Fantastic experience: I cannot praise Dr Khaliq and Brooke enough. I had been in daily pain with a crown and previous dentists had fobbed me off saying the tooth was sound. After a lot of hard work, Dr Khaliq removed the crown and found loads of decay which had been causing the pain. I now have a new crown and no pain! Thank you so much.

Fantastic experience: I have no words to describe how happy I am with the practice. Very professional yet very helpful and accommodating. I was at a different practice where they always pushed for private treatment which I couldn't afford but at BHD Dr Milena has been extremely understanding and she did my deep root filling which was amazingly done. I didn't feel anything after. I would say Dr Milena is the best i have seen so far. I'm a nervous patient and she has been very kind, patient and understanding. And very clearly explained everything. Fantastic experience: The practice are amazing I went to them on Monday with pain and they told me to see the hygienists and so I did, then the pain got worse I called on Tuesday and they said come in for Wednesday morning (today) and they could see how much pain I was in and how extremely terrified I am of the dentist due to a horrible past experience! They were all very good and calm with me! The wisdom tooth was removed and the relief I felt that I knew I won’t have anymore pain I was in tears! So Thankyou so the whole team for getting me seen so quickly and efficiently. The surgeon who extracted the tooth was- Dr. Milena Ceroug and I couldn’t thank her enough. Thankyou all again! I’ll definitely be coming back for more treatment in the near future..!

Fantastic experience: I highly recommend My wonderful dentist Dr.Poojah Pandey.She is very professional and doing fantastic job.I been in pain for a year and still waiting for referral to the specialist.Doctor Pandey decided do extraction and let me be free of the horrid pain.That was a giant tooth and I didn't even noticed when she pulled it out ,so was a magic.And now I have no pain and haven't hear a year from specialist yet.I was always scared of dentist but I truly trust doctor Pandey.She is fantastic.Her assistant is alo very nice and always ask me about help when I'm hardly climbing the stairs what I really appreciate.1000% recommended Dr.Poojah Pandey and personally I wouldn't change for any other dentist.⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Fantastic experience: I visited House Dental in Beaconsfield for a check up and was seen by Dr Milana Cerova. She has a very pleasant bedside manner. Her examination was very detailed and proficient, checking my teeth, gums and for cancer. She advised me of a long term condition that had not been picked in by previous check ups and how to manage and improve this condition. Fantastic experience: Having neglected to arrange my regular checkups for too long, I called the surgery, fully expecting to have to wait a bit for an appointment. From the outset, I received outstanding patient care. I saw Monica the following day and following my checkup, a course of three further appointments were booked for various procedures. The details of work to be done and the treatment costs were clearly explained and written down. Throughout it all, I received professional, super-friendly, first class care from both Monica and Olivia. I'm delighted with my veneers and won't go anywhere else for dental treatment. Brilliant.

My new dentist Ambreen could not of been more kind and friendly, she was incredibly patient with me and really listened to my worries, it really made my dentist experience more relaxed! Fantastic experience: I usually loathe going to the dentist, but everyone at this practice makes the experience manageable!! I feel safe and I know that everyone has my health and safety as their priority!! Sometimes it's difficult to phone them, but emails are answered promptly and problems sorted easily. An excellent NHS dentist which is wouldn't hesitate to recommend!!

Firstly, the professional receptionist Ashleigh when arranging the appointments for my children and my hygienist appointment was amazing-she done her best to meet all our needs . Fantastic experience: A young lady called Ashleigh, her service was amazing she was so great and her customer service was magnificent, definitely makes me want to come back when I stay in the UK again.

Negative experience: Worst experience...paid £55.00 for literally 2 minutes check up examination. Took longer for dentist to put on the surgical gloves. Why £55.00 because they changed me from NHS patient to Private, without any notification. They said changed as I did not go for a check up between 2020 and 2023. Covid and after covid absolutely impossible to get an appointment. Phone never answered, and when finally got through there was no appointments for months. My husband had at least 5 appointments cancelled by them at the last minute. He has even walked out after waiting nearly an hour to be seen. Had a wrong mobile number for me, even though I had emailed them and spoken to them direct to change. I have noticed the 5 star ratings 2 plus years ago, so something has clearly gone wrong with the management of this practice.

Negative experience: Utterly appalling dentist. Waited 1hr in the dark depressing waiting room for my apt. Seemed to only be one dentist working. Just I was about to give up and leave, I was called. I wish I'd just left. Defensive and rude, he was on the attack from the off. For context, a year ago the practice referred me to the NHS to have my wisdom tooth taken out as it was impacted. When I explained this, he snapped at me that he hadn't referred me as he'd never met me before. I explained by "you referred me" I meant the dental practice. He then inspected it and said "well I can't take that out". Then told me I'd been taken off the list for not answering a call, I said that isn't true and he interrupted me and became very defensive and angry. Appalled, I got up and left. He followed me out trying to get me to return, and finally apologising for the 1 hour wait. Not only will I never be going back, but I will be reporting his behaviour to the regulation authority. How this place is still in business I will never know. UPDATE: Both the dentist in question and Manager called me regarding my review. Whilst I will not be removing or changing my rating, the calls were appreciated. However, it should not take a public review to generate an apology when my upset was clear on the day.

Fantastic experience: Highly recommend Dr Pooja Pandey an excellent dentist, professional and efficient, not pushing you to have work you don't need. The work she has done on my teeth has been outstanding.

Negative experience: My mother and I come for her consultation appointment, and had come slightly early the door was wide open and Rebecca the pathetic receptionist with foul attitude had a stern manner spoke to my mum with disrespect and said can you not sit here next time, and stated she had locked door before she left which was false information. Other patients were waiting as well prior to this and saw the door wide open. Absolute racial behaviour to us as pakistani's and another pakistani woman being told off!

Negative experience: Very bad went there Thursday and to say I was disappointed. My old dentist left and I had a new one. I was extremely disappointed due to being called 20 minutes after my actual appointment, so very poor time management, when I went up she spent 8 minutes checking my teeth and gums which she said everything was okay. She asked if I wanted an X-ray since my file had none, after the X-ray she found that there was something weird with my tooth and that I had to brush my teeth more. Never did she touch my teeth to clean up after she saw a problem with my teeth (my previous dentist would do this). If I could give zero stars I would. Extremely disappointed would not recommend.

Fantastic experience: Dental Hygienist appointment with Rahul, April 2022. Normally hate having this done with a passion but was offered an appointment with numbing and Rahul was excellent. Took his time and pain levels near nonexistent. A revelation...
