Fantastic experience: Always a genuine friendly greeting from all members of staff. The dentist herself is the most lovely person, always a warm smile and helpful assistance. No problem booking appointments, we'll done all.

Fantastic experience: I have been a patient of this surgery for some years, the staff are polite and efficient. When I attend appointments I am not kept waiting which I really appreciate. The dentist and nurse that treated me recently were very friendly and took time to make me feel relaxed. The only thing to remember is that the surgery itself has no parking facilities so it’s best to park in the Premier Inn next door, £2 for 2 hours. A small price to pay for the excellent service provided.

Fantastic experience: Very good service, the dentist, assistant and girls in reception are always friendly. I have a condition that makes my neck cramp under stress, they always give me a break when needed, they manage the situation very well. Follow up check up - Another good experience, receptionist very friendly and nice, as were the dentist and assistant. They really know how to put you at ease. I feel lucky to have them as my dentist.

Fantastic experience: Had my appointment today 27/11/2025 at 12.00. I was met by my usual dentist and another colleague. I am a very nervous patient and was due for yet another tooth extraction. Both were very professional and genuinely cared about my anxieties at that moment. I have been with this dentist for many years and I totally trust my registered dentist, and she never fails to disappoint me. I have also come across many other colleagues in your team, and all was professional.. I believe one was even the Practice Manager - she was also amazing at calming me down. I sat in the waiting room today waiting to hear my name called and was praying it was my usual dentists friendly face, and it was. This Dental Practice has been my saviour with the most wonderful caring, non judging staff. (Nothing worse than getting told off) I’m not sure of my registered Dentists name, but she is a huge credit to the practice. All in all 5 stars from me, you’re an amazing team and the Team work certainly shines through. Thank you to all! Carrie C

The dentist is gentle, explains everything clearly, and really cares about your smile. The place is clean and welcoming — I actually don’t mind going to the dentist anymore and neither does my 7 year old dentist.

Fantastic experience: I’ve been a patient of Zeins For a long time now, I had a lot of work done, The last treatment I had which was teeth whitening and two front veneers which looks so natural and I’m super happy with the result would highly recommend

Positive experience: After using this dentist for many years I feel that it been a bit of a let down of late . My son whom is 17 was told he had to have root canal treatment but this was only available if we paid for it which was going to be nearly £800 . I have since found out that he should not have to pay for this treatment as it Available on the nhs . Unfortunately there has been to many mistakes . This is not a good experience for all .

Fantastic experience: Yesterday one of my caps fell out,so today i visited the dentist where I was met by a lovely receptionist who cannot do enough to get your problem sorted I was booked in in the afternoon.The dentist like the receptionist cannot do enough to help you .she went that extra yard to get a solution as I needed the root to be removed and tooth added to my denture plate,She arranged extraction took the mould and i pick up my denture tomorrow I cannot praise this practise enough and its personnel they are so customer focused.

Fantastic experience: I was booked in for a tooth extraction for a fractured tooth with a local anesthetic. I was dreading it but knew it had to be done. I was put a ease immediately, all my questions answered. After the injections to numb the area, the tooth was removed in one within a minute, didn't feel any pain. The dental surgeon was excellent and the team there put you at ease.

Fantastic experience: The lady Dentist and her Technician were outstanding. Exceptionally polite and professional. They explained my options and treatment thoroughly. The two separate procedures were painless and trouble free. If Carlsberg made Dentists these would be it. Excellent service.

Fantastic experience: A visit to the dentist is never welcome but my experience with this practise is entirely favourable. From the courtesy of the receptionist to the expertise of the dentist I felt in safe hands. The dentist, I don't know her name, took time to answer my questions which was appreciated. Because I find their stairs difficult they always make sure I am seen in the downstairs surgery, another consideration which means a lot. Their kindness, skill and consideration makes a dental appointment far less of an ordeal! Thank you all.

Fantastic experience: Prompt service by dentist, especially as I had requested an appointment for same day in afternoon, because of a tooth ache. I was advised that I required my wisdom tooth to be extracted. Fortunately, the surgeon was available at the surgery and I had it done straight away. I was handled with care, especially as I do not like injections. The dentist surgeon was great and did the tooth extraction within 10minutes.
