Fantastic experience: Kind, friendly and efficient great dentists especially Mayuriya and cassie would recommend.

Positive experience: Andrew Noon was brilliant with my sons treatment. Unfortunately since he's left the service has somewhat deteriorated and it's very disappointing and frustrating. Come back Andrew!

Negative experience: I have been a patient for many years with Christine along with family members,it was never an option to be an NHS patient but I have kept faith all these years. There have been occasions where I have needed remedial work such as a lost filling etc, Christine has always helped me. I lost part of a tooth before New Year and was advised Christine wouldn't be available until March!! having greatly reduced her hours of availability,I advised I wasn't in pain but really didn't want to wait that long. I was offered an appointment the following day with Omar which suited me. I was somewhat surprised to see £70 on my bill for an emergency appointment. I accepted what I felt was a vacant slot not being fitted in amongst patients because I was in pain or desperate as in definition of an emergency, in fact I was accommodated on the day by an earlier appointment a cancellation. As much as I was more than pleased with resolution reached on the day and having booked further very expensive treatment as discussed at the time. I really feel upset that of top of payment this £70 was added. Obviously loyalty, flexibility etc mean nothing. I would ask for this to be removed and credited to ongoing appointments already booked in with Omar. Previous reviewer talks of an unscheduled appointment for a similar broken tooth problem outcome a £100 less and no talk of additional emergency charge interestingly, although I appreciate each persons situation will differ. Rating is not at all a reflection on Omar who took time to explain my options going forward nor receptionist who was excellent,simply how I feel regarding £263 bill including the £70 levied. As a change of dentist appears to be my only option now regarding difficulty in seeing Christine and not knowing in the future when this questionable charge will be levied I need to consider my options,a shame as I discussed a future plan with Omar following next appointments.

Fantastic experience: Visited Omar and Nadia today. Received friendly greeting from Nadia, and expert advice from Omar. Bupa Dental at Longfield is a great practice with a friendly team.

Fantastic experience: Had a different dentist from my usual one as had to book an unscheduled appointment with a broken tooth. The dental technician and her assistant were very pleasant and efficient and the repair was completed quickly. Only downside was a charge of £152.50 as I’m on the private register as opposed to NHS for treatment.

Fantastic experience: Mr Omar Dhillon is a fantastic dentist. My daughter had to have a tooth removed and he was so thorough helped put a very anxious girl at ease! Such great care, as always.

Fantastic experience: My husband has been seeing Omar re having a crown. Omar pointed out a mark on his chin and referred him to the hospital. He has been told it is cancerous and will have treatment in a couple of weeks. If it hadn't been for Omar he wouldn't have gone to the hospital.

Greeted by very friendly and helpful reception staff and didn’t have to wait long at all until I was seen by the dentist. I always receive care that I feel is tailored to me and my requirements and I wouldn’t go anywhere else!

Fantastic experience: Very good dental care. I had an emergency appointment for a troublesome wisdom tooth and cannot fault the care I received during the extraction that was necessary. A different dentist to my usual one but just as good treatment. Friendly, caring dentist and assistant.

I have always received great service, and I am particularly grateful to Christine for her clear advice and compassionate treatment. I am a nervous patient, but she has carefully managed to take away much of the fear from me. Priceless.

Fantastic experience: I can’t believe I am saying that a series of visits to the dentist were good experiences, but I can honestly say that despite my failure to look after my teeth and gums Omar resolved all of my problems, with very little discomfort. Very highly recommended!

Negative experience: They lack skills because I had braces on for 2 years, and my teeth haven't gone in; only my teeth have been tightened together, and the braces kept falling apart and feeling loose.

Negative experience: I have been with Longfield dental surgery since my first tooth, nearly 40yrs and have been a loyal patient! Even choosing to have my orthodontics done with them two years ago. Unfortunately all the great experiences i have had with them since being a child has been totally ruined by the service i have received in the last 6 months - its definitely not the surgery i know or remember. Going for my year check up after having my brace taken off and having a problem with one of my teeth that had unfortunately moved due to no fault of mine, it was due to a faulty retainer, i was told because my orthodontist had left they were not willing to help me and the new orthodontist was nothing short of rude to me! After writing to the manager her only answer was for me to go up to London where my orthodontist had moved! Not even a good will gesture for a long standing patient so i would not have to go all the way to london for a small fix! My tooth got fixed in London all thanks to Andrew Moon who was amazing and been so helpful but unfortunately the glue on the back of my fixed retainer has come away from my tooth and even now for a small fix that Longfield could help with they refuse and tell me i have to go back up to London! My question is if my orthodontist had retired or left the country would i be treated the same and all the money i had spent on my procedure would have been wasted. Clearly loyalty to a patient means nothing! I understand orthodontists are self employed but also the surgery has a duty of care and it is not the patients fault if an orthodontist has moved on without the patient’s knowledge and it shouldn’t be on the patient to have to travel out of pocket to get some help! I am so utterly disappointed by the practise that i and my family have given custom to for over 4 decades!

