Fantastic experience: I recently had a bridge done at 518, after struggling for a year with a denture. Thanks to Doctor Saj' and Nic' for going through all the options and helping me make the right decision. I'm over the Moon with the outcome and wished I'd done it sooner.

Fantastic experience: As a very nervous patient, and one who hadn’t been to a dentist in such a long time, Dr Hassan and his team made me feel at ease from initial consultation to treatments. Over a few visits, my nerves/fear have dwindled and that’s thanks to their understanding and patience. Thank you. The periodontal treatments went well as did my extraction.

Fantastic experience: At a routine check up last year, Dr Hassan spotted a small white Lesion on my tongue. After his referral, I was diagnosed with moderate to severe Dysplasia. Following surgery, I have now been given the all clear. The thorough examination and quick reaction by Dr Hassan, possibly avoided a more serious outcome. Fantastic experience: I had three treatments at 518 Dental with Dr. Hassan, it included Gum Disease Treatment, Extractions and Fillings. I just want to say that it's a really nice Dental Practice. Their appointment reminders are on spot and inform you of any last minute cancellations 48 hours prior to your appointment. Dr. Hassan personally was really nice and his treatment was good too. I never had any issues with it. He never makes you feel scared or Nervous about anything. In short ... Highly recommended!!

Fantastic experience: Having been a patient at this dental practice for many years I recently made the decision to improve my 1980’s crowns and the colour of my teeth. Dr Hassan thoroughly explained the full procedure, alongside payment options and put me at ease that the end result would not be ‘turkey teeth’. Throughout the process, Dr Hassan reassured me with his calm, professional manner, checking I was happy at each stage. He kept in regular contact by email and accommodated the appointments around my shift schedule. All of the team involved, including the receptionists, nurses, Dr Hassan and Dr Sajid were friendly, welcoming and made the experience much more relaxing than I was expecting. The time and care put into selecting the right size, shape and colour of my new teeth meant I was blown away by the end result. It does make you feel emotional, my only regret is that I didn’t do it sooner. I’m very pleased with the natural look and would highly recommend 518 Dental, especially the excellent Dr Hassan.

Negative experience: Absolutely horrendous customer service. Dr is ok but the receptionist is beyond any comments. She blackmails and harasses if you can't attend the appointment and wish to rearrange it. They don't record calls so you have no evidence how badly she spoke to you over the phone, unless you have call recording App on your own phone. Even after paying you feel disgusted.

Negative experience: After telling the dentist (at least 3 times) that I needed to check at home if I had a valid certificate for free treatment before a procedure (as otherwise I wouldn't be having it), the dentist promised me that he had checked on the system and that my certificate was valid. It was not, and they are attempting to charge me for the treatment that I had, only because I was given false information by the dentist. This means that either a) the system that he checked was incorrect, due to substandard office staff not doing their job correctly, or b) he deliberately lied to me to get me to have the procedure. Either way it shows an ineptitude at this practice, and I would advise you to stay away. Awful, belligerent attitude subsequently from a receptionist who refused to give me the manager's contact details to report the incident. Very poor practice, which is a shame, as it used to be pretty good.

Fantastic experience: I have been with the practice for many years and was apprehensive when Dr Gill retired however after being treated by Dr Hassan I was put at ease and very pleased with his treatment. I moved my wife over to 518 Dental also and Dr Hassan was able to alert us to a life impacting condition and if it was not to his due diligence and care we would not have known of this issue. His quick referral to a consultant meant my wife was able to get the treatment she needed that has been life saving quite literally. Dr Malik extracted my Wisdom tooth, very painless and he explained all what was happening including after care etc. A most professional set up. Fantastic experience: Had a problem with my tooth. I had a emergency appointment with Dr Hassan, his assistant was Zanab. I was really scared. They put me at ease immediately. What excellent care and compassionate was shown towards me. He worked hard to save my tooth but eventually had to remove the tooth. I didn't feel any pain whatsoever. Not even the injection to numb the area.. He was great, friendly and looked after me.

Fantastic experience: Annum made the whole process so smooth and I’m super happy with the end result. I had 16 additional trays for no extra cost. The whitening and shaping at the end worked wonders. The moulds at first didn’t fit comfortably in my mouth due to a slight scratch at the back, however Annum made sure that each tray was cut down so that I experienced no pain at all, and the alterations she made had zero impact on the final result. It can be daunting to invest in your smile however being with a dentist that genuinely cares about your results and guides you through the entire journey makes it so much better. I got texts to remind me of the appointments and I then received a phone call to make sure that I was still good to attend. I can’t speak highly enough about the treatment I received and the service that came with it. Fantastic experience: 518 is more than a mere number. This dental surgery has all the attributes of professionalism. The care from the front line staff to the dental service is excellent. The flyers on the noticeboard are educational and informative and they equip the patients of all age groups with useful information on dental care. All the staff are pleasant and welcoming the patients. I am under the able hands of Dr Malik who strives to maintain a high standard of service to each one of his patients. When I had a tooth extraction he drove the fear out of my heart. His professional skills and his pleasant personality are remarkable. His assistant Nikki contributes positively and complements Dr Malik's service.

Fantastic experience: Getting a bit "long in the tooth", please excuse the pun, I have spent many unpleasant hours in a whole host of dental surgeries, that was until I signed up with Dr Sajid Malik. The treatment provided by Sajid, his assistant Nik and the whole team at 518, is second to none. Fantastic experience: Amazing dentist would highly recommend! The receptionist was very lovely when I came in and was very helpful. Dr Hassan and Lauren were great and gave me lots of useful advice. I haven’t been to a dentist in 5 years and they really put me at ease and are very easy to talk to.
