They listen and give you as many options as they can so you can make an informed choice going forward in your dental care. After moving away from our dentist local to us, due to retirement, we found it daunting trying to get that trust and bond with another Dentist and went through a few before coming to Dr Sharma and Dr Asopa. They are truly a family dentist right down to the receptionist, Taylor, who treats you so well being friendly and caring. The dentistry care is thorough and professional and communication is excellent with customer after care above and beyond. We feel we have found our true family dentist who will take care of us and our teeth. Thank you to the team.

Fantastic experience: Very fast emergency treatment with such lovely informative staff, they had to remove 2no teeth due to a severe gum infection and prescribed antibiotics, all sorted and healed within 5 days. Fully recommended.

Fantastic experience: Immaculately presented premises with a modern fresh appearance. Greeted by a smiling receptionist and asked to take a (comfortable) seat while waiting for Leena Asopa the dentist assigned to my case as I arrived a few minutes early for my appointment. Leena listened sympathetically when I recounted my poor past experience with various dentists. She her examination was very detailed. I was impressed.

Fantastic experience: I was so nervous attending a dentist after years of neglect, I chose this dentist because of the reviews. Leena is who I saw and she put me right at ease, she listened and was understanding and I never felt judgement in the slightest. The other staff were wonderful too, from Taylor the receptionist to the dentist trainee Harriet, everyone was so kind and friendly. It was nearly a year ago when I first attended and I can say I'm still very happy with my choice of picking this dentist.

Fantastic experience: I’ve been seeing Dr. Sharma for many years, formerly with the N.H.S and now at his private practice. I feel very comfortable there and my treatment is explained in detail, followed by photos to show what has been done. It never feels rushed and there is always time if I need to ask questions. The staff are very friendly, (Taylor is a sweetheart !) and everywhere is always clean and tidy. I would thoroughly recommend the practice.

The dentist Leena Asopa explained all the options in full and then completed a root canal. I had only booked the day before. Total bill was £437 Including a follow up appointment. Worth every penny. Negative experience: Stay away ! Sharma is abusive and shouted at me in the middle of a procedure. He also goes off on bizarre over extended analogies rather than simple explanations. He painfully poked into my gums when he said he was not going to do that. My new dentist in Wadebridge did not do all that unnecessary poking around and is VASTLY more professional and caring. You have been warned !

Fantastic experience: I have just reached the end of a long and fairly extensive course of treatment, involving perhaps a dozen appointments over the course of a year. The service I received was excellent throughout - friendly, caring, open, honest and (unexpectedly) almost completely painless! I am in my late 60s and this is by far the best experience I have had with dentistry.

Fantastic experience: There are no words to describe the exceptional care, kindness, and empathy we experienced at Trafalgar House. My son had an accident, losing most of one of his front teeth, and our regular dental practice wouldn't see him. Desperate for help, we walked into this practice without an appointment and from the moment we arrived, we were greeted with warmth and understanding by Taylor at the reception desk and Dr. Asopa. They could see how upset I was and after looking at my son’s tooth, understood the urgency of the situation. Dr. Asopa took the time to speak with us, patiently calming me down and offering reassurance. Dr. Sharma and his dental nurse, Ivy, then went above and beyond to provide my son with the immediate treatment he needed. They carefully explained every step of the procedure, ensuring we were comfortable and fully informed. Their kind, patient, and compassionate approach eased my son’s fears and gave us confidence that he was in the best possible hands. Once back home, I even received a follow up phone call from Taylor at Dr. Sharma's request to check how Alfie was before they closed for the weekend. After the initial treatment we had a short wait to confirm there was no immediate infection in the exposed nerve. We then returned to the practice while Dr. Sharma skillfully reattached the remaining portion of the tooth with the same care and attention to detail as before. My son now has his beautiful smile back! Dr. Sharma is an incredibly talented, patient, and warm dentist who went out of his way to ensure my son felt at ease throughout the entire process. His professionalism, expertise, and genuine care are unmatched and nothing was ever too much trouble for him or his team. I cannot thank everyone at Trafalgar House enough for not only taking such good care of my son but for being so welcoming and kind when we needed it the most. This practice is truly amazing!

Fantastic experience: Anurag is a very experienced and friendly dentist who was highly recommended to me by a family member. I have now seen him for a root canal job, an extraction, a tooth reconstruction and a clean. He is professional in the extreme and puts a lot of effort into telling you what he is doing - and why. He also makes you feel comfortable and gives very good advice on dental hygiene. More recently, Anurag has done some reconstruction work on two of my teeth that had lost their tops by fitting "onlays", which have been very successful. I would give him ten out of ten. Fantastic experience: I stumbled upon Trafalgar House through an Internet search after it was clear i needed dental work done and couldn't hold out any more. With no NHS dentists available in Cornwall, private is the only option if you need it. There is a worry that you're going to be spending quite a bit, but that being said, even NHS dentists are expensive these days. I cannot fault this team at all. From the outset of inquiring about an appointment, the professional courtesy and attention to customer service has been outstanding. I've had welfare calls after appointments to see how things were going following treatments. Very accommodating, friendly front of house staff. Can't thank the whole team enough for what they've done so far. Absolutely recommend these guys

Everything about the place is calming from the waiting room and the receptionist and throughout till you leave the door. I was seen by Anurag hes so upbeat and knowledgeable. They have so much charisma between him and Leena . They really are such nice people who have so much time for patients and they are highly skilled .

Fantastic experience: Absolutely nice first initial assessment the receptionist was very nice and helpful and explained what was going to happen next then Dr Sharma was so helpful and explained exactly what he was going to do he went through my past medical history and then he had a few more questions about techniques and how I look after my teeth then he took a look and inspected my teeth and then took X-rays and explained step by step on what he was doing then once he finished the examination he then showed me pictures of my teeth and explained what needs to be done next and going forward 5* service

Both Anurag Sharma and Leena Asopa helped me and my fiance spending their time and showing so much care for both of us last year they treated myself with a difficult tooth extraction and I was so grateful for their time! Then this week my fiance being told to wait for hospital by emergency dentist we contacted trafalgar again and they once again were amazing and has the procedure done very quickly! Dr sharma explains everything and gives great advice for what he believes is the best option! Not forgetting the amazing receptionists who were so helpful too Thankyou so much team!!

Fantastic experience: I was very pleased with the treatment I got at my appointment.The Dentist was very kind thoughtful and thorough as was the dental nurse. The receptionist was also very kind and helpful as I am disabled I was very pleased.

Negative experience: Messaged them through their online form and they didn’t respond, called them and they didn’t call back, finally got a response by emailing them. They then said my only way to confirm the booking would be to read my credit card details out loud over the phone (incredibly unsafe). That’s a shame because the receptionist was nice and the doctors sound like they’re great from other reviews.

Fantastic experience: I had not been to the dentist for over 10 years, I knew I needed work but never had pain and always put it off, however I started to have pain and was seen as an emergency the same day. There was no stigma or disrespect for not seeing a dentist for so long, I was treated swiftly for the pain and then a treatment plan discussed as multiple fillings and work needed, the whole team are professional, welcoming and caring. Each procedure is discussed and and there is no pressure to have treatments. I have since taken out the monthly plan which has helped with costs and I know going forwards my dental health will be much improved. Can highly recommend!
