Fantastic experience: I had my first visit to The Dental Lounge for an initial check-up and to be fitted for whitening trays. The reception team was very welcoming, and I was seen promptly by Adrian and Heather. From the moment I arrived, they made me feel completely at ease. Adrian took the time to explain each step clearly and reassured me that my overall dental health was in good condition. They also used new technology to display a 3D scan of my teeth on the TV, which was a great touch. It allowed me to see my teeth up close and get a better understanding of my dental health. The practice has a warm and inviting atmosphere, and all the staff were friendly and welcoming. *Update* I returned two weeks later for my tray fitting, where I received a step-by-step guide on how to use the whitening treatment, as well as my hygienist appointment with Leila. In the past, I’ve associated hygienist appointments with lots of pain and discomfort due to some unpleasant experiences elsewhere. However, Leila completely changed that for me—she explained everything she was about to do, was incredibly gentle yet thorough, and made me feel at ease throughout. I even told her afterward how much of a pleasant experience it was! and have already recommended to my family.

Fantastic experience: Paul is a great dentist. I really felt confident that I would get good treatment. He did the necessary repairs to some bottom teeth and I couldn’t have been happier with the results.

Fantastic experience: Thank you Laura, for a nervous patient the dentist can be a daunting place, but Laura put me at ease as soon as I met her. She was professional, conscientious and very gentle. The work she has done so far is amazing, leaving my teeth stronger and healthier looking, replacing the old amalgam fillings with composite fillings. I still have work to be done, but Laura has talked me through it and given me a plan of action. A well deserved 5 star rating

Fantastic experience: I recently attended an appointment with Leila who was extremely helpful as she organised an immediate x-ray to establish the problem I was having with regard to some sensitivity of one of my teeth, as well as organising a consultation with Laura the dentist who was on duty at the time. My appointments with Leila are always very professional, she has a very caring approach and takes the time to fully explain what she is doing throughout the appointment. I am extremely grateful for the care and attention I consistently receive from Leila and all of the team at the Dental Lounge.

Fantastic experience: Not the biggest fan of visiting the dentist, Paul was great at explaining the treatment step by step and was reassuring throughout. The treatment is still ongoing, but so far I'm very happy with the results and would recommend Paul to anyone, especially if nervous about dental treatment.

Having not visited since pre pandemic I was petrified!!!however Paul and the team made me feel so at ease at my first visit to the dental lounge. What a genuinely lovely guy gave my teeth a good check over and took some X-rays. He recommended I booked in with the hygienist Leila and WOW what a treat that was. Safe to say I have no hesitation in visiting again finally at the age of 43 I can safely say I’ll be happy to return. Thank you wish we could give you more than 5 stars you deserve it. X

Fantastic experience: I attended today for an airflow hygienist appointment which I found was very easy and comfortable. Normally I dread having my teeth cleaned but I felt really quite relaxed partly due to the lovely staff but also to do with the airflow technique. I could really see a difference in how my teeth looked and felt before and after. I would highly recommend this method of teeth cleaning.

Fantastic experience: I’ve been coming to the dental lounge ever since I was a child. All the staff are absolutely lovely. I now take my own children and everyone is so friendly, helpful and patient. It’s been amazing to see the transformation that the dental lounge has undergone over the last few years, it’s looking great! Fantastic experience: I struggle with anxiety and in the past had a couple of bad experiences with dentists. After a recommendation from a family member I decided to see if The Dental Lounge was the right place for me. Paul was very understanding of my situation and reassured me that they could help me. Fantastic experience: I was previously really scared of the dentist and very much the hygeinist. My teeth were sensitive and bled a lot. I have now seen Leila, the hygeinist 4 times at the Dental Lounge and actually look forward to going. My teeth don't bleed and I have no sensitivity. He is so light handed and highly skilled that any treatment is always pain free. You can relax knowing you are in safe hands.
