Fantastic experience: I was sent here from my own dentist with I has a very bad experience of my own dentist, so when I was sent here I was really nervous I saw Bal and her nurse martyna I really thought they were both so lovely and explained every thing that they will be doing, the dentist was so gentle unlike my own dentist who was heavy handed and rough but BAL AND Martyna was really gentle and we're lovely they really were, I highly recommend this dentist I just wish it was my own dentist I give 5 stars highly recommended

Fantastic experience: Amazing!! I didn't think I could have amazing experience at a dentist, but I did! I was having 5 teeth extracted in preperation for a denture which was a very overwhelming and my anxiety was playing on me. Nurse Martyna and Dentist Bal were remarkable. They kept me calm, they were very quick and clear and above it, they were kind. They could sense this was a big thing and made it a very calming experience. Thank you so much. I've come out with a weight lifted (not just from the amount of teeth removed).

Fantastic experience: After not going to the dentist for almost 8 years, I found myself needing to see one when a filling fell out and took some tooth with it. Suffering crippling anxiety makes leaving the house daunting but Maya and her nurse have really helped me feel at ease every visit. I highly recommend this dentist!

Fantastic experience: My daughter recently had her first filling done, and we couldn’t have asked for a better experience. She was quite nervous beforehand, but the dentist was absolutely wonderful calm, patient, and very reassuring. They took the time to explain each step in a way she could understand, which really helped put her at ease. I am so grateful for the care and kindness shown throughout the appointment. Highly recommend this dentist, especially for children or anyone who feels anxious about dental visits!

Fantastic experience: Really happy with the service. Hadn't been to the dentist for a while and decided to skip the NHS wait. Needed a wisdom filling and wisdom removal. Got them done together, didn't feel a thing, was over really quickly. The man is an artist, I'm sorry I forgot your name (this was ~4 months ago for reference). Wasn't cheap I guess but I didn't feel ripped off.

Positive experience: On the whole a good dental practice. However, the long introduction and advertising prior to customers actually getting through just to make an appointment is annoying, as is the Ai sounding , automated voice! The seating area by the main door isn't customer friendly nor inviting , small and cramped! I get they're broadening their practice, but no adequate and comfortable waiting room. Let's this practice down!

Negative experience: This dentist practice does not seem the same since dr king retired . ( multiple people on previous 1 star reviews have stated this ) . But for my own experience first came 10 years ago my king done a few fillings that are still there . However in last couple years since he’s gone prices have gone up a lot . I have had a filling fall out after 4 weeks ( they replaced for free and stated it was because it’s big ) . Now the last straw was visiting for an emergency appointment with tooth pain and abscess . dentist stating I need a root canal on 2 teeth fair enough , but when I phoned 7 days later ( root canal booked in for 2 weeks later) stating I’m in severe pain my abscess is swelling my face and infection spreading receptionist lady who was rude and uncaring stated okay well put you on a waiting list . I have since been too another dentist in the area who was shocked I was not given antibiotics . Im tempted too write a formal complaint tbh tooth infections are life threatening ..

Fantastic experience: Excellent service, called for an emergency appointment in the morning, was seen and treated in the afternoon, the reception staff were very friendly and helpful and the dentist was professional but friendly explaining all my options, treatment was quick and pain free

Fantastic experience: Visited today for a tooth extraction on my son, the dentist Yasmin was amazing and really explained and helped to calm my son. The dental nurse Nelita done a great job at support the dentist and my son and both were very compassionate.

Fantastic experience: I called this morning to get an emergency appointment for my 10 year old son. The dentist and nurse were amazing with my boy he has ASD so isn't the best at cooperating but they did a fantastic job. However, the older blonde lady in reception is not helpful or what I would call a people person. Seemed like I was putting her out wanting to register my other son on the phone, and she told me we could do it another time, I could tell it was her I spoke to when I walked in she had the very same attitude. Not welcoming or friendly. I will be returning because of the dentist and nurse only. Maybe Franklin House should rethink their receptionist as she is letting you down.

Fantastic experience: I had to find a new sugery when my dentist retired. The reviews of Franklin house were good so I booked myself in. I was extremely impressed. No hard sell, no unnecessary treatment, helpful, friendly staff. I have also recommended them to my husband and my neighbour, neither of which had attended a dentist for many years. I left the surgery feeling like I had been listened to, rather than talked at, which is like a breath of fresh air. 5 star recommendation.

Fantastic experience: Six months and still smiling. I suffer from hereditary gum disease and crooked front teeth. For many years I have had a recurring problem with abscesses on the crooked teeth. Last year antibiotics finally could not solve the problem so reluctantly I had the tooth removed. Unfortunately I then had to have the next tooth removed, both teeth were at the front of my mouth. Hardeep suggested a Maryland crown. I only needed a single tooth made as my teeth had been so crammed in. Now at 70 years of age I finally have a smile to be proud of and more important no more problems with abscesses. I would like to thank Hardeep and his team, and the person who made my new tooth.

