Fantastic experience: My first visit was yesterday, after not going to a dentist for a long time. I am a very nervous dental patient, but Jayesh and his dental nurse put me very much at ease. He explained everything perfectly, I am sure the rest of my treatment will go well

Fantastic experience: I visited Willows Dental Practice in Brigg for an emergency appointment with Mr Bhunjun , I didn’t exactly know what was causing the pain in my mouth at the time of booking the appointment but quickly found out after having a X-ray I had a infection in temporary filling I had from different practice a few months earlier. I needed root canal or a extraction, I choose to go head with root canal as I didn’t want to lose my tooth , after hearing lots of horror stories about this treatment I was very nervous , not that I needed to be as i kept falling asleep whilst having it done I was so relaxed , the practice managed to fit the treatment in the same day as my emergency appointment as I was in a lot of pain and wanted it doing asap. Mr Bhunjun was possibly one of the nicest and kindest dentists I’ve ever met. You don’t feel judged about the condition of your teeth , he just wants to help which makes it a lot more comforting as I felt embarrassed previously as I have a lot of fillings as pregnancy hasn’t treated my teeth kindly. 10/10 experience and will be returning for further treatment. Fantastic experience: Third visit 2 days ago. Excellent care and made me feel comfortable during the procedures. Very impressed with Dr Bhunjun and the nursing staff. Explained every step and felt I could ask questions. So pleased with my new cap which has given me a better smile. My only issue is the low seats in the waiting room, but one lovely receptionist got me a higher chair as I have mobility problems.Thank you!

Fantastic experience: My appointment was the first time in over 10 years. I was put at ease immediately, told exactly what I needed done. I went back for 2 extractions, first was easy but the 2nd a little more tricky but the dentist was very reassuring and calm. Then 2nd extraction was easy... Fantastic experience: I had to book an extraction after having an emergency appointment because of toothache, Vishal and his team were fantastic, i don’t find going to the dentist very easy at but Vishal is excellent at explaining everything that is happening and also helping with breathing techniques to help you feel relaxed. The extraction wasn’t straight forward and I was in there for about an hour but i felt very comfortable throughout, a big thank you to Vishal and the dental nurses for your patience and your professionalism, I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Willows dental surgery.

Fantastic experience: Took my 9 month old for his first dental appointment with Vishal. We got all the forms sent to us via text link before the appointment which was convenient and easy to use. The appointment went so well both the nurse and dentist interacted with my little one and even managed to get a smile and a quick peek at his teeth. Little one only has a few teeth so the dentist took the time to go over some oral health advice and brushing techniques to ensure we have the knowledge to keep our child’s teeth healthy. I would definitely recommend the practice, all the staff are lovely!

Fantastic experience: Mr Patel was my dentist at a previous dental clinic. I'm an extremely nervous patient and I've had to have a lot of work done, I wouldn't want to see anyone else so I have reregistered at Willow's. Getting an appointment was easy and I didn't have long to wait to see him. Prices are what you'd expect to pay for private care and compare well with other private practices.

Fantastic experience: Brilliant dentist he put me at ease and explained everything he was going to do. The receptionist are cheerful and helpful and i was grateful they fitted me in same day for 2 teeth extractions and what a relief when they was out. Best dentist I have seen and highly recommended.

Fantastic experience: Recently completed 3 months of Dental treatment by Vishal & his team, which included Root canal work, several fillings & 7 crowns. I was informed from the start the treatment I needed, the time it would take & the total cost involved. I'm extremely satisfied with the outcome, first class ! Throughout the many visits I was always put at ease & felt comfortable with the work being carried out , and I can honestly say I felt little or no pain, just some slight discomfort. Fantastic experience: I am a very nervous patient, having had horrendous experiences at the Dentist over the years. In part, I believe, because I need a lot of anaesthetic. Avril, my dentist at Willows was wonderful. Did not mock me because of my nervousness, assured me that I would have as much anaesthetic as I needed and was very kind and friendly throughout, as we're both of the dental nurses that I met. Will go to any subsequent appointments with much less trepidation.
