgery for years because my dentist, Mr K Singh, and Kerry are fantastic. Their experience and professionalism are invaluable to me as someone who can get a bit nervous and has a lot of health problems. They work together so well and genuinely seem to care about doing what is best for their patients. I can't fault their work and they are just lovely people.

I had an emergency appointment which both Dr Singh and Kerry could see i was in a state and very anxious. They explained my options and fees and put me at ease. 2 weeks later I returned just as anxious. Kerry held my hand while Dr Singh provided great dentistry. The after service was just amazing. Fantastic experience: Mr Singh and Kerry are an amazing team. They both always make me feel at ease (I can be a bit nervous). They both welcome me into the room and ask me how I am - with a genuine interest. They will chat to me while getting me prepped for treatment and this means alot that they remember details about me and my life. I've just had a new crown fitted and the whole service was easy and painless and I now have a really confortable, well fitting and well matched crown so I can smile and not feel self conscious. I'm not just a patient - I'm a person to them. Their service is professional and efficient while treating me with care and attention. Mr Singh will talk me through treatment options so I can be involved in decision making while his expertise leads the way. I always feel safe knowing I'm receiving the best treatment and care with Kerry and Mr Singh. I cannot recommend them enough!

Fantastic experience: My husband attended last weekend after several appointments with an alternative dentist. My husband had extreme pain, to the point he wanted to rip his tooth out. He was seen on a Saturday by Mr K Singh and his nurse Kerry, who both saw him when they were supposed to be doing home early. The lovely receptionist Larnie got him booked in quickly too. Mr Singh took his time to explain the procedures and best treatment options, providing excellent advice. Mr Singh went out of his way to stay later to help my husband and managed to save the tooth. Would highly recommend this practice. The dental nurse Kerry was also very helpful and friendly. Thank you Bupa, Witham.

Fantastic experience: Had my braces tightened on Saturday morning, they where running a little late but Larni the receptionist was very apologetic and kept me informed as too when I would be seen. To make it so I wasn’t too late leaving the practice she made my next appointment and took payment before I was seen, Larni is alway very friendly and always tries to accommodate my needs when booking future appointments for both me and my son.

I will be requesting him personally on any future visit as his approach was exemplary in giving me 4 options for the work that needs doing. No pressure to make a quick decision …. Fantastic experience: Went to have 2 wisdom teeth removed. The procedure was done quickly. Afterwards I became very dizzy and faint due to nerves and panicking. The staff were so helpful in helping me to come back around after the adrenaline rush. They were understanding and patient allowing me to lay down in a room with AC until I was feeling well enough to go home. It makes all the difference when in a vulnerable position like that.

Fantastic experience: My son has some additional needs, which means some situations can be quite scary or worrying for him, but the experience we had today was just really lovely, he was able to speak and say what he was OK with and what he wasn't ok with, and he was heard and listened too, he wasn't forced to do anything he was not comfortable with and he left feeling happy and confident and looking forward to his next visit, thank you!!

Fantastic experience: I recently had to have some major reconstructive work done to my upper teeth as over time they have worn down so much. I had a consultation with Mr Singh and he advised me on the best course of action and all that involved. A payment plan was provided with 0% finance which was a great help and relief. I have now had the work done and I am extremely happy with the outcome. The procedure was done very professionally, Mr Singh and Kerry made me feel very comfortable and filled me with confidence. A couple of adjustments were required ( I was advised that these might be necessary) and they were carried out very quickly, any time I needed to see them an appointment was made and the work was done swiftly. All in all I am completely satisfied with the Dental Surgery and all the staff members who work there, they were very professional and supportive and also very friendly. Top job thanks! Danny

Fantastic experience: I was referred here by my own dentist. I was seen straight away and Millie made me feel at ease from the moment i walked through the door. She was very attentive, making sure i was ok throughout the process and gave me clear instructions for what to do after the procedure. I had three teeth removed they were removed quickly with minimal pain. Mr Habib was very professional and talked me through the process very clearly, it was easy to tell he was highly experienced and i was in safe hands! The staff and the level of care i received was simply outstanding.

