Fantastic experience: We have been with this practice for close on 25 years, and standards have always been very high (and have been met). Treatment and advice have always been first class. Since this review I have a number of visits for inspections and treatment - the professional and friendly nature of these visits has complemented the excellent quality of the work done. Almost all visits have been with Adrian, though odd times with others have been of a similar standard.

Fantastic experience: I highly recommend this dental practice. The dentist I have seen is professional, kind and caring – I could not ask for more. Appointments are easy to make too. The building is clean and the treatment rooms are excellent. There is parking outside and it is in a great location in the centre of Louth. I've been going here for four years now and I am very happy.

Fantastic experience: I'm a very nervous patient, but the staff are so nice it helps ease my anxiety as soon as I enter. My hygienist is lovely as always, and my dentist is very understanding and caring towards nervous patients. He explains everything to you, and encourages you to ask any questions of concern. Highly recommended.

Fantastic experience: I highly recommend this Dental practice. I feel confident my oral health is in excellent professional hands. Adrian the dentist is simply amazing, as well as being thorough and tentative. He takes time to explain everything, ensuring informed choice in any recommendations he may suggest. I have never felt so at ease at a dental appointment as I do with him. The hygienist Johnson is also wonderful and a genuine asset to Broadbank Dental. He is welcoming, polite, friendly, kind and caring. He always takes his time to ensure you are comfortable and OK during the entire cleaning process. Although I am unsure of the Dental nurses and receptionists' names, they are all smiley and friendly, adding to the relaxed and friendly environment. Overall, it's a fabulous team.

Fantastic experience: I haven't had much luck when it comes to dentists. So I stepped into Broadbank for my first visit with Dr Matthew Barker with an unmistakable sense of trepidation. I needn't have worried. From the first interaction, to the final goodbye, my experience with Dr Barker and the broader Broadbank team can only be described as exceptional. Matt (as he insisted I call him) begun with a thorough interrogation of my habits. Diet, alcohol consumption, teeth cleaning technique. He listened intently to my answers, probing when necessary. The oral exam was refreshingly comfortable, yet undeniably thorough. Matt talked me through everything he was doing, providing detailed notes on all aspects of my teeth & gums in a warm and kindly manner. On completion of the exam, he even took his time to talk through flossing techniques, allowing me to practice there with him and providing valuable feedback. Matt's rare combination of authority and warmth, expertise and empathy is truly something to behold. He made me feel truly at ease, and certain that my teeth are in the best possible hands. Going to the dentist might never be a pleasure, but thanks to Dr Barker, at Broadbank, it certainly wasn't a chore.

Fantastic experience: Rang the surgery with toothache, I was treated sympathetically by the receptionist and saw the dentist that morning. My options were explained clearly and I wasn't put under pressure to decide upon a particular course of treatment. This practice has been very patient regarding cancellations and have endeavoured to maintain a high standard of treatment. I am treated as an individual, this is important.

Fantastic experience: I have been a patient for many years - staff and dentist always friendly and professional. Premises are immaculate. Car park outside premises clean and tidy. I always receive clear advice on dental hygiene at home and have accessed emergency treatment for my son on a weekend which was a big relief at the time. All in all excellent care.

Fantastic experience: This is my first visit and first time going private but my first impressions were: Friendly and smiling receptionists that took their time to listen and talk to you. Great, friendly dentist and assistant. Dentist took time to explain things and make me feel comfortable as like most people I have a fear of dentists. Pleasant waiting area. Only downside is the cost but that's to be expected when going private (it is a lot dearer than NHS) but worth it if I continue to receive the he same service. All in all a welcoming practice.

Fantastic experience: I was very pleased that I chose your practice, the general modern and clean appearance of the interior, waiting room, reception and dental room was pleasing. The reception staff were welcoming and helpful. The dentist, Matt was very professional, he gave me very clear narrative on the condition of my teeth and future possibilities. He did not try to talk me into having now some treatment that I may need in the future, which impressed me. Overall it was a most acceptable experience.

Fantastic experience: The best there is. Worth every penny. Been with the practice since they opened in Louth many years ago. Wouldn't go anywhere else. Kind, patient staff, the practice is spotless, car parking is good. A visit is never a chore. Dare I admit that I actually look forward to going? I've had various treatments over the years, everything explained so I understand and always carried out to the highest possible standards. 10/10 every time.

Fantastic experience: A warm and welcoming practice- I am looked after very well by all of the staff who are kind, professional and knowledgeable . I am given the time and opportunity to discuss any concerns or questions I might have and everything is explained fully so that I know exactly what is going to happen. My treatment plan has been excellent and problems that I had (prior to being with Broadbank) have been rectified and I am now receiving the care and treatment needed. I no longer worry about ‘a trip to the dentist!’

Fantastic experience: My first visit to this practice as a very nervous patient I was put immediately at my ease by Mathew Barker my dentist. He was very gentle and kept me informed throughout. We spent time discussing mybyreatment plan and I didn't feel pressured into choosing the most expensive option. While I am not looking forward to my treatment I feel safe in his hands

Fantastic experience: I visited broadband for a checkup with Dr Beech in March having not been to the dentist for a couple of years. The practice was lovely and I felt very comfortable throughout. The process to get an appointment was easy and the staff were very accommodating. I’d highly recommend.
