Fantastic experience: Smile and move was recommend by insurance company. When my mum first arrived she was very unsure, unable to move freely and not sure if one visit every 2 weeks would benefit me. Priya not only cared for my mum physically and helping my mum become stronger but always made time to check in on my mums mental health too. Always made time to ask how my mum was and always knew if something was wrong. Priya supported in sending vital information to doctors and chasing up the appointments needed to support mums recovery.

The physiotherapist conducted a thorough assessment, clearly explained my condition, and tailored a treatment plan specifically to my needs. I am a very anxious person and have had bad experiences with extractions in the UK, but at this office and with this doctor and his assistant they are superb! Fantastic experience: I've had the pleasure of being treated by both Divyang and Aditi at Smile and Move. I saw Divyang after having 2 partial knee replacements. I'd had an awful experience with another physio so I was very nervous when first starting treatment with Divyang, but he was so understanding and was very gentle with me. He gave me some great exercises which I continued long after my first operation that, in turn, really helped when I had my second operation. I can't recommend Divyang highly enough and anyone that has seen him knows that he can diagnose you from the minute you walk into his office :-). On times when I was sitting in reception waiting for my appointment, I would watch the screen showing dental treatments and because of that I booked for both me and my husband to meet with Aditi. I had been conscious of my crooked teeth for as long as I can remember and I never properly smiled in photographs. Aditi managed to find a way to make me smile again! She was kind and understanding and didn't hurt me once! I had some composite bonding which made my front teeth look straight - I am over the moon! My husband had the Enlightening Treatment and was also so happy with the results! It's so lovely to find a dentist (and the lovely Raluca!) who can put you at ease and listen to your concerns. Thoroughly recommend, even if you are nervous!

Negative experience: Unfortunately I went to the clinic for a hyaluronic injection on my knee, having had success with this previously from a consultant at the Saxon Clinic 6 months previously. Divyang Shah spent a long time examining my leg and seemed very unsure about giving the injection, changing his mind about injecting the outside of the knee to the inside. The injection he gave has had little or no benefit, and having consulted another specialist, I have been told it is better to inject the outside of the knee to ensure it reaches the whole area. I feel he had also identified other issues with my leg that he failed to disclose, hence his hesitancy - presumably motivated by the money the clinic would receive from the injection. I was initially told the cost would be £350 and fortunately had this in writing - at the appointment the receptionist told me the cost was £500, which she backed down on once I showed the email stating the cost was £350. I have subsequently been diagnosed with distal semimembranosus tendinopathy by Dr Richard Collins, Bedford Sports Doctor (who is excellent) and given exercises to do by Physix Physiotherapy (Simon Jones). I feel Divyang Shah should have been more honest with what he saw on the ultrasound and potentially lacked integrity in favour of taking money. Disappointed and would not recommend.

Fantastic experience: Reception area is very clean, tidy with welcoming and friendly staff. Appointments very easily accessed. All staff were kind and understanding in approach. My physiotherapy appointments were very professional with excellent quality of service provided. Mr Davinyang Shah was excellent and showed an amazing level of professionalism and knowledge, I truly felt I was in safe hands. I would be happy to return to this practice should the need ever arise.

Fantastic experience: I can’t thank Mr. Divyang Shah enough for the care and support he provided. I came to see him after losing all hope with my GP, I was in extreme pain, hadn’t slept in days, felt dizzy, and was unable to drive or work. I was truly at my breaking point. From the very first session, he made a difference. A simple neck extension exercise immediately relieved the intense pain that had been radiating down my arm. After just a few sessions, I began to feel significantly better. Thanks to his treatment program, not only have I returned to normal life, but I now also know how to manage things if the pain ever comes back. Thank you again for everything.

Fantastic experience: I've had a great experience with Mr Divyang Shah when I visited there for my tennis elbow. He managed to get it sorted with exercises and massages and he was very knowledgeable. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Highly recommend the clinic for physiotherapy.

Negative experience: I had no problems with my teeth till visiting here for a replacement filling, I was suffering no pain at all, just got it replaced to save future problems after another dentist advised. The filling was I believe drilled too deep and ended up pressing on my nerve. This was 8 months ago and I’m still suffering daily, at the time I was in so much pain that I ended up on tramadol, it was the worse week. I decided to try and give it time to settle and it never has. The only option I’m given now is nearly £800 root canal to fix a tooth that I never had any problems with before coming here. I honestly feel the filling was accidentally drilled too deep as another dentist advised the filling needed doing and there was no mention of it being close to the nerve, i can’t pay the £800 and so now I'm left unable to eat on that side and suffer discomfort daily.

Fantastic experience: I suffered from severe plantar fasciitis and a bone spur, and finally found relief with 2 exceptional physiotherapists. Priya provided physio and shockwave therapy over several weeks which significantly reduced the inflammation, then Divyang administered an ultrasound guided steriod injection. After limping for a year, I can finally walk with no pain. Highly recommend both as excellent physiotherapists!

Fantastic experience: After nearly a year of running from pillar to post and being misdiagnosed twice by GPs for my back pain, I decided to visit Smile and Move Polyclinic for physiotherapy. I was dealing with radiating back pain that severely impacted my mobility and sleep. Dr. Divyang Shah took the time to ask relevant questions, assess my mobility, and CORRECTLY DIAGNOSE the issue. His treatment provided me with 85% pain relief and mobility in JUST ONE session, and he gave me six exercises to follow. Within five days of doing the recommended exercises, my mobility was completely restored. I am incredibly thankful to Dr. Shah and Smile and Move Polyclinic and highly recommend this clinic for anyone who wants correct diagnosis and treatment to live an active and pain-free life.

Fantastic experience: I had an infection and initially visited another dental clinic where they frightened me, claiming my teeth were broken and my case was very complicated. Then, I went to Smile and Poly Clinic, where Dr. Aditi assessed my situation. She recommended removing the teeth and, despite my fear, I agreed. To my amazement, she removed the teeth in just five minutes and managed to take them out whole. I couldn't believe it was done so quickly! I highly recommend Dr. Aditi for her skill and efficiency.

Negative experience: I had a horrible experience when I went into this dentist. The dentist that tended to me at this clinic was rude and dismissive. The treatment itself was fine, but the experience was terrible. The dentist just gave off the impression that he was in the job for nothing but money. It really appeared he did not value my service as a client. He was arrogant and had an awful attitude, overall being entirely unprofessional. I definitely won't be coming here again.

Fantastic experience: Divyang took a holistic view of my problem and gave me a variety of exercises that I could easily incorporate into daily life. He was very knowledgeable about the impact of other medical issues and listened carefully to the information provided. The digital access I had to the exercise program was also useful.

Fantastic experience: I visited Smile and Move Polyclinic at the end of November 2023. I was suffering from particularly painful tendonitis (tennis elbow) which had not responded to rest or to physio. I was shortly due to go overeas on holiday, an important part of which was wildlife photograpy with a heavy camera and lens. I was concerned that this aspect of the trip would be ruined. I saw Mr Divyang Shah who performed a thorough ultrasound of the area. In view of the limited time available he recommended an ultrasound guided cortisone injection. This was performed a couple of days later. Within 24 hours I was pain free and remain so. I had no problems carrying my camera gear and other baggage throughout my trip. I was extremely happy with my treatment from Mr Shah and would have no hesitation in recommending the Smile and Move Polytechic. The reception staff were also friendly, efficient and polite.

Fantastic experience: Great physio at Smile and Move. Mrs Priya Shah really helped with my shoulder that I had injured falling off my bicycle. The reception staff and Priya were always friendly and helpful.
