Fantastic experience: A very positive experience as having had root canal treatment twice before on this painful tooth I was not very confident the treatment would work. Dr Sharma was so professional from the pain free injections and treatment to explaining everything in detail, the experience was really very manageable and pain free. Fantastic experience: I recently had a root canal treatment undertaken by Dr Arvind Sharma. At the outset he explained in clear and concise terms what the course of treatment would entail. Having defined the problem with a state-of-the-art imaging technique, Dr Sharma outlined how the problem would be addressed and resolved. Before the procedures he explained what he would be doing; after the procedures he explained what he had done; and throughout the course of treatment I was encouraged to ask any questions. Fantastic experience: I was recently referred to have root canal on the 2 teeth which anchor my rather old dental bridge. I was really nervous, both in terms of my treatment (not straight forward due to accident when I was younger) and also in case my bridge broke. Dr Sharma talked me through all the steps, including options if my bridge broke and really made me feel much less anxious. Fantastic experience: Dr Arvind Sharma has been able to successfully treat three infected 30 year old root canal treatments of mine in the last eight years. Fantastic experience: I was referred by my dentist to AS Endodontics after an x-ray showed up a questionable old root canal treatment. I was extremely nervous about it and on my consultation discovered I would need 2 separate visits. Fantastic experience: Referred by my dentist for a tricky re-do of a previous root canal treated tooth that had become infected. Communication about options, risks and costs was all extremely clear from the outset and all the way through the process. Appreciated the care taken to ensure I was as comfortable as possible throughout the treatment. With any medical procedure the advice is always to go to someone who does a lot of similar procedures and if you need a more challenging root canal treatment that is exactly what you will get here. That doesn't guarantee success of course but it does give you the best possible chance of a good outcome. Despite being told of the risks by my dentist and AS Endodontics (which I really appreciated) my treatment seems to have been a complete success and I'm really grateful not to have lost a tooth despite it being extremely damaged and infected.

Through out my experience, all of the visits were carefully scheduled and the quality of care was superb. The process was explained very clearly and he was realistic about the prospects - I never felt I was being pushed to get the treatment. The pricing structure is very transparent so I felt I could make an informed decision. Fantastic experience: I was referred by my Invisalign specialist to Dr Sharma after a 360 x-Ray showed possible infection in the roots of my tooth. It seemed my own dentist had not been able to reach all roots due to how tricky my roots were. I like the way he explained everything to me and showed me the x-rays before and after to see progress. He is clearly very skilled and although my root canal sounded complicated he completed this seamlessly. I felt completely at ease whilst being worked on for a longer period of time. Fantastic experience: My dental practice referred me to AS Endodontics for two separate root canal treatments at the same time. Treatment of these was not entirely straightforward but I had no doubt at any stage in the process that Dr Sharma was fully committed to saving these teeth, avoiding the alternative solution, which is never ideal. At the beginning and end of each separate visit, I received simple, clear and thorough explanations of the progress of the remedial treatment. Having finished this today, the review of my X-rays gave a clear indication of his skill: my long, twisting canals are now filled and the long term healing process - which was also explained very well - is underway. Fantastic experience: I had a Root Canal treatment with Dr. Sharma a few months ago after a referral from my regular dentist, split over two visits. The tooth operated on has been happy and stable since. The experience at AS Endodontics was very good. The receptionist was friendly, and helpful. Dr. Sharma has a very professional attitude and has a deep specialist knowledge. The practice has very good equipment, and materials allowing them to perform work that regular dentists are perhaps not setup to deal with. He was happy to answer very technical questions about the procedure, techniques and materials used. The procedures caried out where pain fee other than he expected discomfort of having to keep your mouth open for a long time. Dr. Sharma and the dental nurse made sure I was as comfortable as possible during both procedures that where carried out. If I need another root canal I would not hesitate to return.

When I find out I need a root canal I was terrified, dentist refer me to AS Endodontics in Morningside. I wasn't particularly looking forward on going. I had a very difficult tooth for a root canal, with many awkward canals and a dog's leg root, and it gave me great comfort to have such an experienced and qualified professional, who had worked on similarly awkward cases, working on it. Fantastic experience: I found AS Endodontics online and asked my dentist to refer me. No one likes going to the dentist least of all me. When I was told I would be in the chair for an hour I was more than a bit apprehensive. However Dr Sharma put me at ease. I found him very professional. Fantastic experience: I was referred by my dentist to Dr Arvind Sharma at AS Endodontics to take a look at a recent infection of a root canal filling of a rear molar. Dr Sharma reviewed the issue and gave a breakdown of the treatment and costs and I decided to go ahead. The alternative would have been to have the tooth removed. It’s clearly not easy working right at the back of the mouth but with Dr Sharma’s skills and specialist equipment the work was completed efficiently and effectively over two sessions and I was even able to keep the crown, which was no guarantee, but an excellent bonus and a testament to Dr Sharma’s skills.
