Fantastic experience: The leading observation is it was very professional.From reception, to the welcoming and reception by the Hygienist and previously the Dentist, who was marvellous. We had been with our previous Dental practise since 1958 ( Yes Really) but now the succession failed in keeping those high standard. We have found a new safe, maybe expensive, but all medical treatment is.

Fantastic experience: I've had really great experiences with my dentist, Kasia, as well as with the hygienists Paula, Andrea, and Erika. As someone who wears hearing aids (and relies a lot on lip reading) and is neurodivergent, I really appreciate how Kasia always makes me feel at ease. She takes the time to carry out a thorough and comfortable examination, and she explains everything clearly—what the outcome means, how it might affect me, and what my options are. I always feel like I can make an informed decision before I leave the room. She's incredibly patient, friendly, and genuinely wants the best for you. The hygienists I’ve seen have all been excellent—really thorough and clearly very skilled at what they do. Highly recommend!

Negative experience: Went for a check up after not being at a dentist for some time…. Expected some work needed had one filling went well -£350 for initial look over and small minor filling replacement as existing had fell out. Was told that there was some decay inside a tooth not noticed as first visit this one was worse than the first one, however gave me no pain or issues but cost me another £350 and ever since the treatment I have had ongoing severe sensitivity and discomfort literally unable to drink a glass of room temp water!!!! I went back and was told the only fix was more cost to me to have a root canal and crown….£1300 ish In my eyes this dental practise made the situation worse and without actually fixing the problem feels like they just want to make money rather than look after the customers. Real shame and extremely disappointing

Negative experience: The staff on reception were always friendly and polite. My dentist was friendly too just unfortunately rushed my implant process which then led to failure. Which left me very disappointed.

Fantastic experience: Needed an emergency appointment as tooth cracked while on holiday. Was able to book an appointment for my first day back. Dentist (Dr Gurvinder Sokhi) checked remaining tooth, tidied up rough edges and gave me options for further treatment, if necessary, with my regular dentist, Cornelius.

Fantastic experience: Luisa Costa is an absolute super star! Just like everyone I dislike visiting the dentist but Luisa and the reception team here instantly put you at ease. Great value for money for a private practice, they will always try and accommodate you if you have an issue that need’s prompt attention. Great parking facilities nearby and the practice is always spotless, from the dental room to the reception area too! If you are looking for an understanding dentist that is good value for money and spotlessly clean then this is the place to go!

My 11 year old daughter was seen by Kenneth this afternoon he was absolutely amazing with her, great knowledge and great work done he made my daughter feel very comfortable and relaxed a huge thanks to the team!!

Fantastic experience: I felt at ease attending my first appointment. I didn't feel rushed or pressured to book further appointments or to book suggested treatment. Communication with the team has been great. They have a free onsite carpark that makes parking a lot easier at the back of the practice.

Fantastic experience: My molar had a piece break off. I called the practice around 9am and an appointment was made that morning. Following my arrival I was seen really quickly by the dentist and he repaired the tooth. I was really happy to get the problem sorted so quickly and painlessly. Dr Gurvinder Sokhi is great.

Fantastic experience: Forced to visit a dentist, after years of not caring for my teeth with a professional due to a bad experience as a child with a dentist, to have a wisdom tooth extracted, after pre loading with pain killers the whole experience was relatively 'painless' and now have no pain problems at all, all options for further available treatment was clearly explained, the dentist Mr Kenneth Lawty was exceptional in his care and professionalism, and I would gladly recommend him to anyone needing dental treatment, also all staff were extremely friendly and helpful, would recommend this practice to everyone.have since visited the practice to have two more extractions, and again experienced little to no pain and the aftercare second to none.

Positive experience: Dont think visiting the dentist is anyones favorite passtime. However I can truely say It was almost a pleasure this visit. The reception team are always friendly polite and profesional. Please forgive me for the next bit... I cant remember the name of the hyginest but she was most precise, gental and profesional keeping me well informed of what she was doing. (As I said almost a pleasure) Well done to the whole team. ( only scored 8 as I dont want to overload the practice with new patients.) Sorry I know a bit selfish there.

Everyone is so friendly especially Josie, she never fails to make me feel at ease and helps me leave the dentist not feeling like I want to cry. She’s always so reassuring and goes out of her way to make me feel comfortable! They’re so accommodating when I’ve needed to change any appointments due to my work schedule being crazy and nothing is ever a problem. Great team of people!

Fantastic experience: Great service throughout. The receptionists were helpful, I couldn't find the place and they guided me over the phone which was above and beyond. The dentist and dental nurse were very attentive and personable, listening to me and ensuring I understood what they were telling me. Overall I'm exceptionally impressed.

Negative experience: The worst and most painful dental hygiene ever. My gums was bleeding so badly, couldn't eat for a couple days. Price is shocking, one price was confirmed over the phone, different at the reception after appointment. Definitely do not recommend.

I needed recementing and it was very quick and didn’t hurt at all. They managed to book me in 2 days later. Would definitely recommend and will be going there again if i’ll need anything else.

Yesterday, I had an emergency appointment and was unable to see my normal dentist, and as someone with anxiety disorders this was very frightening. Josie and her nurse ( sorry love I was terrified and didn't hear your name) took immense care of me and put me at ease. I was laughing, comfortable and most importantly, feeling so much better by the end of the appointment. 10/10 I say

Fantastic experience: After my consultation I was given 3 option plans. Although anxious I decided to go for the root canal procedure. I was very nervous up to the appointment but as soon as I entered the surgery I was put at ease by the lovely receptionists. Fred the dentist and Beth the nurse made me feel relaxed and calm. This was a long procedure for me as I also had to have 2 fillings. I felt no pain during the treatment and only minor discomfort during the healing process. Fred explained everything that was happening from start to finish and has given me back my trust in dentists. This is a review by my wife Julie.

Fantastic experience: The practice was so clinical and precise with COVID procedures they adhered to. From my telephone call to the receptionist to meet me at the door to take my temperature right through to handing my provided face mask and plastic bag to go into a bin when I finished. Fantastic experience: Nothing I can fault about Longwell dental practice, Used to have anxiety pre-dentist but since coming to you guys going to the dentist doesn't bother me one bit, highly professional service, best dentist I'v ever been too.

Negative experience: I spent a lot of money at this private practice and ended up with a unhappy smile...Work done was an Upper Right Molar at a cost off £619 pounds, with a end result of a totally unrealistic looking tooth. I explained I was unhappy with the tooth and given the decision to seal the depth of the pits and fissures using flowable composite resin, which I wish I had done at that stage. Or a new onlay I asked for a new onlay as at a cost of £619 pounds would want a complete replaced onlay. Onlay was redone free off charge by Federico exactly same looking tooth I had an upper left crown done that's perfect and lots of other treatment in total costing in excess off 5 thousand pounds was told that the tooth will not be made or look to be normal and go and ask another dentist if unhappy. NOT A GOOD SERVICE...
