Positive experience: After my local Lordswood dentist said they could do no more with my problem lower molar tooth (extreme gum loss/receding line). I referred myself here because my local was too lazy to act/help me out. Have been to Hospital Lane before. This second visit was also for Periodontal treatment, first time 2018. Had this done only recently, happy with results and healthier gums. They've now stopped bleeding. They identified numerous teeth, mainly molars with problems so the treatment has helped with more than just 1 tooth.

Fantastic experience: We arranged an urgent appointment at Hospital Lane for my nephew who had experienced extremely traumatic attempts at extracting his tooth four times at another dental practice; each unsuccessful and resulted in excruciating pain, infection and further damage to the tooth. From the moment we walked into the clinic, we were treated with the most beautiful kindness and compassion. The dentist who treated my nephew was so patient, understanding and calming. He did not rush when explaining his options and understood and considered his fears. We were so fortunate that the anaesthetist (who was only meant to work in the morning) gave his time to stay later than he should have and treat my nephew. He was truly wonderful and made us feel less anxious. Both the anaesthetist and dentist created comfort and ease; which made the procedure so much easier for my nephew to go through. I would recommend Hospital Lane to anyone; every single member of the team we interacted with were more than lovely and working in the healthcare industry myself, I can genuinely attest to them going above and beyond to make his experience person centred. Thank you everyone - you really did turn a terrible situation into a positive experience!

My case was complex, as I had 4 adult teeth and 8 baby teeth removed in one sitting at hospital, so I was keen to find an discreet alternative to fixed braces that would still deliver great results. Shirley and Rosie guided me through my Invisalign journey with such professionalism and care. They explained everything clearly from the start and supported me at every stage, making the whole process smooth and stress-free. Kylie assisted throughout and was always so kind and reassuring, which made every appointment a positive experience. Fantastic experience: I recently had dental surgery performed by Craig Kennett. From the moment I arrived, Craig was incredibly reassuring, calming, and supportive. The procedure was handled with great care and efficiency. The surgery was over before I even realised it had begun. Thanks to Craig’s skill and professionalism, I felt very little anxiety going in, my recovery was smooth and quicker than I expected. I truly believe the quality of his work made all the difference. Fantastic experience: I’ve been coming to Hospital Lane for over 20 years, despite now living more than an hour away. Why? Because they’re the best. The staff are super friendly, they have modern tech and the bedside manner is phenomenal. I’d highly recommend Zelda — she’s quite simply the best dentist I’ve ever had. Here’s an example: when I lived in London years ago, I had a bad toothache. The local dentist said I needed an expensive root canal. I wasn’t convinced, so I took the following day off work and drove down to Hospital Lane. No root canal needed — they did a CEREC crown there and then, saved the tooth and charged half the London price. Excellence.

Fantastic experience: I’ve been a patient here for years since losing a tooth and getting an extraction then an implant put in. Recently I managed to damage another tooth so I called them and was able to get an appointment in two hours time. The receptionist that booked it for me was kind and patient. When I arrived a few minutes late due to taking a wrong turn on the motorway, I was greeted by friendly staff that made me feel welcome. Dr Sharma was gentle, patient and polite. My tooth was fixed within an hour and he gave me lots of great advice too. I’m happy I found a great clinic to help me because looking after your teeth can be stressful.

Fantastic experience: I would like to say Hospital Lane Dental and Implant clinic is the best clinic I have been to. My specialist Ines Forte is amazing. Ines is a periodontic who specialises in Gum and teeth. If it wasn't for Ines I would still be having problems with my gums. After years of hygienist visits at my local dentist. Every 3 months for a clean to my teeth and gums. Unfortunately there was no improvement at my old dentist. I was then referred to Hospital Lane to have an appointment with Ines Forte. I have had two deep cleaning treatments for the gums with Ines Fortes. And today was my third visit to hospital lane. And what a wonderful result for my teeth and gums. The bleeding to the majority of my teeth before, has now improved dramatically. The gums are more healthier than before. And the teeth feel stronger. I have only had two previous deep cleaning to gums and teeth. Today was my third clean. When I saw the difference in the bleeding from the gums. To more than half of reduced bleeding. This is all my thanks and appreciation to Ines Forte. I will be returning to hospital lane to carry on having my hygienist appointments here. As I can see and feel all the improvement of the service you receive from hospital Lane dental and implant clinic. Everyone is highly trained in their field of periodontics. Negative experience: Really poor experience. Called this morning for an emergency appointment, was told they would call me back at 11am and the woman ended the call with "our emergency appointments are priority for registered patients" she did not call me back and I am in serious pain and infection with my tooth and just left to struggle.