Fantastic experience: Big thank you to Omar and his team for making my crown fittings as comfortable as possible. No anxiety or discomfort and I have had a huge weight lifted as I'd tried to ignore the inevitable treatment. Fantastic service.

Fantastic experience: I have been a patient of Christine’s for many years and she looks after our whole family. I always joke with her that she is the only dentist that I have ever liked! Today Dentist Christine and dental nurse Chloe saw be urgently because of tooth pain. I have known I needed a wisdom tooth out but was absolutely petrified . A quick injection after some numbing gel (hardly felt the injection ) and less than a minute of pressure on the tooth and we were done! I am not sure what I had imagined but the whole things was pretty much pain free! Thank you both. You have always looked after me so well and today you were amazing.

Affordable NHS prices for my wife and I, and the kids have had an excellent orthodontist Louise. She is so skilled, super friendly and has done such an amazing job for my son and daughter. The receptionists are super professional, efficient and friendly too. I thoroughly recommend this dentist. 10/10.

Negative experience: Rubbish place. Left my exam early today to be there for an appointment, however they were running 25 minutes late so could've finished my exam. Orthodontist was rude, name was Arti Dhir, didn't say hello when I walked in, didn't explain to me what she was doing just shoved a ruler in my mouth and started taking measurements. Didn't hand me the special glasses made me reach over to the side myself from the chair. I've been expecting braces for over a year and a half now, the dentist and orthodontist have always told me I'd be needing them, and suddenly today she's said I don't qualify for the braces but I'm welcome to pay £4500 for them myself. I've even had 6 baby teeth ripped out in the same day to speed up the process of my adult teeth growing so that I could get braces sooner. Rude lady, no people skills whatsoever, even failed to provide us with the details of other orthodontists, even thought she suggested it. Wouldn't recommend, go to a better orthodontist because that was an absolute waste of time, she couldn't wait to get rid of us, no people and communication skills at all. Wanted to put 0 stars but for some reason you have to put 1 to submit it, so just to let everyone know really I rate this 0 stars.

Fantastic experience: Omar advised that I was going to need dentures very soon for several teeth. I was extremely apprehensive particularly as my front teeth needed urgent attention. His care with his nurses has been exemplorary. He not only managed my fears but made the treatment relatively painless. He fully explained the procedure, looked into my having the best option for me and on the day of extraction and fitting of the denture was patient and very gentle. I know I can go back with any queries and under his care my teeth are in the best condition they can be and further extractions on hold. The denture itself is well made and fits well. A big thank you to the team! Long may you stay in Longfield!!

Positive experience: Service has been great for both of my older children. Some appts have been cancelled last minute which hasn’t been great as we have to travel from Medway but I would recommend the practice.

Negative experience: I had a very disappointing experience with this dental practice as an NHS patient over the past four years. A few months ago, they canceled my appointment while I was en route to the surgery, which resulted in a significant waste of both time and money. I specifically requested appointments on Tuesdays after 15:30 each month for braces tightening, but instead, they scheduled me for appointments three months later during school hours, making it impossible for me to attend. There is a noticeable lack of customer service and an insufficient number of available appointments. I feel that NHS patients are being discriminated against, and as a result, I have decided to leave this practice for good.

Fantastic experience: My son has been visiting for the last 18 months. He had a brace, regular check ups and now it's been removed. All the ladies we've met along his journey have been amazing, super kind and helpful. Receptionists amazing when needing to change appts. Great experience overall.

Fantastic experience: We had a fantastic experience here, my son had a brace fitted and with checkups and adjustments very 8-10 weeks, his brace came off 18 months later with a perfect smile! We are so happy with the results. Both reception and dental staff are really friendly and helpful and put my 14/15yr old son at ease. It made what could have been a stressful experience very easy. Negative experience: I was extremely disappointed with my recent experience at Bupa Dental Care in Longfield. Today, while attempting to schedule another appointment, the two receptionists began to laugh at my accent. I put my head down, stopped talking, so two of them went behind the reception wall and continued to laugh. This behavior was not only unprofessional but also deeply offensive. It made me feel unwelcome and uncomfortable.

Fantastic experience: I have just seen a dentist a lady called Ravneet and a lady dental nurse called Nadia , I am so nervous of going to the dentist literally shake with nerves , I have to say Ravneet & Nadia did everything they could to calm me, so if you are looking for a dentist or going to this dentist at Bupa dental care longfield I can't recommend Ravneet & Nadia enough very kind and professional I am a NHS patient and very grateful to have them looking after me many thanks .

Negative experience: Very poor service left my little boy in pain refused to see him I my self had a brace fitted cost me £2000 was not worth the money well over priced for just a top brace, not bottom which didn’t fix my teeth my front teeth were still overlapped had a root canal done there had to go to some we’re else to have a scan and to find out that some of my nerve in the tooth was still left at the bottom of my teeth been in pain on and off since very very poor overall, very bad Service very unsatisfied very disappointed wood not recommend

Over the years we have seen a variety of practitioners, who are all friendly, professional and supportive and when needed, have been firm, reminding him of the importance of wearing his bands!
