Fantastic experience: The reception was so professional and very helpful. I was given a private appointment to have examination because my face was swollen. Dentist checked my tooth, took an X-ray, and free prescription given followed by an appointment to have a deep filling. The staff are so caring, excellent service. Very modern, exceptional clean surgery and situated near Shell petrol station opposite Chai Wala cafe. Private patients receive good treatment and charges very reasonable. £35.00 exam book a day in advance. Appointment same day given extra charge as a walk-in patient. Negative experience: I’m a privete patient here and I i’ve been so many time here . But from last 3 weeks I’m keeping call for an appointment but The lady at the reception once she hearing my name, she’s putting my call and telling me I’ll call you later on and she never called me back and he’s happened twice with me. This is unprofessional if you guys don’t need patient just close your store , but don’t treat your patient like this. Did she have any issue with me?

Negative experience: Worst service ever! I went 2weeks ago to make an appointment the receptionist was on the phone to her friend and didn't put down the phone for 10mins, I waited and then she started to talk, I am postpartum so I have a lot of anxiety after my severe traumatic birth which she made me feel really guilty about not having a "normal birth" in her words.. anyway me and my husband got a little confused with appointments and she called today to confirm, my husband thought it was at 1pm and she said no it's at 11 anyway I said I can't come she said we'll you have to wait 6months for your next appt then but your husband can come later(as he was paying privately) she then said ok I have patients and cut the phone off rude( she couldn't attend to me 2weeks ago and was busy on her phone), i know it was my responsibility to make sure i got the time correct but just giving birth 8weeks ago and having 2 children is very mentally challengin. also the fact that when I walked in she was like omg you lost so much weight you were so fat! Like how rude! I'm sorry but you need to be professional in your job. Me and my family will not be attending this practice again... absolute joke

Negative experience: Poor practice with bad communication they keep refusing my mum as a new patient for 3 years now and won’t give her an appointment or register her at all no valid explanation given. They gave her appointment then cancelled last minute saying we won’t see or take new patient. Absolutely bad practice and won’t be attending or taking any family there again