Fantastic experience: I have been a patient of Hospital Lane Dental Clinic for over 10 years and should like to say how pleased and fortunate I feel to have had Younes Khosroshahy as my dental surgeon. During that time, Younes has carried out many complex dental procedures for me, including two separate dental implants (one with sinus lift and bone augmentation), root canal treatments and various porcelain crowns. On every occasion, the outcome has been first class, with never a problem experienced. Younes is highly skilled in his work and obviously cares greatly about providing the best solution for his patients. He always greets with a friendly smile and displays amazing kindness and reassurance to a nervous patient, with explanations at every step of the way, and I am extremely grateful for this. Treatment options and plans are carefully explained, discussed and documented. Aftercare for complex treatments is excellent; with a courtesy phone call from the clinic the next day and timely follow-up appointments to check on progress. Praise also to the dental nurses, hygienists and receptionists, all of whom are pleasant, welcoming and efficient. The premises are bright, spacious, modern and very well resourced. I am happy to recommend Hospital Lane for the excellent care and treatment that their large team provides, with special thanks to Younes.

Negative experience: Not a good experience for me , its a complete let down from the moment you leave reception and enter the back rooms , not what I expected from Bupa ,very much want you to have more appointments for other things your not there for in the first place, old outdated equipment not using up to date techniques ,and telling me I need dental procedures that are not necessary ,will not be returning .and cannot recommend, have since registered with another practice who actually care about the patient not the money As to your reply , how unprofessional to not have me on your database after I have received treatment ,what have you done with my information , another reason for people not to register ,I have since registered with another practice who have more up to date equipment , you dont even have proper x ray machines very poor not what one expects from Bupa

Negative experience: Called to ask if they could tighten an implant for me. Said they could book me in at 3.40 say day and then charged me an emergency appointment fee of £70 and £95 to tighten the screw. It wasn’t an emergency and when I complained about the emergency fee was told that’s standard and always charged and they can cross out the word emergency if I like. Absolute disgrace to the medical profession.

Fantastic experience: I was referred to Younes Khosroshahy at Hospital Lane by my BUPA dentist in Marden because of a mobility problem with my upper central front teeth. A CT scan revealed that I would need bone grafting and two implants supporting a bridge to replace my four front teeth. As someone who is a nervous and reluctant dental patient I found Younes to be reassuring and caring. He explained everything very clearly and made me feel confident that all would be well. He monitored the post operative healing very regularly and all proceeded as he said it would. The result is such an improvement! I had been very conscious of having overlong front teeth and now they are even and look as though they have always been there. Younes is clearly highly skilled but he is also very kind. I am very lucky to have been referred to him.

Ines and Cheryl put me at total ease and have done an amazing job that will set me up for the next stages of my treatments. Ines is superb at building confidence with the patient, I am not easy as I had a deep fear of dentists. Together with Cheryl they build confidence and explain every step of the way. Totally professional and have achieved amazing results to establish the gums to a good state of health which is important. I can’t recommend Ines and Cheryl highly enough. I done about two years of research into having implants called lots dentists and asked lots of questions. From start to finish Hospital Line dentist have been very professional and caring through the process, I was a very nervous patient Younes my dentist, explained everything he was doing and going to do, put me at rest of the time. Although I had a lot of work done it was painless And virtually no pain after each procedure. Initially had a review at a rival company but found, while cheaper, my questions could not be answered. Hospital lane became my first choice because I knew, from another patient, that if there was any doubt about the treatment working I would be told so and why. Fantastic experience: I came to see Younes after reading the reviews and doing much research into de tap implants. One of my front teeth had fractured at the root, which caused me great distress as I work with the public. Being only 43 there is no way I wanted a gap in the front of my mouth! Firstly, I am a really nervous dental patient. The kindness shown by the reception team was so welcome. They were very calming and totally understood my anxiety. Younes is one of the most understanding dentists I have ever met. He reassured me at every step. He talked me through each stage of my ‘tooth now’ treatment. I chose to be sedated for the treatment but if you aren’t particularly nervous then you’d be fine in Younes’ very capable hands. I have just had my final impressions for my new tooth to be fitted at the end of the month. Thanks so much Younes and team, you’ve no idea how much your knowledge and kindness has been appreciated. I would have no problem recommending this practice.

Fantastic experience: Having been with the practice for about 5 years I have found the staff to be highly professional and friendly. The level of technical equipment available to them on site is well above my expectations. This effectively means that complex dental implant surgery can be performed in-house . Thus far I have had my amalgam filings replaced with ceramic caps and inserts; the procedures were completed on the same day and have proved highly satisfactory. I have recently had my two incisor crowns replaced with an implant and a new incisor crown, with which I am also very happy. Overall I thoroughly commend the quality of the work performed at the practice and by Younes in particular. The ongoing health of my teeth is maintained by the hygienist, Jodie, who also takes great pride in her work and does a great job on my teeth.