Fantastic experience: We have been with Mr Singh since he opened in Witham many years ago. Mr Singh and Kerry (who has been working with him for many years as his assistant) always make us feel comfortable and relaxed as one of my children suffers with anxiety and is able to keep them calm every time we visit and they work together brilliantly knowing what is required. Fantastic experience: Excellent care received by all. I had an emergency appointment yesterday, the receptionist got me in straight away. The new dentist explained everything and was so kind. Mr Singh also assessed me and reassured me they will look after me, both dentists agreed I need a tooth extraction by the surgeon that visits. I had a tooth removed this morning, I had heard so many stories about how painful a tooth extraction is. Well the Surgeon who removed my tooth was amazing. Explained everything, kept me calm, was pain free other then pressure, which he kept assuring me whenever he had to apply more pressure. The nurse was so calm and made sure I was ok. I was so scared, I was crying whilst waiting with anxiety. I rarely leave reviews but I want to assure others once you've had the injections, which is manageable pain it's a million times easier then I imagined. I recommend Witham Bupa to anyone that's nervous or needs a tooth extraction, or any dental care. Thank you all for being so lovely. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Fantastic experience: Came in to enquire in some teeth whitening. Reception was very useful and had loads of knowledge regarding the whitening. Was able to been seen by Mr Singh within a week for a consultation and impressions. Within in a week I received my whitening trays Mr Singh fitted them for me went through how to use them. The whole team was wonderful, practise is really clean and well looked after. Would really recommend.

Negative experience: Scammers. My dad had to have some work done, dentist told him it would all be covered in the £900 quote so he paid, got half the work done and was told the other 2 front fillings weren’t a part of the quote. Then to top it off after all the X-rats and only half the work being done the dentist has left and they’re saying he has to start over and pay again!! Disgusting behaviour towards someone who is disabled and in pain.

Fantastic experience: I was so scared about having a tooth extracted, but the receptionist that welcomed me was friendly and put me at ease. Once I met Samir Habib my surgeon and Millie my nurse, I was put at ease. Everything was explained, the pain relief meant I did not feel anything apart from “pressure,” which I had been told would be the case, and it was so quick I could not believe it. Millie was so lovely and really made me relax I cannot thank her enough. A huge thank you to all involved as it has restored my faith in dentistry which had previously been shattered. I cannot recommend this practice enough especially to those who are nervous.

Fantastic experience: I have just been fitted in as an emergency patient. I have to say I was so impressed with the care and consideration taken, initially by the receptionists, despite the practice being down on clinicians today. They sought permission for me being fitted in and encouraged me that the dentist would do all he could. Dr Singh quickly identified the problem, numbed my mouth with the minimum of fuss and no pain and in no time had removed the broken old filling and replaced it (and some of the broken tooth) with a new one. He talked me through what was going on and what care I should give it for the rest of the day. His assistant Romana was attentive and caring. I could not fault the service I have received here and with Dr Singh (as my regular dentist was not available). Very impressed indeed. The NHS service here is to be applauded.

Fantastic experience: Recently referred here by my own dentist for treatment. After waiting weeks and weeks for appointment to see my own dentist and being in considerable pain as soon as referred here my experience has been faultless. The receptionist I spoke to was very kind and was able to offer me an earlier appointment due to level of pain I was experiencing. I was super nervous and the dentist who treated me was very gentle, checked in throughout the procedure to ensure not in pain, the nurse was also very kind and patient. Super impressed with level of care offered, only wish they are taking on new patients as would register here if I could.

Fantastic experience: I have been going to Mr Singh for 32 years .Along with his dental nurse Kerry I feel I have been looked after and they are both calm and reassuring considering I'm a very nervous patient . Thankyou both .

Positive experience: It was my first experience with Bupa and found it very good and comfortable.

Negative experience: I am extremely disappointed with the service at Buppa Whitam. The receptionist is non-existent. Calls are rarely, if ever, answered, making it nearly impossible to get in touch with the practice. What’s even more frustrating is the absurdly long wait for appointments. While most orthodontic clinics schedule brace adjustments every 4 to 10 weeks, I’ve been forced to wait an outrageous 17 weeks for my daughter's next appointment. The receptionist is unapproachable and complains that the dentists left a year ago. This is completely unacceptable and feels like a joke. The lack of organisation and communication shows a disregard for patient care. I would not recommend this office to anyone looking for reliable and professional orthodontic treatment.

