Fantastic experience: I easily booked an emergency appointment with Kons who ascertained I required a large filling. Rather than rebook, he gave me anaesthetic in my gum and after a small wait, then proceeded to replace my ancient NHS filling with a filling that looks exactly like my own tooth. I’m quite simply amazed. He talked me through each process checking if I was ok. I couldn’t ask for better treatment or a better result. Thanks also to Lucy on reception and Sophie the nurse for being so lovely.

Fantastic experience: Lucy, the lovely girl on reception fitted me in for an emergency appointment today. She was so kind and considerate when I explained my pain. I saw Dr Kon who was lovely too. He sorted out my problem and made me feel at ease and I have every confidence in him - hence booked to see him again next month. Thank you to you both for your expertise and empathy.

Fantastic experience: DR Jon Nicholas has completely changed my teeth! Using Invisalign and then Composite Bonding, I now have a straight, natural and white smile that I can be proud to show. He also helped me address some gum health issues, which otherwise may have caused me serious concerns down the line. Jon is always friendly and such a positive person to spend time with. He genuinely cares for, and strives for perfection for his patients. I am now smiling with my teeth in photos, and not feeling the need to cover my mouth when I laugh. Self confidence can change peoples lives and I’m so grateful to Jon and the Hertfordshire Dental team.

Fantastic experience: After six months of top quality work being done to my teeth, I have now an amazing set of implants When I wake up in the morning now, I look at the mirror in the bathroom and then do a cheeky smile and my confidence level is at an all-time high. In the past i had an accident on my cycle, I fell off at speed and knocked out my front bottom teeth and one at the top. I went to the NHS and they put standard crown and a bridge on which had to do until I raised the money to get the job done properly. I discussed the situation with Simon Oldham and he took me through every stage of the transformation under no pressure, I know it’s a considered purchase, but how you feel after it’s simply amazing, I always used to hide my teeth behind my smile but now I have the confidence to talk to people and have photos taken of myself and smile from ear to ear. During the course of the work at any time, I could phone the surgery and they would always book me in if I had a slight problem with no questions asked. I rate Hertford dental practice 10 out of 10 for customer Services and value for money, in more ways than one. Duncan .

Fantastic experience: Such a swanky new place! A jewel in Maidenhead street. I am incredibly nervous about the dentist, so finding one so lovely is a HUGE thing. All the staff are simply lovely, and Jon the dentist was fantastically calm and gentle. I’ll be back, and I can’t believe I’m saying this, but looking forward to it! Thankyou. Fantastic experience: This was my first visit to a dentist for about twenty years following a really bad experience with my previous one. I needn't have worried. I was greeted by two smiling friendly receptionists that made me feel welcome. And Sarah my dentist was very professional and understanding. I felt I was in very good hands and at ease. Sarah listened to me and understood exactly what it was i would like to have done and took time to give me all the options. I'm so happy to have finally found a quality dental practice. I'm actually looking forward to having my treatment done and having a decent smile again. Top marks all round and thank you everyone.

My teeth have been completely transformed and are exactly what I wanted. Jon was so friendly and approachable throughout and made it easy to contact him if I had any questions. Positive experience: It would have been 5 stars, but the reception staff told me I was not on the list for a consultation appointment despite having a confirmation email stating otherwise. Nonetheless, the dental practice is unlike any other I have been in. A large bright open reception space with a welcoming feel. The dentist was excellent and he explained everything and answered all my questions with professionalism. Communication has been good with reception staff and follow-up information with imaging reports were prompt and well detailed. I haven't had treatment yet, but I will update after my implants are done. The price for implants is slightly higher than other practices.

Fantastic experience: I have recently completed dental treatment at Hertford Dental Group under the excellent care of Dr Mohuya Dam and I am over the moon with the finished result. I came to the practice after being unhappy with previous work that I’d had elsewhere and was quite anxious. Dr Mohuya Dam immediately put me at ease, was very patient with my multitude of questions and also clear about the treatment plan and what to expect throughout. Now for the first time in decades I am able to smile without feeling self conscious and am delighted with the finished result. Overall my experience at this practice has been positive from start to finish. Everybody has been so helpful and professional. Can not recommend highly enough!

Fantastic experience: I had avoided the dentist for over three years due to several negative experiences with rushed and inattentive practitioners who seemed more focused on payment than patient care. Recently, I developed severe pain from a molar I had left untreated for too long, and I decided to book an emergency appointment with Hertfordshire Dental Group. From the moment I arrived, I expressed my anxiety and fear about the procedure. Dr. Mohuya Dam was exceptional—calm, compassionate, and incredibly patient. She made sure I experienced zero pain throughout the treatment and took the time to reassure me every step of the way. If you had told me a week ago that I’d be getting what’s essentially a root canal, I would have been filled with dread. But Dr. Dam made the entire process smooth and completely manageable. I currently have a temporary filling and, thanks to this experience, I finally feel confident about addressing the other two teeth I’ve been neglecting. If I had known about this clinic sooner, I wouldn’t have waited three years. I can’t recommend Hertfordshire Dental Group highly enough. Thank you so much, Dr. Mohuya Dam—you’ve truly made a difference. 10/10.

Fantastic experience: I have just visited the practice for the first time regarding a long standing issue with a couple of front teeth. All the staff were very friendly, and Simon explained the various options extremely well, and put me at ease. This is going to be 2 implants done early next year - I did not feel any pressure at all to have the treatment, and although not looking forward to it (!) already feel in safe hands. It’s April now and this morning Simon did the 2 implants. I am very impressed with both the explanations and the procedure itself. Simon and the dental nurse really put me at ease, and my case was not straightforward sure to being front teeth and lack of bone. I have to go back in a couple of weeks for a checkup , then in 3 months for the new caps. I would thoroughly recommend this practice.
