Fantastic experience: My Daughter had her braces fitted here and they were fantastic. Dr Petel and his son did her braces. The staff are friendly and answer any questions you may have. Fiona was amazing and put my daughter at ease when needed. My daughter had her braces on for just short of 2 years and her teeth are now perfect. Shes very happy with the result. Only small issue is: We've been know to be waiting a long while before seen even after our appointment time. (Definitely put longer on your car ticket) you never go in on time but you was always seen and never rushed.

Fantastic experience: Phoned for a emergency extraction this morning, fitted me in to a busy calendar, friendly staff ,superb technicians, tooth out, painless procedure, can't thank the whole team enough.

Negative experience: The actual check up by the dentist was good, however I was charged £96 for it. During the check up three X-rays were taken without being told how much these were and I was charged £30 each X-ray. Then I was told I needed a scan and charged another £90 and the person doing the scan said it wouldn’t tell them much more than the X-rays! I was told by the dentist I needed some treatment and was verbally quoted just over £800. After returning from holiday I rang to book in to have the work done to be told it was £1020. I queried this and was told they would speak to the dentist the following day and ring back - I’ve heard nothing. The charges are extortionate and I certainly won’t be going back.

Negative experience: Worst experience I have ever had, I got referred here from the NHS and honestly wished I’d kept my teeth before I started brace treatment, I started going when I was 14 and finished just before I turned 16, every appointment my dentist would make me cry as he would be very negative about my over bite and instead of encouraging me to wear my blocks to fix my over bite he told me nearly no one keeps at it so he may aswell remove them and take them off me, he then walked out of my appointment due to me shaking my leg uncontrollably due to the stress he had caused my drilling my mouth without any warning, I now have a gap in my bottom set of teeth which was not their before, my brother who also was their was told he needed teeth removed to close other gaps in his mouth, he now has 6 gaps in his mouth due to the wrong descision to move teeth around, this dentist practice would have a chance if other people run it properly, as a 16 year old I can see how wrong this whole practice is and how he needs a career change he is absolutely useless and is a waste of time if u have other options for dental practices definitely go somewhere else, louth will only cause tears and worsen your teeth as I had to find out the hard way!

Fantastic experience: My girls have both finished their Orthodontic treatment . The results are amazing , we are very great full.

Negative experience: My son was referred here for brace treatment. The dentist is very negative and does not offer any encouragement for you for the treatment. My son had to have blocks but all he kept getting told was most people fail and you probably will to. At first My son didn't wear the blocks enough so dentist just said might as well give up and take them out. I had to convince him To give him another try which he did and was actually successful. Then got twin braces fixed and at first appointment was told not brushing teeth properly and causing damage so we are taking them out. No chance to try to change brushing habits or anything. Dentist was very rude and aggressive to me and didn't really explain anything except keep saying about me sueing him. Wanted me to sign something but I have refused as I don't agree. Fair enough my son is not brushing his teeth properly but there is no excuse for the way I was spoken to or treated. Dentist is extremely rude and spoke to me like a child. Maybe if he actually explained things properly I may understand but at the moment t I think they are removing the braces unnecessarily. The lady dentist that checked his teeth first didn't even notice the marks the other dentist was saying so I really am confused. Very rude man. You won't find me as a patient as I said it was my son. Also we have since got a second opinion who said you were completely wrong so we have changed to a much nicer dentist.

Negative experience: My experience of this dentist is very poor indeed and ism not at all happy. I've still got toothache in two teeth which I have begged and pleased with him too take out on top of this he has called me a liar when I've told him I got pain in my teeth on top of this he taken me of the NHS list and I can't afford private treatment all thanks too this dentist surgery I wouldn't recommend anyone too this dentist they do not care and now iam on agony again thank too there not listening too me

Negative experience: I’ve heard really good things about this dentist, however upon joining as a private patient, found the staff on reception extremely rude. Was waiting 3 months for a price list/plan. So decided to lose £70 I initially paid as it was not worth it.

Fantastic experience: I got my braces put on in October and they were off by the following September! Dr Patel and the team were lovely and ensured a speedy and gentle process. The reception staff were also very accommodating when booking dates for having braces tightened. Overall a worthwhile service

She has been a patient with him for nearly 2 years, having braces fitted with periodic adjustments, and Dr Patel and all the staff at My Dentist have been throughly professional and considerate of requests over this period. Fantastic experience: Such friendly knowledgeable reception staff. The dentist was so good explaining my X-ray results and advising me on the best course of action. With so many dental problems at the moment the dentist went through all my options and was clearly NOT trying to sell me the most expensive treatment. He took my budget into consideration. Fantastic experience: DR Plamen is a magician. I had a seriously difficult wisdom tooth to be filled after my old filling needed replacing. It was a long procedure but he made me feel totally comfortable and reassured me. From the first injection to the reshaping of my tooth, I felt no pain or discomfort. The state of the art equipment, cameras, lasers, and other space age stuff, made my visit to My Dentist, a unique experience.

Fantastic experience: The practice here is exemplary. I get reminders by phone, by text and the reception staff are so professional. They help organise appointments at short notice when needed. The dentist I see, Dr Suresh Sami, is one of the best I've known. He is considerate and always discusses all options whilst outlining the implications. I know the practice also provides some NHS appointments. I have always been relieved to find such a good dentist. Highly recommended.

Anytime i had discomfort with my braces, my parents gave them a call and it had been fixed. Additionally, the staff were really nice and welcoming, made the atmosphere pretty relaxing during procedure, so much so as to asking if i was alright often. The technology used was impressive and their knowledge and skills were evident in every step of his journey. Alex required a hyrax in order to correct his cross-bite which was then followed by braces for teeth straightening. Alex has had his braces removed today and is extremely happy with his results! Positive experience: On the whole the staff are friendly and welcoming. It was difficult at the start of my kids journeys at this dentist because we found the main dentist's seemingly blunt mannerisms difficult to tolerate. However, that said after speaking with him, he is really lovely and is fantastic at what he does. 99% of the dental nurses are so helpful and understanding. The reception staff are mostly friendly and helpful. Clean premises, prefer their new layout too.

Fantastic experience: Very busy but I was seen within 10 minutes of my appointment. Professional staff and lots of reminders so you don't miss an appointment. Excellent dentist. Just need to amend the notice on the door by correcting the 'too close' to to close Also should use the correct 'its' in the TV adverts as 'it's' means 'it is'.

Fantastic experience: Mr Plamen is amazing, I have played the saxophone professionally for over 30 years, teeth are so important to enable me to play. Not only did Mr Plamen mend a broken tooth, he fitted an amazing crown which is a better fit than my original tooth! Playing is a joy, eating is even better I now have a good bite both sides. He is the best dentist I have ever been to and really cares about getting your teeth right. Truly an exceptional service
