Fantastic experience: Perfect surgery to visit especially if you’re nervous person. Sean and Tommy completely put you at ease and are kind, gentle caring people. Superb service and grateful thanks that at last in 76yrs of life it’s only the second practice I’ve felt totally at ease. Fantastic experience: This is a Dental Practice that deserves a 5 Star rating. Over the past few years the likes of Joe, Daljit and the support team have worked minor miracles to maintain my original teeth for as long as possible. However, earlier this year I had to face up to the fact that teeth that had been crowned many years ago were failing fast, luckily Daljit stepped up to the challenge and managed to fit quite a few implants and associated bridges so I now have a complete set of teeth once again which will hopefully last many more years. Fantastic experience: I was blessed to be recommended to Shaun Greaves at the Heath Dental Suite in Fleet Hampshire I had a dental emergency having recently moved to Berkshire I had to seek help locally a local dentist told me I had severe gum disease but could not be seen for a week having taken X-rays they informed me they would email me with an extensive list the cost of dental and gum work Fortunately I rang Heath Dental Suite asking to see Shaun Greaves fortunately he had a cancellation. Shaun was outstanding compassionate and kind and treated me with the urgency and professionalism I needed He was very honest with the work I needed as he informed me that I did not need the extensive work that the other dentist having sent him listed. The other dentist scared me with his diagnosis Shaun was honorable only to suggest the actual work I needed and put my mind at ease. It is rare to find a dentist that puts the patients welfare first I have a phobia of germs Shaun and his dental nurses Carol and Anita Pun made me feel safe with their infection control procedures. At every level Shaun is outstanding and to be comended as one of the top of his field periodentist and certainly for his honesty in dentistry: Thank you Shaun for successfully treating my condition and thanks to the Heath Dental Suite. Fantastic experience: This is by far the best dentist I have ever been to! The reception team are so friendly and welcoming and the hygienist Angel does such a great job at cleaning my teeth. My dentist Tommy is so warm and kind and most of all, TRUSTWORTHY! I actually look forward to my dental appointments now, rather than dreading them like I have in the past! Fantastic experience: Shaun, Jenny and the whole team at the practice have been nothing short of amazing! I was referred by my dentist due to a number of issues requiring their specialist treatment. For someone who has had a phobia of dentist for most of my life, being referred to another not long after feeling comfortable with my own, I was apprehensive to say the least. Both Shaun and Jenny the Hygienist have made me feel so at ease. Over the past couple of years, they have treated my issues (I had many), they have spoken to me about what they found, what they needed to do, what they are doing at each step of the way, and how I can help continue looking after my teeth better myself at home. I've not been back many times for routine appointments with Jenny, and a couple with Shaun, and thankfully, my mouth is a thousand times better than it was, "almost" to perfection. I honestly can't thank this dentist surgery enough, they have all been amazing, including the lovely ladies on the front desk! 10 out of 10 for friendliness, work completed and making a grown man who was afraid of a dentist, be able to walk into one now without collapsing at the door!!! Fantastic experience: I have nothing but the utmost praise for the expert, caring treatment I received from Joe Joubert. I am a layman, but it is clear that this is a specialist (endodontist) at the top of his game. Nothing seems to get in the way of him achieving complete success: my root canal work was painless, stress-free AND successful - despite the unusual nature of my root canals. To top it all, there wasn't the usual numbness for hours after the procedure, as one usually experiences after treatment by other dentists. So I could speak and have a drink of water straightaway without contortion. I don't know how he does it, but it's magic! I recommend Joe completely.

Fantastic experience: Following a referral by my usual dentist for acute gum problems in May 2021 Shaun Greaves Periodontist and Liz Pike Hygienist have administered the necessary treatment and ongoing maintenance programme expertly resulting in a noticeable improvement. I have been thoroughly impressed throughout with the way I have been treated and would confidently recommend this practice.
Fantastic experience: My visit was made enjoyable from the moment I entered with a friendly smile and greeting from the reception staff. Angel and her hygenist assistant were friendly and made me feel at ease. Angel explained clearly what she was going to do and gave me useful after care advice.

Fantastic experience: Tooth extraction to make way for implant. Bridge already in place which meant not much tooth to ‘pull’ - had to be ‘dug out’. Not the easiest extraction, but although an uncomfortable half hour or so, absolutely no pain. Simon talked me through each step - I think it gave him a good ‘workout’. After effects - none really, can’t complain.

Fantastic experience: I have been coming to the Heath dental practice for a long time and I really rate their practice. The hygienist and the dentist that I see are both so friendly reassuring and professional. They always put me at my ease and make sure that I am as comfortable as possible which for a nervous patient like myself is so important ! Thank you so much. Ps the only constructive feedback I would give is that I found the radio music in the waiting room which has been recently introduced a bit loud and intrusive. I would prefer a calm quiet environment in the waiting room .

Fantastic experience: Joe and the lovely Santa completed my root canal, not an experience I was looking forward to but I can honestly say it was pain free. Joe is very experienced in his field, he made me feel very comfortable during the procedure. I would highly recommend this practice for complex dental work. Fantastic experience: My parents aged 90 and 83 have just moved back to Fleet, and we're nervous of using a new dentist. Tommie Weir has been excellent in reassuring them and carrying out some complicated work, explaining what he was doing clearly and doing the necessary work swiftly and entirely pain free.
