Fantastic experience: My dentist is ayub, he is the best dentist, my whole family are under him. He is so thoughtful, and always asks about my other family members, he takes an interest in us all. He explains what he is going to do regarding dentistry, he is very thorough. Tracy his assistant is always smiling and checks we are ok as treatment is being done. She is so caring towards her patients too. I'm disabled so she helps me into the chair and ayub helps me out to the car as we use room 2 for me. Tracy on reception is so helpful, she always welcomes you with a smile, and always goes above and beyond to assist us in every way. She works really hard and without her, the dentist would fall apart. The only downside to the dentist is it could do with a lift, for the disabled!!!!! Thankfully ayub sees me when the room down stairs is not occupied as I'm on crutches and I just cannot make the stairs. I would recommend this dentist to all my family/ friends. I can't wait for the move so everyone will be on the same level . Well done my dentist, Don't let the 2 Tracy,s leave or ayub because I would have to follow them too. Fantastic experience: I am a Canadian citizen visiting family here the day I landed i had a chronic toothache I was looking at flights to go home after only being here for 3 days with no sleep and have been to the hospital taking every kind of painkiller available and nothing helped not even morphine at this point I wasn’t even sure I could make the 21 hours of travelling I decided to go see a dentist to which I found Ayub and his assistant I explained my situation and they gave me some options which I wanted to check in with my Canadian dentist before treatment now with the time difference I had 6-7 hours to wait after waiting for 2 hours I couldn’t handle the pain anymore and went back Ayub and his assistant which helped me right away Its now 5 hours after having the work done and I’m pretty much pain free (the pain I have is what I’d call normal dentistry pain) and I can enjoy the rest of my vacation. I can not thank them enough for helping me in a time of desperation this is a dentist I would advice people to use this dentist absolutely amazing service and compassionate people

Fantastic experience: I have been a patient at the Margate surgery for just a short while, but in that time I am so impressed with everything about the place. From the reception staff who are so welcoming and polite and so helpful, right through to Ezhilmathi (my dentist) and Lewis the dental assistant. They always welcome me when I walk into the room and they’re both so chatty and friendly. Ezhilmathi explains everything in detail and although she’s extremely professional she has such a warmth about her that puts you at ease. Lewis is simply a bubbly, friendly person who chats away as though he’s known you for years. They work wonderfully together and you know you’re in safe hands. They make going to the dentist a very relaxed and pleasant experience. I feel extremely lucky that I have a dental surgery like I do. Thankyou to all the staff at Mydentist in Margate ☺️

Fantastic experience: Went in for a tooth extraction, was a bit worried they would have to refer me to someone else as the tooth had snapped, filling fallen out and decaying. The dentist ( Ezhilmathi) was absolutely brilliant, got the rest of the tooth out in 1 piece. Alot more painless than I expected and all looks good.

Fantastic experience: I have been at this practice since 1991, albeit changing hands, but always a 100% professional approach. Today I had wonderful experience of Ezhilmati Selvarag , she was very reassuring and very professional throughout the whole procedure, also thanks to dental nurse , and the dental receptionists who always greet you with a smile and kindly words of assurance.

Ayub has a heart of gold and is truly the best dentist I have ever had, long may he remain at this practice! Another professional treatment carried out today by Ayub and his very lovely assistant Tracey 1-6-23. Always a fun,relaxed environment created by Ayub. Can't recommend enough! Attended today 15.11.24 and as always Ayub was simply charming and Alex his assistant was just lovely! What an actual pleasure it is to attend this dental practice as all the staff are delightful I feel lucky to actually have an NHS dentist so thank you Ayub and the team!!

Negative experience: I contacted the dentist today as a tooth is crumbling and I have a filling in the said tooth put in by the dentist there. As I havnt been in contact within 2years they have kicked my details off the system. Iv been a member for over 10years. Disgusted and disappointed! There was no communication from them to ask if iv gone else where. I'm a disabled person, so getting out isn't as easy for me most days. I also asked while I'm on the phone to book in my children for an appointment, this they refused to do and told me to ring back in August. I wonder if Dr surgeries kick people off the system also? The point of us paying tax ay...

Fantastic experience: Dr Kimeron is an angel. I have a phobia of the dentist and she made me feel very safe, explaining everything they look for and showing me the tools before using them. I’ve had other dentists in the facility since then and they’ve been very kind too but I have to give Dr Kimeron her credit. I wish she could do all of my procedures! For a private dentist the prices aren’t as staggering as you’d expect.

