Fantastic experience: I had a great experience with Dalya and Kelly today. I can’t recommend Dalya highly enough. I’ve seen her several times over the past few months and she has always been kind, compassionate, and very thorough. She explains everything clearly and manages expectations well. I have felt anxious going in, but both Dalya and all of the dental nurses have really put me at ease. Dalya has also always been very accommodating around my work schedule. The dental nurses I’ve seen have all been lovely and professional, and the front desk staff are always very helpful. A great team and a really positive experience every time.

Negative experience: Not happy £130 charge before I'm allowed through the door, because I cracked a filling and wanted an appointment before my next appointment is due. Not even an emergency,Unbelievable how dentist can make money for doing nothing at all. Well that's one patient lost.

Fantastic experience: After many years of just giving my teeth the minimum amount of attention, at the tender age of 63 I needed to get them sorted once and for all, and one of the best decisions I ever made in my life was to choose to move dentist to myDentist in Winsford, where I have been incredibly fortunate enough to get onto the patient list for both Dr Sara Aziz and her assistant Mia. The work and dedication they have put into the plan to get me back to some normality orally is just amazing to say the least! From No Pain procedures to constantly liaising with both myself and my wife, making sure that the timings of the work fit in with my work pattern, have been nothing but incredible! I think if I was to pick just one of many things that I admire about the two of them is that they really do care about the patient, and that level of positivity is a very rare thing indeed I'm sure you may know already! Negative experience: Extremely poor service. I've been waiting for treatment for nearly 3 month and have had my appointment(s) cancelled 4 times in a row. Usually with less than 24 hours notice and without explanation. It's incredibly unprofessional/ frustrating having to constantly modify my schedule only for them to cancel the appointment...

Fantastic experience: I have had the best experience with Sara and Mia from my first appointment with them they made me feel so relaxed. I told Sara what I didn’t like about my teeth and she advised me what she could do. I had my old bridge replaced and two crowns replaced which had been in for over 40 years I also had a veneer on my front tooth. Each appointment I had Mia kept me informed of what was going to happen and she put my mind at ease. I cannot believe the transformation I cannot stop smiling.Thank you Sara and Mia. Fantastic experience: I visited midway through 2024 due to dissatisfaction with the appearance of my smile and the alignment of my teeth. I had quite a complicated case due to two teeth that never fell out, but this was addressed very well. Clearcorrect treatment was much less difficult than I initially thought and the steps needed were explained thoroughly. I highly recommend a visit if there’s an interest in fixing any issues, Dr Sana Adnan has been excellent throughout the whole process.

Fantastic experience: I had my clear correct and whitening done by Ainsley and could not be happier with the results! He is very detailed and wanted to make sure he gave me an amazing smile. The whole process has been so quick and he is genuinely so easy to get on and have a laugh with. Nurse Demi who works with Ainsley has also been amazing through this process. She is great at putting you at ease and seems like a really hard worker! Thank you both!!!

Negative experience: I paid £60 for a five minute checkup. No x-rays, asked a few basic questions and prodded in my mouth for a minute then said I should “urgently” see a hygienist despite having seen one 3 months ago and without any justification. She also tried to refer me back to the gum specialist who I’ve already seen once and said I didn’t need to be there. I feel ripped off and fear mongered into treatment I don’t need. I will find a better practice who actually care about my health.

Fantastic experience: I started my clear aligner journey back in January and just in 7 months my teeth have completely transformed. I chose to get my teeth straightened as I knew it would help my jaw pain. For years I’ve had locked jaw, I went to the hospital during COVID for advice and the doctor told me the only way to help it was to do daily exercises and to break and realign my jaw. After voicing my concerns to Dr Sana Adnan back in 2024 she told me about the benefits of clear aligners. Since my teeth have been straightened the pain had significantly decreased. On top of that, I now have an amazing smile. Dr Sana has been very informative during this process and I have already recommended her to other friends and family.

Called MyDentist Winsford, they were able to give me a one-off NHS appointment (though unable to take me on as a regular patient). As a VERY nervous dentalphobic I was not looking forward to the treatment, but I have to say I was treated with the utmost courtesy and kindness, and confess it didn't actually hurt a bit. Negative experience: So fed up of this practice. Have to wait months for an appointment and the last 2 occasions they have cancelled within 5 days of appointment. All the dentists work part time so limited availability, shocking really , wont be using again , unlike you I cant afford to keep wasting my leave for dental appointments that never happen!