Fantastic experience: My first appointment with Younes Khosroshahy was to discuss an extraction, followed by replacing my small, uncomfortable and insecure NHS upper denture with implants. He was very reassuring, caring and professional. He explained what the procedures would involve and the whole timetable of treatment was set out very clearly in advance. Younes said that he thought implants would change my life and, sure enough, 9 months later they have. I am so much more confident and am so happy with my whole treatment at the clinic. Fantastic experience: I had broken my bridge which was over 25 years old. Sadly the teeth below had decayed. A bridge on implants was the treatment recommended. Younes clearly explained each step of the process and proficiiently carried out all parts of the procedure. All of my treatment was carried out during the pandemic, Younes and the rest of the team made me feel safe, it must have been awful for Younes to wear the 'gas mask' for hours but treatment carried out efficiently and calmly. I didn't find the cost excessive. In conclusion I would thoroughly recommend Hospital Lane and in particular Younes Khosroshahy, the most gentle and best dentist I've ever had. Diane

Fantastic experience: Sent from my iPad I finally had my new teeth fitted today, what an amazing job, 5 teeth instead of four to rectify an unsightly gap I had previously in my front teeth due to gum health. It took an enormous courage for me to attend hospital lane as I have had a phobia/ fear of dentist since childhood. The practice was recommended to me in view of the specialist treatment I required. I first met Craig and Bal over a year ago and from the minute I stepped into their surgery I knew I was in safe hands. Fantastic experience: Years ago, I had been an NHS patient at the clinic in Rochester and was drawn to it by the Logo. All these years later I was recommended by a client of mine and was once again drawn to the same beautiful Logo, depicting a pair of hands holding a tooth, and the words "In Safe Hands ". On entering the clinic, indeed , I felt safe and welcome Younes,my Dentist has shown constant kindness and encouragement, especially when the treatment seemed to feel like a long procedure. At each visit I felt calm and relaxed. The treatment is now completed, which in turn has brought other health improvements, no more gum infections, a better balance of saliva and I am no longer taking medication for acid reflux and hiatus hernia! Fantastic experience: Having decided to have my teeth improved, my normal dentist referred me to the Hospital Lane Clinic where I met Moj Dehghanpour & his able assistant Katie. After a few consultation's to discuss my options & dispel any doubts Maj suggested the best solution in my case. Fantastic experience: I had two front teeth damaged by cricket ball when young causing a recurring abcess in my gum and infection to my jawbone. I thought i would cope quite well with dentures so decided against Hospital Lane treatment. 4 months later, i was back to re-visit Younes. Younes' skill set and knowledge was good and I took my time to ensure all queries i had were satisfactorily answered. I wouldnt say implants is an easy decision to make, mainly due to cost factors as the treatment plan can be quite invasive and can be painful at times. However, the overall resulting outcome is amazing and very worthwhile. Younes was so professional and very understanding and showed empathy with my fears of dental treatment. He gave me sedation to help combat the fear and every step of my 7 month programme of dental work to provide 2 dental implants acted respectfully. Once your new teeth are fitted, you know the decision was right. No more dentures, denture cream, no embarrassment and you can actually be fully appreciative of every smile you now make. Fantastic experience: Excellent dentists, hygienists and reception staff. Everyone I have encountered at the clinic is welcoming, professional and committed to ensuring you feel at ease and in good hands. I’ve had awful experiences of visiting the dentist in my teens and developed a real fear but since I’ve been using Hospital Lane, I never worry about attending appointments. Recently, I needed root canal treatment and was impressed by the way this was delivered. The dentist took time to clearly explain the problem I had and gave me a choice of treatment paths; I never felt under any pressure. I like the way each step of the work undertaken is carefully explained. Time was taken to ensure I was comfortable and happy. My children and husband use this practice and have all been treated with respect and care. Yes, you pay a premium but it’s a price worth paying for peace of mind.

Fantastic experience: I have just finished having a front implant (to replace a failing crown), 2 gum grafts and 1 bone graft, and am delighted with the work Manuel and his team have performed. The whole process was explained to me in detail and I was checked on regularly inbetween appointments. Note to anyone considering this that there was NO real pain (even the gum graft was just 1 day of discomfort and then soft food for a week! ) and as I had the 'tooth now' option, I had a natural-looking temporary tooth which helped immensely.

Fantastic experience: I have just had two front veneers replaced. Younes spent a lot of time with me to ensure that I would be happy with the end result. I had wax versions of what the veneers would look like first so that I could see if I would like the look, plus a course of whitening beforehand. I am very pleased with the end result, they look just like my normal teeth! I would thoroughly recommend Younes and his team at Hospital Lane Dental and Implant Clinic.
