Fantastic experience: Today I got to see doctor Mihai by chance, and that was my lucky ticket. I had the crown of my front tooth fall out yesterday and it's just before Christmas! I came to the clinic recommended by my colleague. I did not expect that they would have a free place, but to my great surprise and greatest joy, the man who was booked for that time could not attend the appointment and I was immediately offered to go to the doctor. The doctor is very positive, polite, cheerful, and most importantly - professional! offered several ways to solve my problem, most importantly at an affordable price. All ladies are so kind as well. Definitely would recommend this clinic.

La recepție ne-a așteptat o minunată doamnă, Ema, cu un zâmbet drăguț, am vorbit de parcă ne cunoșteam de multă vreme. Apoi am intrat în cabinet unde ne aștepta doamna doctor și doamna asistentă. Fantastic experience: I had wisdom tooth infection and my local NHS dentist could give me an emergency appoitment only after one week and that would be private and besides they would only look at it. I told them I have been in big pain but that's all they could give me . My husband gave me this clinic details and I reached them out and they gave me next day appointment already as considered as emergency! Lovely dentist lady saw me , I did forgot her name unfortunately, but she was lovely from my 1st appointment, explained everything in details what will happen and why it has to happen like that . Therefore, when I visited NHS dentists, all they done is just straight to the point without even saying anything. I think it is very important that patients are aware what are the next steps and so on....this clinic staff members are very kind, starting with receptionist and dentists ! I had today's another appointment to remove my wisdom tooth as everyone can imagine is the worse of the worse to do. I am generally very anxious about dentists as I had very bad experience in past , but this lady which I saw today for second time was really lovely and I could feel the way she talks, she knows what she is doing so I had that comfortable feeling with her as she ensured me all the times during the procedure which was not easy, that everything will be fine , and it was . All was successful and I can not thank more enough I do highly recommend this practise, yes you have to pay. But really I rather to pay and be sire that things will be done properly and I will feel comfrot and less anxious about dentists , than go for NHS where you can not get appointments when you need them, until you end up with heavy pain. ....thank you again to all lovely staff members!!!!

Fantastic experience: I have had a very good experience with Fitze Clinics for my regular checkups and teeth cleaning. Everyone I've seen at the practice has been friendly and kind, and the dental treatments provided are excellent. When I also had complications with my wisdom tooth earlier this year, they were able to make time to see me at short notice and help manage the issue.

Negative experience: I just put this review because the lady doctor made fell ashamed about my problems , and she made me feel really bad when i told her that I can’t afford 660£ for my treatment.

You had an examination with Dr Oana Anton and during this appointment the debtist has addressed your concerns and suggested a treatment plan. Being a private practice only the costs of dental treatments are different from the NHS ones. We offer our patients a treatment plan and an estimate cost of the treatment and finally is patient option if he/she wants to go ahead with the treatment. The alternative is to attend to an NHS practice where the costs of dental treatment are different from a private dental clinic.
I would also like to underline that during the consultation the communication between you and the dentist was a transparent one, she answered to all your questions and addressed your concerns.No doctor will make a patient feeling ashamed.Our duty is to be concise and transparent with all patients , but in the end is patient choice if they want to go ahead and have the treatment in a private clinic or an NHS one.
