The dentists are amazing, making you feel comfortable and provide an exceptional level of service and support to the patients. Negative experience: Getting complacent and greedy since the takeover. Feel like a pet at the vet. Overpriced, under serviced. Not a happy camper. Staff is OK. Service ok. But it's not the same. Feel treated like a commodity not a person. Looking to switch, now. After some 20+ years.

Fantastic experience: When I arrived at the surgery I was greeted with a smile from both the reception staff and my new dentist Kasim . As I explained to Kasim how nervous I was about him repairing my chipped tooth, he immediately put me at ease , and then explained the treatment options available to me in a very calm manner . Throughout the treatment he was very gentle, and patient with me, and repaired my tooth without any pain!! After this positive experience I will feel a lot less anxious about going to the dentist in the future.

Fantastic experience: I have been with Diana Dental for 3 years and I am extremely impressed with the service they all provide. There is a lot of education related to brushing and interdental cleaning, effects of medical conditions and medications during consultations and treatment. Explanations of recommendations and procedures are clearly explained with supporting evidence from X rays as well as examinations. There is no pressure to undergo treatments but my advice is to listen to the specialists! The staff take time to get to know you personally and this makes a huge difference to the professional- patient dynamic. Highly recommended!

Fantastic experience: I had 8 dental implants & restoration at Diana Dental by Zoe, it was all great, however my final bridge was not right and my dentist had retired. The practice manager fought for me, she was amazing and sent me to another dentist in Cheadle Hulme for a report, gathered all the information and Zoe ended up paying for the dentist whom made the report to replace it. Keeley was amazing for the last few months in getting this sorted for me, it shouldn't have taken so long, however it is perfect now and I have no complaints regards my treatment with Zoe (who was amazing, she changed my lifetime fear of dentists) or any of the amazing staff members at Diana Dental. Feel safe if you're going to spend 25k on new teeth here, that if problems arise, & they do when having such massive work done, that they will be sorted and you won't be left massively out of pocket. The new company that purchased the practice from Zoe, well I am impressed by them and their help in helping me find Richard whom fixed my bridge. Another amazing experienced dentist in this companies portfolio, I wouldn't recommend anyone else in North Staffordshire for implant and restoration work. My mate whom went to a local Leek dentist, is still toothless after his implants failed and heading to court to recoup his losses, This practice & team working with them, is the dogs B's in the world of restoration dentistry and you couldn't be in safer hands. Just to add that all the cutting edge equipment, such as CT scans & reports is not in all dental practices. I couldn't be happier with my new smile, no one can tell I've had extensive work done, my smile is my best feature again and I'm no longer scared of the dentist or injections. Thanks so much to the whole team, especially practice manager Keeley and Zoe for giving me my life back and for putting up with me, I'm forever grateful xx

Fantastic experience: My son was so scared of going to the dentist but after going to Diana Dental and being supported Zoe and the team, he has overcome his fears! His teeth were quite complex to straighten as he had a scissor bite and other issues. Over a period of about 9months treatment (invisalign) he has received the patience, care and understanding he needed from supportive staff. Fantastic experience: Having horrendous tooth ache and unable to get an appointment with my NHS dentist, I was forced to look at going private as I had a holiday booked for 2 weeks time. Lady luck was looking down on me the day Diana Dentist came up on Google search. From first contact with the receptionist who did everything she could to get me an emergency appointment, as by now the pain was off the scale to the point I was considering to cancel my holiday abroad. First appointment with the amazing Alina who diagnosed and started on the treatment of a root filling. All the horror stories I had read about root fillings were soon forgotten as the treatment from Alina was pain and stress free. In all the dentist's I have seen in my 58 yrs, I have got to say Alina is at the top. Alina went above and beyond in my eyes, to make sure I was pain free ready for my impending holiday. Thank you all at Diana dentist's and especially the amazing Alina. If it wasn't for your amazing service I would of been forced to cancel my holiday, spending it at home with the great British weather. Highly recommend to anyone who want top dentistry treatment with a dentist that actually care. xx

Fantastic experience: I have been a patient at Diana Dental for several years, but after my recent visit for two wisdom teeth extractions performed by Zoe, I felt I needed to write a review. I was a bit apprehensive after not having any teeth extracted in the last 40 years. However, the entire process turned out to be painless, remarkably swift, and reasonably priced. I cannot recommend them enough.

Fantastic experience: After always visiting a dentist every 6 months, from 2019 I had not, and my teeth had really deteriorated. I first visited Zoe in September and 1 extraction, 2 fillings and a crown later, I am absolutely over the moon, at the treatment that I have received. I was EXTREMELY frightened of visiting the dentist, but Zoe and her staff are so professional and reassuring that I never once felt any pain or discomfort, even during a challenging extraction. The service I have received has been second to none, and I have now signed up to their monthly dental plan. I would not hesitate to recommend Dr Zoe and the team at Diana Dental, they are fantastic.