Positive experience: None of the receptionists have a brain cell to share between them, the young one with glasses just sits there doing nothing and the older woman with brown roots and blonde hair is rude and doesn’t seem to understand a simple request. The dental care is good and cheap if you can get yourself on their books though.

Fantastic experience: Have been coming to this dentist for a few years now as a family of 5 we have no complaints. Helpful receptionists, nurses and our dentist is superb! Absolutely fantastic with all 3 of our children they are never worried, put at ease and generally like coming and seeing the dentist. Dentist is friendly, kind and funny towards the children. No complaints here feel very lucky to not only have a dentist in the current climate but a fantastic one too!

Fantastic experience: I have had a massive fear of the dentist since I was a young child, but being with Kimeron has totally changed that for me. I first saw Kimeron when I was in excruciating pain with one of my molars. I’d been told by another dentist in a different practice I was in pain because I had an infection. When I met Kimeron she was welcoming, she is so friendly and really cares about her patients. I have never felt as comfortable with a dentist as I have in Kimeron’s care. Kimeron temporarily filled my tooth and stopped the pain I’d been in for weeks and confirmed my nerve was pretty much at this point exposed. We did everything we could to save my tooth but unfortunately it was not to be. Kimeron has filled another tooth which was close to the nerve, and I have to say - she spent so much time making sure she did it the right way. Kimeron calmed my nerves through my treatment by checking I was okay. After every treatment I’ve had Kimeron has always talked through things with me and shown me what things mean so I never leave without understanding of any treatment I may need. Honestly she is a wonderful dentist and you can tell she goes above and beyond for her patients. I wouldn’t go to anyone else now, Kimeron is the only one I trust with my teeth now. I have to say as well the practice is always clean and smells nice. The dental nurses who have been in with Kimeron have been much the same as Kimeron, pleasant to interact with and very caring. The receptionists are also really nice, and I won’t forget the one who went out of her way to try and get me in as soon as she could because I was in pain. Thanks for all your care.

Negative experience: Disappointed. Over covid I didn't have an appointment so I have been removed from the NHS register. There was no warning or communication about this. They are now not taking NHS patients, but have space for me privately. I know I probably have some personal responsibility, but the customer service was poor.

Fantastic experience: I'm making this review on behalf of my Wife who is absolutely petrified of going to the dentist. She had to have a dental check up before undergoing chemo therapy for breast cancer last year. She saw Dr Kimeron Lobo who was so good with her and put her at ease. She has since seen Kimeron as she needs further treatment and is not now so nervous about seeing the dentist.

Negative experience: took me off the list as a patient for being half of minute late when i had abses and suffering

Negative experience: I got taken off the register for a SECOND time, because apperently I didnt have an appointment since 2019, I have an appointment booked for 2020 which they cancelled due to covid. Then I rebooked for 2021 which again they cancelled yet someone has noted down that I cancelled it. Absolutely appalling. Its a shame.because my children and here ans they are always so good with them, I was told by a receptionist to contact the Head receptionist about my situation, I've still had no reply almost a week later. I dont understand how they can kick me off considering in 2020 they was only taking emergency appointments, disgusting. And clearly new receptionists need to be put on the desk.

One of the receptionists even phoned me after I’d cancelled an appointment to see if I was ok because I sounded breathless on the phone. Amazing! Fantastic experience: I have had I lifetime of dental treatment, including 2 Harley Street and other top private dentists but my best ever experience has been the recent dental work done by Mr Ugen Padiachey at Mydentist at 3 High Street, Margate his care and attention to detail has been second to none. The recently supplied dentures are outstanding in fit and comfort. I just cannot rate them high enough.

Felt confident in the reception staff and their management of the appointments and the care taken to accommodate the special arrangements required for Covid. Treatment from the dentist was first class from the friendly greeting , the effort made to put me at ease during the treatment and the fine dental work done. Fantastic experience: I have like many other's have not been to the Dentist since Lockdown. My Dentist has kept me in the loop until I visited recently and this we had my treatment. On walking through the door I was pleased to be seen by reception staff straight away. The area clean and tidy and friendly reception. Sat for a few moments before being asked by Dental Nurse to follow her upstairs to see the Dentist. The Dentist and Dental Nurse were a really good team. I had every confidence with both throughout my treatment and felt relaxed at all times. The only downside for me was of no fault of staff. The building is old so stairs as not easy for all to manage. If a small handrail was placed so both sides of the stairs had a rail, it would make it easier to go up and down. Thank you My Dentist.