Negative experience: Came today for my 6 year olds appointment who is suspected autistic for his 6 monthly check up. Had a fantastic visit the surgery and dental nurse made him feel extremely comfortable which obviously helped my own anxiety, however after my child having the toothpaste applied thats when he was becoming a handful due to his sensory issues. As I was leaving I was told to book another appointment and approached a lady called Lesley at the reception desk. Her attitude was unbelievely poor. She could see I had my hands full and didn't hear her fully when she was speaking to me to which I got a snotty "Iv sent in a text!" I did reply with "there is no need to be so rude" as I was walking away. All the other staff are lovely but on my childs return to the dentist I shall not be wanting to deal with Lesley.

Fantastic experience: I have recently had facial aesthetics with Dr Sana Adnan. I had gummy smile botox to reduce the appearance of my gums when I smile as it was an insecurity of mine. I was made to feel at ease and very comfortable throughout the process. Sana explained the procedure and made me feel at ease the numbing gel is definitely is amazing i couldnt feel a thing!!! Olivia was also very reassuring and helpful as I was a little bit apprehensive. Overall I cannot fault the Botox experience and would definitely recommend her.

Negative experience: I experience anxiety when visiting the dentist. I had an appointment in July with Verity who was very patient and understanding of my issues. Unfortunately since then 3 consecutive appointments have been cancelled by the practice the day before, the morning of and 2 weeks before! I recently completed my Clear Correct Aligner treatment with Dr Sara Aziz and Mia, I seriously cannot thank them for the absolutely fabulous treatment they were able to provide me! When i was younger, i was refused braces, and until now, i never showed my teeth: whether that be around my family, in front of friends, or even when I would look in the mirror. However Sara has been able to restore my confidence and I couldn't be more appreciative! Her and Mia have been nothing but kind, caring and supportive, whenever I had any concerns, Sara would reassure me that she will not stop until I am 100% happy, and she really didn't! I felt so silly asking for help or advice on my treatment, but thankfully, she would always give me the time of day and listen to my worries. Following my first consultation I was given a price half of one I’d received from another practice, throughout my treatment Sana was informative answering any questions I had (which I had many, as I like to be fully aware of the treatment I’m receiving), she’s friendly and made me feel at ease and I’m extremely happy with my results and the price I paid for my treatment. Negative experience: Was fine until they merged 3 practices into one. Now they have cancelled 5 of my last 6 appointments either on the day, or the day before. Every once in a while things happen, but this is not acceptable when trying to juggle work and childcare.

Fantastic experience: A massive thank you to Ainsley and Ijaz. A joint treatment ensuring I got the best service and dental technology for a root canal and crown replacement. From my emergency appointment right through to completion I was informed all the way and amazed with their modern dental facilities. Fantastic experience: I have recently finished a course of clear correct invisible braces and also had composite bonding to fix chips in my front teeth as well as whitening. First of all I received all of this treatment for a very good price, I really can’t fault anything about the treatment I received. Chris the treatment coordinator was great when I initially inquired about possible treatments. Sana was my dentist well what can I say she worked with me every step of the way and was very informative and highly skilled as the end results were better than what I had expected. The nurses were also great most of the time I had Olivia I don’t know all of their names but they were always polite and carried out their duties to a very high standard and always made me feel comfortable. Fantastic experience: Very quick, polite and efficient service! Got a same day check up appointment and next day treatment appointment. I was given 2 white fillings and a clean from Sara and I am very happy with my teeth, they look amazing. The assistants and receptionists were also so polite :)

Fantastic experience: Ainsley Smith is a processional kind and also listens to you. I had veneers done and I was very nervous Ainsley made me feel at ease and stress free talked me through the whole procedure. The Veneers are just brilliant the thing I was concerned about the most was matching the colour to my other teeth and WOW he did fantastic job. Fantastic experience: I have been under the care of Dr Sara Aziz during my dentistry treatment and cannot thank Sara and the team at mydentist enough. Everything was clearly explained throughout the process and it's clear that Sara truly cares about her patients. Nothing was too much trouble and Sara went above and beyond to make sure the end result was perfect. Will not go anywhere else for my dental treatments.

Fantastic experience: I used to be so terrified even walking in the door was a big thing. I saw Ainsley and OMG this guy is brilliant. Not only has he got me over my pertifying fear of dentists I will also be able to smile again soon. Straight teeth for the 1st time in 54 years! Can't recommend them highly enough. Excellent, brilliant. Staff are all friendly, helpful. And will go the extra if you are like me and was terrified.

Fantastic experience: Fantastic service received by Sana and Marta today. I came in for enlighten fitting with Sana and a scale and polish with Martha. Sana was extremely professional, clear and thorough with the instructions on how to use the treatment throughout the next 3 weeks. Sana was incredibly efficient applying some grips for my moulds. I also received a scale and polish treatment beforehand with Marta, who was lovely. Talking through each of the steps and ensuring I was okay with the treatment throughout. I saw an incredible difference in and around my gums following the treatment. I'd highly recommend having a scale a polish before the enlighten treatment for maximum benefit. Looking forward to seeing the results.
