Fantastic experience: I have been visiting hygienist Udita for many years and I cannot recommend her more warmly. She is absolutely fantastic. I wouldn't ever want to go anywhere else for teeth.

Fantastic experience: I had a great experience at Bupa Dental Care Watford today. Dr William was professional and reassuring, taking the time to explain everything clearly. Hygienist Uditha Patel was very friendly and gave me helpful advice, making the whole appointment comfortable and informative. The reception team were welcoming, and the practice was clean and well organised. I felt well cared for throughout and would highly recommend this practice and its excellent team.

She has a fantastic approach to patients (always smiling and charming), expert advice (thanks to Udita, I started taking proper care of my teeth), and after each visit, my teeth feel like new. Safe to say this was no different, the hygienist explained everything very clearly, gave good advice on how to maintain my dental hygiene for the future and also kept me informed on what was happening throughout the process! I had Udita as my hygienist, she was very attentive and worked around my sensitive teeth. Then Dr William and Roxana for my exam. Both so lovely and walked me through all my options. Fantastic experience: I recently had a filling done by Dr. Sheffali Tank and I cannot recommend her enough. I’ve always been scared of injections (even at 27!), but she made the whole process so smooth that I didn’t even feel it when she gave me the injection. Her calm and gentle approach really helped put me at ease. What stood out most was the way she explained everything so clearly – almost like how a teacher would explain something to a young child, without any confusing technical words. It made me feel informed and comfortable throughout the treatment. Honestly, she could easily give lectures in medical college with the way she simplifies and explains things! If you’re nervous about dental treatments, Dr. Tank is the perfect dentist to go to. She truly makes the whole experience stress-free.

Negative experience: They appear to just offering advice about hygiene, with the aim to get you to book a hygienist, no basic cleaning as should be offered at band 1. nhs. Taking your money for advice only is not acceptable. Obviously skipping basic stage to get more out of your pocket, focusing on high price Hygiene appointments. Very dissatisfied!

Fantastic experience: I was recommended Dr Perri Sansi by a friend and have been under his care the past two years, during which time he has done treatment on five teeth, including two that required an onlay crowns. I’m very happy with the work he has done. It’s rare to find such an experienced dentist (30+years) and I feel like he’s very careful and conservative with my teeth. His nurse Roxy also made me feel very comfortable, thank you both.

Fantastic experience: Bupa Dental Practice is a very welcoming and friendly place. From the reception team to the dental nurses and dentists, everyone was friendly and helpful. Dr. Dipti Patel and Dr. Udita Patel were especially kind, patient, and approachable. They explained everything clearly, answered all my questions thoroughly, and showed great understanding. Udita Patel, my hygienist, is wonderful, she makes me feel at ease and provides a brilliant service with such a tailored experience. Perri Sansi and Roxana Dragomir are my dentist and dental nurse and both have been brilliant at discussing the work I needed and making me feel comfortable. The entire reception team have also always been so lovely and dealt with my queries in a professional manner

Fantastic experience: This is my second hygiene appointment in as many weeks (after my introduction I had my 3 month visit.) I am not a fan of the dentist, I have ultra sensitive teeth. Chloe was a breath of fresh air. I feel like she was my dentist way longer than 3 months. Fantastic treatment, even down to Vaseline on your lips to start. I’ve never had that! Michelle and Chloe are a great team. I don’t mind the dentist as I know I’ll have a really positive experience and top quality treatment. The whole practice is cool, receptionists are all very friendly too. I highly recommend this dentist overall a winner for me.

She immediately puts you at ease: I was an anxious patient when I first saw her, but years later I am calm at each visit, to the point where I don't even think about what is happening during the appointment. I'm always left with the cleaner, whiter teeth I was after, plus a good few laughs too.

Fantastic experience: Hygienist appointment with Udita Patel this morning. As always she was very friendly, enthusiastic and puts you quickly at ease. I’m a coffee drinker so always enter with strains on my teeth & it never ceases to amaze how good they look when given the mirror at the end of an appointment. The Air flow treatment really does polish in between all the teeth leaving them looking great.

Negative experience: Booked Hygienist appointment for today for my son. Hygienist hardly clean any tooths. She finished in 10 minutes.before booking I have told receptionist that book with good Hygienist but she said all are good. One of the worst hygienist service.

Negative experience: Extremely ill mannered staff. Need to learn some customer service skills before booking appointments for others.

Negative experience: First problem, They did not seal my root canal properly, so I had a decay inside it. I had to go to another clinic to resolve this. Secondly the colour match for my tooth recommended by my doctor was far to yellow, making that tooth stand out. You are better off finding a clinic which has dentists that are able to deliver on their job.

Negative experience: I arrived with broken implant met two different dentist and non of them was able to help me due to the fact that the implant was not German or Swiss made , I received explanation that they don’t have right tools . Nevertheless problem was not solved , not even any temporary solution..

But today fear or no fear I had to go . i had a one hour appointment with Bushra and she did 3 fillings, I never felt any pain at all -Harriet was Bushra’s assistant and she also made feel so at ease . Negative experience: I was there recently on a Monday afternoon (around 5.30pm), due to awful toothache! Although they are officially open until 7pm it I needed to ring the doorbell a few times until a receptionist opened the door. Instead of asking a possible new patient in, she answered my questions at the door, and said I couldn't be seen by any doctor that day or any other day, only if I registered with them as a private patient! This is contradictionary to what the big plaque outside says: NHS dentist surgery... Why does someone become a dentist if you refuse to help people who ask for help being in pain? Doesn't the Hypocratic Oath apply to all types of physicians? Or is it all only about money making? (Rhetorical questions...)

I am a very nervous patient and I have fear of dentists, but I can honestly say that since being a patient at Bupa Watford dental care, they have laid my fears to rest. Thank you!!! Fantastic experience: Great dental practice from start to finish. No long/overdue wait times, reception are very helpful, efficient and the service is superb. I have hygienist appointments with Udita Patel and all 3 times have been great. Udita and her team, whether it is Roxy or Monika take extra care and assistance, are very informative on what to do for better oral health and do a great job during the sessions. Big kudos to Udita, Roxy and Monika for their great tentative care, advice, reassurance and work over the past 3 times I have been there. Highly recommend!
