Fantastic experience: Zara and the team make you feel very comfortable and relaxed from the moment you walk through the door. Its the first time I've been at a dentist that genuinely feels like they put patients comfort first and are not rushing you out the door. More importantly the results are amazing.

Fantastic experience: The dentist is very professional and their assistant, they work very hard to do their best at their roles and their jobs, to get the job done properly and professionally, and they do it to the best of their abilities, it's my favourite dentist so far. I would recommend this dentist, as they're very friendly, hard-working and they do a great service.

Zara, the dentist was friendly and examined my teeth and gum with great care. She also provided me fruitful advice to let me think about. Her nurse was very warm too. Negative experience: It is the worst experience I ever had. The dentist advised me that I had a decay on wisdom teeth that I have to remove, and fillings to do on a few teeth with active decay. They proposed me a complex removal and an upgrade on plan. When I said I need a second thought, the dentist went black face and left. I sought a second opinion from another dental practice and they told me I have no decay at all. I had another clearer xray. They even further cross checked with an AI program. They told me even if I have to remove the wisdom teeth it is a very straightforward case that won't cost a complex removal. This dental practice is very suspicious and they don't even reply emails afterwards. The hygienist is not bad but I don't think I should go back at all.

Fantastic experience: I recently had retainers fitted with Dr Zara and I couldn’t be happier with the entire experience. Every step was explained clearly and I felt really looked after throughout the process. The end result is fantastic — I’m really pleased with how everything turned out. I highly recommend Dr Zara to anyone looking for a dentist who is professional, gentle and truly cares about their patients.

Fantastic experience: I have just had two difficult extractions done by Pine dental. The team are very warm and welcoming and made me feel very relaxed. The procedure was pretty much pain free, had l known it was going to be that easy I would have gone to the dentist years ago! I would certainly recommend them.

Fantastic experience: I was extremely anxious due in part to my past dental appt at a different practice. The difference is beyond belief. I was welcomed by the owner and his wife who settled me down and listened to my story. They took time to reassure me about everything they do and even showed me a clip on their laptop of another anxious patient who could only sing their praises now. The Dentist I saw was so reassuring putting my mind at ease alongside her another dental technician both helped me calm down. This approach to patients is so good I can recommend this practice for any dental treatment you may require. Subsequently I visited today 10th Oct for some surgery to my tooth. I was still anxious but I was reassured by the receptionist and given good advice. I then was introduced to Zaneev the Dental Surgeon and Mari his assistant nurse. He listened to my story and then explained everything he was going to do to remove my problem. He was very friendly and relaxed me down. I had the procedure done. I had no pain at all! The anaesthetic worked well and he was finished fairly quickly to my surprise. I was so relieved. I cant recommend this practice enough. I experienced toothache late at night, messaged the WhatsApp late that evening, and they contacted me straight away, and saw me 8:30am the next morning. The dentist Zara treated me at the appointment and resolved the issue, thoroughly explaining each step of the procedure/process. The whole team are really friendly and I have to say this is the best dentist I have been to.

I’ve previously been terrified when going to the dentist due to unfortunate experiences with gums being shredded and poor customer service. Fantastic experience: I would definitely recommend Pinedental and I can confidentiality say I will be returning for further dental treatment. Firstly, I am a very nervous patient with dentist having awful experiences in the past, but Dr Zara has completely changed my whole outlook. I unfortunately had an accident, resulting on me falling on my face, chipping a tooth and noticeably cracking another. After seeing my original dentist, they did what they could with filling the chip but I was not happy with the placement, the way it felt or the way it looked, leaving me with low confidence to smile again. After some research I explored treatment for composite bonding. I nervously made the appointment with a 'nothing to lose attitude '. Dr Zara made sure I was comfortable at all times, explaining what was happening at every point of treatment. She recommended a home whitening treatment which was very simple and I was happy to do. 4 weeks of whitening at home made a whole lot of difference. Back a week later for compost bonding on my two from teeth honestly resulted in a whe new smile. Dr. Zara is amazing at what she does and made a huge difference to me, my smile and confidence. Just to top it off because of all the work I have had done I've decided to stop smoking. Best and easiest decision ever

She was brilliant when my daughter had broken a front tooth and carried out a series of tests including an x-ray to ensure we got the right treatment. Dr Zaneev had advised that it is important to have an examination within the first 24hrs of a trauma, so I was so grateful for the speed at which we got the appointment and such helpful advice and care from both.