Negative experience: Used to be my NHS dentist, felt like each check up the dentist was just trying to sell me private treatments.

Fantastic experience: I had to have a wisdom tooth out with Dr Samir Habib. I was absolutely terrified beforehand but he and his nurse were absolutely amazing. The nurse in particular was so comforting and reassuring and answered all questions I had. The procedure itself was as quick as anything and totally painless. Dr Samir Habib made sure I had plenty of local anaesthetic and had the procedure over and done with in minutes. My regular dentist said it was a complicated case. When booking the appointment, the receptionist said he was a wizard and now I am in total agreement. The best of the best!

Fantastic experience: Been using Dr Singh for many years. The only dentist I have trusted totally in the years of having to go them since a kid. Cannot fault him , his work or his customer relationship. Same also goes for my hygienist Sophie Court. Excellent customer relationship, very friendly and helpful and puts you at ease . Fantastic experience: I have been coming to this practice for over 20 years to see Mr Singh. Had an appointment today for a root canal with Mr Singh and Kerry. I was extremely nervous of this procedure. But as soon as I walked in they were friendly, professional and made me feel as ease. I had a local anaesthetic and felt no pain at all. Negative experience: I been there for 3 extraction and the toock out only 2. The doctor was tough and scary. Didn't wait for the injection to do the effects and he start to pull my teeth out. I'm disappointed and I was shaking. This happend 3 days ago and now my teeth is infected.

Fantastic experience: I have been coming to Karamjit Singh for around 15 years now, and having had so much work done on my teeth, I wouldn’t go anywhere else: Karamjit and his nurse Kerry make me feel so at ease, and are both so lovely and welcoming. He always goes above and beyond to see me when it’s absolutely necessary, and makes sure I’m squeezed in for an appointment if I need to come back for anything. My little boy now comes to my appointments, having had to experience another dentist when karamjit was away, he was completely traumatised, and now won’t see anyone else, and neither will I! Karamjit you are not allowed to retire, I will track you down!

Fantastic experience: Been in for my appointment yesterday with Mr Singh and Kerry. Have been coming to the surgery for it must be about 18/19 years now. Feel extremely lucky to have been looked after by Mr Singh the whole time. Him and Kerry are the most calm, friendly, professionals and together are the total A Team.

Fantastic experience: I have been with this practice since moving to Witham in 2003 and have always seen Mr Singh, who along with his assistant, Kerry are absolutely brilliant. As a disabled person with chronic pain and on long term opiate medication my teeth have deteriorated and I have lost most of them. On Tuesday 03/10/23 I had 5 teeth removed by Mr Singh. Normally I would be referred to the hospital due to my pain condition and my anxiety, however Mr Singh assured me he would be able to do the extractions as the wait time for referrals was so long. I was extremely anxious, and could not stop shaking, but Mr Singh and Kerry really calmed me down, reassured me throughout, and even when 2 of the teeth were proving difficult all was done within 30 minutes. By the afternoon I was feeling great, and although mouth was sore and somewhat swollen I felt so much better than I expected I would. Mr Singh is the best dentist I have ever seen in all my 60 years and is an absolute credit to the NHS and the industry. I am dreading it if he retires.

Fantastic experience: I had quite a complex wisdom tooth extracted by Mr Habib and I am an extremely nervous patient. His skill, patience and empathy were exceptional. His dental nurse Millie was one in a million and helped keep me calm through the whole process - I never thought I would say thank you for a tooth extraction but here go - thank you Millie and Mr Habib, an amazing team!

Fantastic experience: I had a tooth removed earlier this week and the whole procedure was handled in a friendly, caring and professional manner (as it always is) by Mr Singh and his assistant on the day Lucy. Both were excellent! As is Kerry, his usual assistant. I always find all of the staff there to be excellent - including the reception staff who are always helpful and accommodating. Mr Singh you are not allowed to retire ever!