Fantastic experience: I visited Diana Dental around 12 months ago after losing faith in my dentist at the time, & it was the best decision ever. After my previous dentist made cancellation after cancellation I was given an appointment straight away at Diana. I have a real fear of going to the dentist but as soon as I stepped in to the reception I was greeted by Elaine who was so warm & welcoming. Dr Zoe then did my check up & set me up a plan to get my mouth back in a healthy place & she did exactly that, I am over the moon with the treatment I received. My next stage is an implant, but I can honestly say that I am more excited than nervous now as they are a fantastic team who give you the best treatment. My daughter needed an extraction which I thought was impossible as she has a huge fear of needles, but thanks to Kay it was done without any fuss, I couldn't actually believe it. Kay took the time to reassure my daughter & made her feel in total control at all times. My whole family & my mum are now patients, I would 100% recommend Diana Dental, the whole team are fantastic & we no longer dread dentist appointments :)

Thank goodness I chose Zoe and the team. I am a limited access patient and can’t open my jaws wide but this has never been a problem to Zoe. Fantastic experience: Back in 2019 I contacted Diana Dental, I was recommended them by a friend who had had treatment with them, over a broken tooth that I had left for a long time but could no longer ignore. I had a phobia of dentists and was terrified of what they might say and what might happen. Luckily when I arrived I was put at ease by the reception team and then by the dentist who saw me. During my first visit she scheduled the removal of the tooth and a plan to sort out the gum disease that I had. Also she asked about some overcrowding I had on my front teeth. I was told that could be fixed with braces. Over the space of a year I got the health of my mouth sorted and then a referral was made to start my braces treatment. Then the pandemic happened. Once that was over I was contacted by Moody Terrace in Congleton where, in 2021, I started treatment with braces that has just come to an end. Alongside check ups with Zoe and hygiene cleans with Elaine, I had all the help and support I needed to get me through the treatment. Never in a million years did I think I would ever have straight teeth, a perfect smile and a healthy mouth plus a love of going to the dentist but I do now. They have helped me so much to get confidence which I never had before and for he first time, at the age of 44, I can smile for the first time. I will always be thankful to everyone at Diana Dental for what they have done for me. Alongside Moody Terrace they have change my life. They are such a welcoming practice and all the staff there are supportive and friendly.

Fantastic experience: I am an extremely nervous person when it comes to the dentist. I had to go for 2 fillings and an extraction and on the day I was so panicked but can't fault anything, everything was done quick and painless and it's put me at ease for future treatment. Would definitely recommend for professional highstandard dental treatment

Negative experience: Went here with severe toothache, at a cost of £200 before I'd stepped foot in the door. After an initial x-ray I was told I either needed root canal at £800 or the tooth out. I explained that I couldn't afford £800 for an 80% chance it would fix my tooth, so I had no option but to opt for having the tooth out. At this point the dentist looked at me with distain and got to work without another word. Even commenting that teeth she didn't want to take out were always hard to get out. I reiterated through my anaesthetised mouth that I didn't want to remove it I just couldn't afford £800! The tooth was finally out 30 minutes later and I went home feeling pretty rough. 6 days later and I'm still in horrendous pain and am now having to see another dentist to try and resolve the pain I'm experiencing. Long story short, if you have money this is probably a good dentist. I however,did not experience the good side!

Fantastic experience: As a new client I required help and treatment in a very short time frame. I have to say from the initial enquiry the practices service levels were excellent . Above all of that they care about your dental health with clear treatment plans and much easier time frames for bookings . Gives you confidence you can get back on track with their help. Fantastic experience: I had implant retained dentures at Diana dental, the whole process went great from start to finish I was informed of the best procedure for my case and a treatment plan was put in place, having the implants in my upper and lower jaw was relatively painless, this procedure was done by Dr Zoe Wray who in my opinion is great at what she does, all the staff at Diana Dental are very friendly and will do anything to make you treatment run smoothly, must also think Chris the dental technician who made and fitted the dentures he made sure I was satisfied with the final outcome, if your thinking of having this kind of dentistry I would highly recommend Diana Dental for your treatment, they are the only Dental professionals I will use now, Thanks Diana Dental for my fab smile. 5 STARS

Positive experience: Honestly I’ve always loved this place, mainly because I’m a nervous patient and they’ve always been sympathetic and considerate of that but my last visit left me feeling uneasy. The hygienist was a bit heavy handed and the whole procedure left me gripping the chair with discomfort. I have never experienced pain during a hygiene visit before so this has left me feeling apprehensive about my next appointment.

Fantastic experience: Recently received treatment for a broken tooth at an emergency appointment from Alina. The best description I can give of my treatment by Alina and team is professional, reassuring and pleasant. Never going to enjoy my trips to the dentist but the recent treatment I received will help to make future visit less daunting.

Fantastic experience: Absolutely fantastic dentist, with very polite and professional staff. I went to Diana dental with two poorly fitted post and crowns, ( fitted by a NHS dentist who broke off a piece of the drill in my root) which led to a very painful chronic infection. Dr Zoe explained several potential treatments and I decided to have a dental implant. The treatment was painless and my recovery was very swift. My implant and new crown fit perfectly and look like great. I would highly recommend Diana Dental.

