Dr Zain and the team has been very professional. Explained me the issue in detail and provided me the required medication. This was my first time in Uk to see dentist and experience has been great! Fantastic experience: Going to the dentist has been something I’ve put off for the past 5 years (due to being paranoid and burying my head in the sand!). I decided to finally bite the bullet and, after looking up local dentists, decided to give this one a try. I immediately felt reassured when talking on the phone to Chelsea, who immediately made me feel at ease. She was open and honest when answering any questions, and is the perfect person to represent a clinic that turned out to be so friendly and welcoming. I was not kept waiting long at all, and the dentist and hygienist were both so kind and helpful when discussing my dental care. Overall a very positive experience, I’m really pleased I chose this practice :)

Fantastic experience: Had my first appointment here today after some awful previous experience elsewhere. I explained my situation and my anxieties about being there and I honestly can’t speak any more highly of all the staff here. Dr Raluca was thorough but patient, going at my speed and ensuring I was comfortable. She explained all my options to me and gave me all the information I needed. Aimee and Chelsie were so kind and supportive with me too, talking to me at length about everything I needed to know. Although I’ve had no dentistry work done today, this is genuinely the most at-ease I’ve felt during a dental appointment and couldn’t recommend it more.

Fantastic experience: Really friendly staff who make you feel comfortable and welcome. I had a check up after not being to the dentist in a few years but Raluka was understanding and made me feel at ease. I wanted some cosmetic work to fix some chipping on my front teeth, I expected the answer to be cosmetic bonding however Raluka talked to me about my options and I had a simple filling and filling. I really appreciated that because they could have easily had a lot more money from me, I definitely felt like Raluka was working with my best interests at heart. Really happy with my results thank you to the whole team!

Fantastic experience: I have one word for this dentist complete saviour as my nhs one were shocking before and after covid and would never do a scarpe and Polish properly. The hygienist lady I see is thee best very professional and listened, which goes along way. The dentist care with my mouth gums and health is spot on. I'm so glad I started coming to a private dental practice. Oh one more thing the ladies on reception I feel I've known for years the best there is. SO A HUGE 5* FROM ME

They calmly and professionally explained to me the options that were available to solve what were difficult and sometimes competing problems. We, together, agreed a Plan that was personal to me in terms of timing and my resources. That Plan has delivered to me the solution I was looking for. The Practice and its staff are highly professional, approachable and entertaining. I’m privileged to have them as my dentists.

My previous dentist with whom I had been registered with for over 20 years had stopped working in a dental practice and I had been nervous about registering with a new one. Raluca and her team are fabulous. Not only do they make you feel at ease but they are all amazing in their roles. From Chelsea - (the best receptionist ever), to Sarah - (the friendliest and most professional dental nurse I have known) to Raluca - (who is a total perfectionist whilst being the most patient, highly skilled and approachable dentist you could ever meet). I do not know well all the team but they are all so friendly and helpful when I have spoken to them. No procedure or treatment I have received has felt rushed. All options are explained and discussed with me. I want to thank you all for giving me my best smile. I am no longer conscious of my teeth and only wish that I had come to you sooner.

Fantastic experience: Welcoming staff, very calming and attentive to nervous patients. Glad I have found them as my dentist.

Negative experience: Booked an appointment with them. I had to pay the deposit for my first consultation, but something came up and wanted to reschedule, NOT CANCEL,just rechedule my appointment. The lady that I spoke with told me in a very rude manner that in this case I will lose my deposit( £50) , just because I rang with 46h before having my consultation and not 48 according to their policy. I was not informed aboit their drastic " policy" when taking the deposit, of course, and when I asked why I have not received an email or why they have not texted me regarding what their policy means, the lady said that they do have limited number of words when sending the message. They can stick with my £50 deposit, I did find another clinic for having my implant. Unfortunately, unexpected things can happen and you are forced to reschedule and did ring with 46 h before, not 2, but NO, they have no compassion when it comes to taking money.

I feel very confident to recommend King Street Dental Practice to anyone looking for the best all round care regarding dentistry.
