Fantastic experience: I had another excellent experience with my dentist Richard Guy, who is always professional, patient, informative and helpful. The male dental assistant was also excellent. I always feel confident that I will receive high quality care when I attend. The dental facility has had a lick of paint, but improvements could be made, at relatively low cost, to make the waiting room experience much more pleasant for clients.

Negative experience: I had a very negative experience at this practice. After having a tooth removed, I was left with fragments of tooth still in my gum. When I returned seeking help, I was met with unprofessional behaviour from multiple staff members. There was confusion about the location of my appointment, and instead of simply clarifying the situation, the receptionist became visibly upset and insisted I be seen there even though I was uncomfortable and wished to leave. During the appointment itself, the practice manager entered the room without knocking, which felt intrusive and inappropriate. I later learned he had been standing outside listening, which raised serious concerns about privacy and professionalism. He then confronted me and pressured me to speak with him outside, which felt intimidating. Because of this whole experience and the unresolved dental issue, I have since had to go private to have the remaining fragments removed. I will be raising a formal complaint with the relevant bodies, as I feel the treatment I received—both clinically and professionally—fell far below acceptable standards.
Positive experience: Very caring and professional service though they have now introduced part-charging for future appointments in advance.

Positive experience: I was deregistered from NHS dentistry entirely without notice by my previous dentist of over 10 years; I only found out when I phoned with a problem in early 2024. No prior statement of required attendance, no advance warning of deregistration, no appreciation of the disruption caused by the pandemic, no appeal, no action by regulator. I was offered an NHS appointment by Damira after being on their waiting list about a year. I am very pleased. Locum dentist Patrick was professional and no-nonsense, and his treatment seems fine. I only gave four stars because (on the evidence of two visits) the reception staff really need to up their game a little: no genuine greetings; one person with a somewhat dour manner; another unsure of basic requirements related to NHS registration at the practice; an unimportant inter-staff conversation not paused to deal with patient arrival. I saw one quite elderly post-treatment patient wait a solid five minutes at the hatch to the unattended office before anyone returned; no apology. Overall, poor practice management in this respect.

Fantastic experience: Dr Richard Guy is a superb dentist, and always takes the trouble to explain fully what is going on with my teeth/gums etc. We had to work quite hard to get my teeth sorted out over a couple of years, but now they are in excellent shape. Fantastic experience: Tucked away in a tranquil setting, this surgery immediately aims to put you at ease and calm those nerves. Reception staff are very cheerful and welcoming - helping wherever they can to get you the most convenient appointment date and time. Needless to say that both of the dentists (husband and wife) are so very friendly and soothing and, of course, extremely professional. We've not tried the hygienist yet but we expect they'll be as good. There's plenty of free parking.

Negative experience: Very poor and chaotic. Dentist was Spanish and difficult to understand, only interested in promoting a gum graft (£700) and invisalign (£3k+). When I said I couldn't afford it she wanted me to look at finance options. Damira also reneged on the quoted price of the hygienist appointment upping it from £75 to £100. Call handler hadn't got a clue what to do and said "I'm sorry I must terminate the call" because, I realise, it was clocking off time. UK dentistry is in a bad way and this money grabbing approach doesn't help those with limited finances.

Positive experience: when you were nhs your dentist had lots of time and opertunity to fix any problems that arose it now seems that as you make a profit ? i am told of items that arise [same] and will need fixing soon and the cost ? the cost yes the cost? As i am now in my eighties why bother ? Negative experience: On my first visit here, I was told me that root canal surgery on a molar had been improperly done and that the tooth should be extracted. For various reasons, I did not feel confident in the dentist's advice, so I immediately booked to see a more experienced dentist in London who also x rayed the tooth and said that that the root canal surgery (performed by someone else years ago) had been done well and that the tooth was fine. I was disturbed by the episode and have posted this because I would not want any other patient to lose a tooth unnecessarily.

Fantastic experience: brought my appointment forward then i had 30min wait, but these things happen in healthcare BUT their new dentist is excellent- so informed and capable and identified a number of issues my previous dentist either missed or ignored! 2 xrays included in reduced price first appointment and i left with a written report! excellent service, Booking appointments is simple and very flexible and they have a very straightforward portal for everything if thats your thing- so glad they have a new dentist and i can leave my last dentist finally

Positive experience: Absolutely Brilliant staff, excellent treatment from caring kindly dentist. I have withdrawn one star as the reception area looks like a waiting room for a funeral parlour.
