Our current dentist, Jonathan, has completely changed dentist trips for our children who both have Autism. He is chatty, always remembers things they have spoken about before and puts them at ease - we actually look forward to going!

Fantastic experience: I became a patient of High Street Smiles in August 2024 and had Invisalign treatment with Tom Charnock which has just concluded. Tom has been fantastic throughout the treatment, going above and beyond to pause my treatment for a few days so that I could be brace-free on my wedding day, and I am thrilled with the results - the before and after pictures say it all. I highly recommend Tom and High Street Smiles, particularly for Invisalign.

Fantastic experience: I started my new smile makeover in January this year, it was something I’ve been wanting to do and been saving for for years but struggled to do because of my fear I had with dentists. Last year, me and a friend of mine, made a promise to each other that we would finally find the courage to book a consultation, she also felt insecure about her smile. From start to finish the staff at high street smiles have been amazing, so friendly and polite, the lady’s at the reception always greet you with the biggest smiles and have a conversation with you like they’ve known you for years, I always felt a warm welcome as soon as I entered the building. Tom my dentist and his dental assistants have helped cure my fear of dentist, he has always been professional and patient and really understanding when I felt anxious. I couldn’t be happier with the work Tom has done on my teeth, genuinely can’t stop looking at them, he’s changed my life and my confidence has grown so much, I no longer hide my smile or cover my mouth when I laugh. I 100% recommend Tom and high street smiles, they really are the best and to anyone struggling with the fear but are desperate for the smile they’ve always wanted, THIS IS THE PLACE!!! can’t thank them enough.

The layout when waiting such a lovely calming feature not your usual dentist waiting area. Dentist I saw she was just truly lovely very thourough and made me feel very comfortable and at ease. So glad I changed to come here so lucky it being for NHS patients also which is very hard to find now overall experience amazing my husband has joined my daughter is in the process also

Can always get an appointment and they’ve often fitted me in at v short notice do r an emergency appointment. The reception and the waiting area are very calming and relaxing and the staff on reception are lovely. The dentists are friendly, non judgemental and put you at ease. I have been seeing Doctor Bhuna for years and she is excellent.

Fantastic experience: My husband and I have been visiting High Street Smiles since 2023 for dental check-ups and hygiene appointments, back when the practice had not yet been renovated. Since the refurbishment in 2024, the environment has become extremely comfortable — it feels almost like a hotel, with very clean washrooms and a pleasant fragrance. Since the renovation, every time we have an appointment, we see the same dentist, Jonathan Griffiths. He is always very patient, takes the time to explain each step clearly, and has a warm and friendly manner that makes us feel at ease. Every member of staff is welcoming and always greets us with a smile. I would especially like to thank Liz at reception. Although my children are not patients at this practice, whenever I bring them along, she always asks what cartoons they would like to watch and changes the TV to something they enjoy. When I book my next appointment, she always does her best to arrange the most suitable date and time for us. Also, whenever I have swelling or pain from my wisdom tooth and call the practice, they have always been able to arrange an appointment with the dentist very quickly, which I truly appreciate.
