Fantastic experience: Great service and fantastic staff. I called up on Saturday morning, panicked, as my veneer had fallen off. I was offered an appointment two hours later. The staff in the clinic that day were lovely and had my smile fixed before lunch time. I was not a patient with them before this happened and they still got me in to their emergency appointments. I would highly recommend. Thanks again!

Fantastic experience: Having not been to a dentist in 27 years this was now my third visit. I had the absolute fear of dentists but Adam put me totally at ease! First appt was just a general check, 2nd was two teeth out which I was not looking forward to but I felt no pain and he talked through everything. Thursday visit today was for a scan and was simplistic. I would definitely recommend Andrew Scott dental practice

Fantastic experience: Gregor McPherson is an excellent dentist. He explains everything clearly and has a calm manner that helps me feel relaxed, which makes the whole experience much easier. I feel confident that I’m in good hands. The practice is also 5-star, and the receptionist and dental nurse are friendly and helpful.

Fantastic experience: Today I had an appointment with Jodie, the hygienist. Well between Josie and the smiling dental nurse, the appointment was lovely! As usual the receptionist was lovely! I do enjoy going. (Now that’s something I never thought I’d type!!) Nothing is too much trouble! Back to see Jodie in April 2026!!

Fantastic experience: A very positive experience at Andrew Scott Dental today. A helpful discussion with Mr Fuentes regarding a treatment plan and he also adjusted a single denture for me (above and beyond as not from Andrew Scott). A hygienist appointment with Jodie Snook was thorough and left my teeth looking and feeling better than they have in years. Another appointment required but that is a reflection on the state of my oral hygiene not Jodie's expertise. Finally, thanks to Danielle for her patience, kindness and explanation about Denplan.

Fantastic experience: The best dental practice ever! Amazing service, quality, attention to details, etc etc. Would totally recommend to all (adults and kids). Very professional and caring. Ace interior design :) Overall a great experience. I will not go back to any of the other practices in Aberdeen.

Fantastic experience: Jodie Snook (Dental therapist) is absolutely the Best! Hygienist visits at previous dentists have been an awful experience and made me very nervous. Jodie puts me at ease and is so kind,gentle and patient. My teeth/gums have improved so much and it’s all thanks to her. Thoroughly recommend her to anyone. Dental nurse Iona is so lovely and also puts me at ease. Would give more than 5 stars if I could!!

Fantastic experience: I visited Andrew Scott dental practice today for the first time. I called for an emergency appointment and they very kindly fitted me it. The service from start to finish was first class and I cannot praise them enough. They were kind, considerate and professional and David & his Nurse were so nice to me as I was feeling very self conscious about my visit. They explained all of my options in great detail and I left feeling a lot better than I did when I arrived. Thank you so much.

My dentist is Rachel , she is very thorough and explains everything really well, even the finer details. Rachel and her technician are a very good team and very professional, i always feel at ease in the chair. In November last year i also had a descale/clean/polish with Jodie using the latest technology which she explained in great detail and done an amazing job, my teeth felt so clean afterwards !!!! She is definitely the best hygienist i’ve been to in this area ! I highly recommend Andrew Scott Dental if you’re thinking of private dental treatment. Just been back for my 6 month check up ,it was a very pleasant experience, my dentist and technician are always so nice and welcoming ! It’s also a very excellent facility !!!

Fantastic experience: I have a bit of a fear of the dentist and hadn’t been for a check up in a number of years. Really smooth booking process as a new client and I was seen by Rachel. She was genuinely fantastic. Explained everything thoroughly and really kept me at ease along with Kaylee. The visit wasn’t anywhere near as bad as I had been making out in my head and I’m so glad to have taken the first step!

Jodie is a friendly, down to earth person and puts you at ease as soon as you arrive. Her professionalism in what she does is excellent and she takes time and care to explain what she is doing. Jodie is willing to give advice on how to better care for your gums and teeth which is so useful.

Fantastic experience: A wonderful dental service in a very relaxing building. I visited for a surgical extraction which was done with skill, made as pain free and simple as possible. There’s a large, comfortable waiting room looking out onto a lovely garden. The staff are superb and welcoming. Highly recommended.

Fantastic experience: I have to admit to being a little nervous at seeing a new dentist after so many years with Julie Rafferty at Queens Cross. One builds up a trusting relationship with one’s dentist of course . Rebecca, completely set me at ease however , with her friendly welcome and her totally comprehensive explanation of what was going to happen and why ! This was so appreciated . At every stage of the procedure she was entirely efficient but also reassuring ! Going to the dentist for me is a bit of a trial and not something I enjoy particularly , however Rebecca, made sure with her professional and caring approach that I felt entirely safe during this tooth extraction. Fantastic experience: I am a coward at the dentist due to anxiety and bad experiences at the dentist, but Andrew Scott is the first dentist I've been to where everyone from the friendly receptionists to the dentists makes you feel at ease. I have been getting dental treatment for 3 implants, which was really daunting for me, but I'm coping well with all of it due to the patience and understanding of the dentist, and the relaxed atmosphere. Andrew Scott dental is definitely one of the best, and I highly recommend.

I had an extraction, by choice, of a tooth that had been very painful and problematic for some time. First time attending to see Andrew and I would recommend him wholeheartedly. Jodie Snook, the hygienist, was incredibly kind and accommodating, especially given my neurodivergent needs. She made sure to avoid scents and tastes that I’m sensitive to, which I deeply appreciate. Dr. McPherson is also wonderful. He’s mindful of my sensory issues, taking the time to discuss ways to prevent dental problems without making me feel judged. He explains everything clearly and even uses photos to help ease dental anxieties, which I found reassuring. I highly recommend this practice to both neurodivergent individuals and others alike. Their care and attentiveness make all the difference!