Fantastic experience: I came to Diana dental because I had a severe pain with my wisdom teeth. Made a same day emergency appointment and got great experience! Dr Zoe Wray is one of the best dentist that’s ever worked on my teeth. She is extremely professional. Tooth extraction procedure was like a blink: simple and quick. I didn’t feel any pain. If any of my friends or family needed to have an extraction done, I would recommend that they see Dr Zoe without a question of a doubt. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Fantastic experience: Just completed a dental implant with Zoe Wray and her staff at Diana Dental. I am quite a nervous patient, but have to say that every step of the procedure was performed with care and professionalism. Extremely pleased with the result, if you are thinking about an implant I recommend Diana Dental.

Negative experience: This center takes money without proper treatment. I had a root canal and pay lots of money but still, I have an infection. I never suggest this center to anyone.

Fantastic experience: These people are amazing. Had extractions, implants and dentures all done with minimum fuss and no pain! All staff are amazing and friendly and know there stuff. After a lifetime of crocked teeth I can now smile and be happy.

Negative experience: Went to this dentist being new to the area. The work they advised that needed doing included 5 fillings among other things, I have since been to a NHS dentist for an emergency extraction and they advised one additional filling was needed but no xrays were taken. I have been to another private practice today and had xrays again and only two fillings are required and my teeth in general are in good health. Why would you advise unnecessary work. Financial gain!!! Rip off don't trust Diana dentist, get a second opinion.!!

Fantastic experience: I carnt thank Elaine and Vickie enough for making me feel so relaxed on my first visit for my treatment two week ago to say I was scared was an understatement but from the moment Vickie met me at the door to the end of my 40 minute treatment they were both fantastic.Today I have been back for my second treatment and I wasnt nervous at all. Thank you both so much for making me feel so relaxed I wish I had come to you years ago, I have always had a fear of the dentist , but now I'm fine see you again in three week for my final treatment and then I get to have my teeth wightened I carnt wait. Negative experience: I have been a customer at Diana Dental for 15 years or more and today I will be cancelling my dental plan and will not return. I would like to add that it is a real shame because the staff and team involved in the practice are friendly and helpful and always do their best but unfortunately the owner is driven by a financial desire that has a detrimental affect on loyalty and customer service and satisfaction.

Negative experience: Annual check up was a 20 second look in my mouth, I questioned the practice and was told this was a full examination, therefore I complained. My complaint wasn't dealt with as per Diana Dental policy, owner then decided to make a false allegation and accuse me of raising my voice and use this as an excuse to strike me off the register so she didn't have to deal with my complaint, all of which is untrue and completely unprofessional. After being registered with the practice over 30 years I've always received good dental care but since its changed hands it has gone down hill I recommend you look elsewhere.

As a person with an autism-spectrum disorder as well as a severe medical phobia, which was exacerbated by a horrific experience at another dentist, I was initially dreading my first treatment. However, thanks to their dental "magic wand" technology for local anaesthesia, as well as Zoey's understanding and sensitive approach, my first filling was so easy and completely painless. I was so relieved by the ease of the procedure that I am actually looking forward to getting the rest of my teeth treated as quickly as possible, so I can finally eat my favourite foods and smile with confidence again. I am deeply grateful to Diana Dental for helping me to overcome my dental phobia, and I eagerly anticipate my next treatment, so that I can defeat this dental phobia for good.

Negative experience: Never answer the phone lines. Always to message direct, I then never get a call back. Very poor service. In addition, the customer service is shocking. Waiting outside in the rain and charges are very high, for dental work. Decided to go else where - second opinion and I didn't need as much works as quoted.

Firstly, after my orthodontist wrote to my sons dentist for “baby tooth extraction” I was asked to pay £100 for this NHS treatment for my 11 year old son to continue with his orthotic treatment. To confirm he meets NHS requirements for this treatment. My other son, who is was told he needed a major filling. All of which was at a cost of £350 +. I was shocked as he was only seen 8 weeks before this with no mention of major decay, or was the tooth EVER placed on a “watch list”. As a concerned mother, I questioned this, the filling then was conveniently reduced to a minor filling... I question “if” a filling was even required. But the treatment has been paid and carried out as I would never not treat my child. All in all, I feel the practice was unethical with charges & coatings. Even my children’s orthodontist is concerned by this service as he too has questioned the ethical approach and cost of the “baby tooth” charge. Finally, we have left the practice after several years due to my disgust that Zoe Wray the DENTAL owner, and too a parent, of young children HERSELF asking me to remove my young 11 year old son from waiting in reception FROM SAFTEY to be ALONE & UNSUPERVISED - her words “ can he wait in the car or outside in the street” whilst for his elder brother WAS BEING TREATED for his “non major filling” ... THIS I ADD WAS IN THE RAIN and she wanted him to be ALONE, and she did not care that he’d be unsupervised whilst I sat with my eldest son to have the “major filling” which is now “non major”.... beyond words due to her COVID 19 regulations and not actual regulations.. thinking Id risk my child’s welfare / and place my 11 year old child in vulnerable positions whilst he waited his turn for a £100 baby tooth extraction!!!!! I am beyond words and will be reporting to the GDC.