Fantastic experience: Went for an emergency appointment for a chipped tooth and ended up needing root canal, my dentist Jason was beyond amazing, at every opportunity he could he would squeeze me in to continue work on my teeth, always asking if I’m doing okay and honestly one of the most polite person I’ve ever had the pleasure of meeting if it wasn’t for Jason i don’t know if I could of carried out the extensive dental work I needed with anyone else truely a spectacular dentist, I’m truly forever grateful and indebted to you good luck in your future endeavours I’m going to miss your, “ your my best patient “ comments a lot

Both have worked with me to truly make a difference in the health and quality of my teeth and I can't thank them enough. You'll get excellent service here, specialist treatment from professionals who really care about the result and how you feel throughout whatever procedure you're getting done at reasonable prices. You'll love coming to the dentist after meeting with them.

Fantastic experience: I went in the dental practice for a small filling, completely overwhelmed with anxiety and fear due to previous experiences with a different practice. Fantastic experience: I have a ridiculous fear of dentists and only go when I have no choice. I broke a tooth and had no choice, so I looked on line for a practice that was known to be good with anxious folk like me. I went first time and met a dentist called Juhi who made me feel so at ease and really listened to me. I've been twice so far with another appointment booked and couldn't recommend them enough. Juhi and the dental assistants (not quite sure of the right job title) are absolutely brilliant and have broken down my unrealistic fears. Top notch!

Fantastic experience: I was due to fly on the day of my emergency appointment. I was treated by such a kind and professional dentist and nurse team. Everything seemed very easy to deal with as it was my first time at this dentist surgery. I am now changing to this surgery even though there is no N.H.S. places available, I would choose this surgery to care for my dental requirements than my previous surgery.

Fantastic experience: I highly recommend the practice. Always considerate and even after a significant delay between appointments, there was no judgement. My request to fix my front tooth, of which I was so very self conscious, was considered and remedied on the day. Negative experience: Worst Dentist Franklin House in Gillingham,Kent

Fantastic experience: Me and my family have had much done over the years here and have always been more than happy with the work. The staff are knowledgeable and always willing to hear you out and offer advice and also praise where applicable. In my own case they were very understanding and worked very hard to retain my rooted teeth which I really appreciated. They really make you feel calm and as relaxed as possible when things get painful/sensitive. Which is great , especially in the case of my son who needed 2 extractions for a brace. The private off-road parking is also a bonus. All in all, we have zero need to look elsewhere for our dental needs. Keep it up folks :)

Negative experience: Very poor customer service from reception staff. They are really unhelpful and rude. Kept me waiting for appointments despite arriving early for my appointment. The worse experience ever.

Fantastic experience: Myself and my 6 year old daughter Sophie visited Rebecca this afternoon for our 6 month check up. Rebecca was very happy and chatty which really helped out Sophie at ease.

Fantastic experience: My wife had a wisdom tooth extraction, the whole procedure was done in under 25 minutes from entering the room. Fantastic job, staff are very nice and welcoming. I definitely recommend them.

Fantastic experience: I had two wisdom teeth removed today at Franklin House and I was seen by Shiraz and Martina. I was quite nervous but they were both so fantastic, really made me feel at ease, frequently checked if I was okay, answered all my questions and were so happy, friendly and welcoming. The whole thing took about 20 minutes and I couldn't believe how easy it was! Couldn't have asked for a better experience.

Fantastic experience: My 8 year old daughter had a tooth out this afternoon. The dentist (I don’t know her name) was absolutely brilliant making her feel calm. The dental assistant Mel was also lovely. I can’t praise these 2 enough for helping my daughter feel safe and secure. Brilliant ladies

Negative experience: Pathetic excuse for a dental practice. This is my warning for anyone with dentist fears or mental health- DO NOT GO HERE! They will leave you waiting for much needed treatment and treat you like dirt. No compassion whatsoever. Being scared obviously means you are difficult and they will take you off their books. The owner Mr Walia thinks that owning the place entitles him to belittle customers. The practice manager Sarah is the most passive aggressive glorified receptionist going. Enter at your own risk, this dental practice is going down in the history books.. as the unhappiest place on Earth.

Negative experience: After having attended this dental practice for well over 30 years, the service my mum has received over the last month is quite frankly disgusting and de humanising, she has been made to feel worthless and nothing but a second class citizen and this is all due to what would seem the fact she is not a private patient. All I can say is Mr King would never have left my mum the way she has been left and I think he would be shocked at the state of the practice now. A formal complaint has been put in writing and I very much look forward to hearing their explanation!

