Fantastic experience: I'm a new patient here.. my partner, who's really nervous with dentists recommended signing up. Front desk staff are friendly and efficient. My new dentist Katarzya is fantastic. Thorough, calming, no rushing, explains everything really clearly throughout and is happy to talk in detail about anything at the end. We had a thorough chat about what my previous dentists had done and why. I don't know why I waited so long to move dentists. Thankyou!

Fantastic experience: I was a very nervous patient and at the first visit all my fears disappeared upon walking through the door. The receptionists were friendly and the building and waiting area were clean and the atmosphere overall was very welcoming and professional. The dentist and his assistant were both lovely and calmed any fears I had. I am not worried at all about going to the dentist again, and my son who was with me received the same treatment where despite his many questions the dentist was very patient with him. many thanks Michelle and Callum

I was very nervous going in for my procedure but Katarzyna was so lovely, comforting and reassuring. She spoke through everything she was going to do and kept making sure throughout my 50 minute appointment that I was okay. I would highly recommend Bupa Dental Care especially if you are nervous about visiting dentists!

Fantastic experience: As a nervous patient, Maria and Pippa always make me feel at ease whenever I have my check up and even more so when I have to have a treatment. They are friendly and make me and my children feel welcome on every visit.

Fantastic experience: I booked a consultation as I felt I needed help to assess my dental needs following 3 teeth breaking. I had a very thorough check up and was given a plan. My Dentist discussed each stage with me and an order of priority. I have just returned from my appointment which was a complex procedure. I cannot praise all the Team for their support and help, but particular thanks to my dentist for her skills and positivity. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend the Wilsden Practice. Thank you.

Fantastic experience: I would like to thank my dentist Katarzyna Dalkowska, for her lovely manner and gentleness. She is very sympathetic, talks through exactly what she’s going to do and reassures you that she will stop any time you want her to. I have been terrified of going to the dentist for years, but I am gradually gaining confidence with her help.

Fantastic experience: My daughter needed extractions prior to a brace fitting and for medical reasons this was not able to be completed. After a referral to a hospital this was rejected, I contacted the reception team and spoke to Sarah. She spent all her morning trying to assist me in resolving my daughter’s needs with other dentists in the practice to enable her to be able to have the required treatment. Kandarp agreed to undertake the trickier extraction and we were seen by him within a few days. He was successful with removal and the next stage of treatment can now continue as planned. Huge thanks to Sarah and Kandarp without them both my daughter would be sat on a NHS waiting list. M

They're an amazing bunch of ladies(sorry if there are men also but I haven't met any yet lol) and it's always a pleasant experience despite it being a dentist which some may find daunting.

Fantastic experience: Have been suffering with tooth ache all weekend- called them up at 08:30 and they found me an emergency appointment for 14:15. I had a cavity and so Katarzyna put a temporary filling in. She’s a life saver! A special mention to the 2 very kind and patient lady’s on Reception who helped me out enormously by getting me booked in for a “proper” filling at the earliest opportunity. 5 star service all the way!

Fantastic experience: I phoned at 10:30am to enquire about an emergency appointment due to a broken tooth and was in the chair by 14:30! I am very nervous patient and I was out at ease. Friendly and professional staff, very understanding and considerate. They even provided fidgets for distraction which was very appreciated. During the appointment I felt listened to and everything was explained to me with my care options. I was made to feel comfortable through damage and sensitivity investigations, an X-ray was also completed before a temporary fix was completed before a review next month. Very thankful for the appointment and care whilst I was there and as I very nervous patient I feel less anxious about my next visit and up and coming treatment for my damage tooth. Thank you!

Fantastic experience: As a nervous patient who avoided going to the dentist wherever possible, I’m so glad to have moved to this practice - the team are so friendly, helpful and extremely patient. They provide local anaesthetic if you’re even a bit unsure, take plenty of breaks and have given me a fidget spinner (or putty!) to distract my hands during procedures! I also really appreciate the text/email notifications leading up to an appointment - much easier to remember now!! Happy to report I’ve had regular check-ups every 4 months since moving to this practice!