Negative experience: Absolute disgusting service from a once great dental practice. Been the same dentist I've been going to all 34 years of my life, but since Mr King has left my family has been completely mistreated. Please avoid this dental practice at all cost if you have any anxiety towards dental work, some serious misconduct is happening here, which stems from their negative attitude and lack of motivation towards mental health.

Negative experience: I was 15 minutes late to an appointment for treatment and they took me off the books because of that, even though I rang them and gave them a warning, and they said they would put someone in front of me and then they would see me when I’m there

Negative experience: Spent over £1000 here,fillings done last year,yesterday dropped suddendly, on three teeth,they ve done me same last year,I had to go and re make them into another country,paying other money,as they ve put the fillings over cavities and I was in huge pain.I am curious how much guarantee you are giving for such a bad work?.Not recommend for adults!For kids they are quite fine on small issues.

Fantastic experience: DENTAL IMPLANTS I have used Franklin House for a few years now. In March I had cracked and broken two top teeth that were in my smile line. This was very distressing for me. When I booked in to see Dapo he explained the only fix would be dental implants. I then met with Alex and he gave me lots of of information regarding the process and costs. Today I have just had my last appointment. My new teeth are amazing. You can't identify the implants, they blend in with my other teeth. The process is long but it is very much worth the end results. I had a denture to use during the treatment, this worked well but found I couldn't eat with them in. The operation to have to implants in was nothing like I expected. It was very straight forward. I just needed a couple of days to recover with pain killers. There were other appointments after this for 3/4 months. I am very pleased with the end results and well worth the wait. Attached is photo of my new smile. You literally can't tell which ones they are! Just like having my own teeth back Thank you so much Alex and everyone at Franklin House. Also, during this treatment Dapo also put in a crown. Which again, completely blends in. Very pleased with those results too!

Fantastic experience: I left my dental practise and joined Franklin House when I saw how helpful and understanding they were with my children. I had a check up today everything was good, also given lots of information, better cleaning tips and what to use. I’m a nervous patient but Dr Sonny and Nelita put me at ease from day one. Fantastic experience: I had my first experience of airflow treatment at the hygienist today (who incidentally is lovely) and I have to say it was amazing. It leaves your mouth so fresh, gets into all those hard to reach places and is in my opinion is a far superior hygienist treatment. It got rid of all the deep staining on my teeth at the gum line as well as in between my teeth and I couldn’t be happier. I won’t even bother with my teeth whitening before I go away..this treatment is 5 star! Thank you!

Fantastic experience: First had an appointment with the dentist for an emergency extraction, Rebecca was super calming and gentle as was her assistants, put me at ease and provided 10/10 care and support throughout the process. I was then referred to the hygienist after having not been for 6/7 years and the hygienist was so good my partner said it was like I had a brand new set of teeth! Could not be happier, Painless and has improved my confidence tenfold. Brushing and looking after them has become a joy where it was a chore before. I hated dentists and have had bad experiences in the past, Franklin house and it’s friendly and warm staff and professional services performed expertly and with full laughter and warmth has changed my opinion and gone further. I’m not ashamed to say I look forward going to this dentist!

Fantastic experience: My 1st visit was on Monday with Rebecca & her asst (apologies I cant remember her name) shameful, but this was my 1st visit to a dentist for at least 20 years - so this was an emergency appt. I was treated with respect, kindness & patience from both of them- I had an xray, antibiotics & a temp filling & given my options of treatment for me to decide & then rebook in for. The surgery itself is lovely - clean, tidy. moderm, car parking & the staff I met on the day where just brilliant & the receptionist who made my booking was fabulous & wasone of the factors why i went ahead & booked the appt. I havent rebooked as yet, but i will be & even though this was a private appt (not nhs) I still felt i had value for money - thank you from Eve.

Fantastic experience: Due to the global and unprecedented times I was unable to get a dentist appointment for a general check up which I do at least twice a year. With a back log of patients I had to wait for my turn. Finally, I was able to secure a check-up after a year and a half, this was no ones fault! My check up went well and understandably I did need some work done but nothing too extensive followed by a visit to the hygienist. On all counts , from the receptionists , the dentist and the hygienist I was welcomed with positivity and smiles. Specifically , I was very pleased with my deep clean and stain removal. All my questions, concerns and queries were answered professionally and with care by all staff. I don't live locally but the distance is worth it to come away feeling looked after . I can't stress enough the importance of regular check- ups. Prevention is the key! My next appointment is booked ! Thank you to all the staff!

I have recently had a tooth extraction, which I have put off for years and the staff at Franklin House are just amazing. I felt reassured and surprisingly calm throughout, there is no sense of being rushed and the procedure was over before I knew it. I would recommend Franklin House to anyone with a fear of the dentist.

Fantastic experience: Been coming to Franklin House for many years. Both Hardeep and Sunny are great at what they do, I personally wouldn’t go anywhere else and would always recommend Franklin house to anyone.
