Fantastic experience: I would recommend Dr. Alisha Hussain and her team for their professionalism and quality of care. I am absolutely delighted with the end result and really couldn't have asked for more. The staff are always really friendly and kind here, from the lovely reception to the dental staff. I had a crown fitted and the match to my other teeth is amazing.

Fantastic experience: My dentist is Dr Alisha Hussain and her assistant is Piper, and they’re both amazing. I’d only ever been an NHS patient before, and came by VICI when I needed a second opinion on a resorption issue that needed extraction. Dr Alisha was friendly and calming, especially with me being an anxious patient, and also had knowledge about EDS and connective tissue disorders so I knew I was in good hands with her. She also took time to clean my teeth thoroughly and rid me of almost a decade of coffee stains- revealing a smile I had forgotten was there! So, I signed up to the dental plan and requested her as my dentist. Dr Alisha is non-judgemental, confident and professional. At my first check up she took thorough x-rays and discussed all the hidden issues that they revealed with a solution focused approach, taking time to answer my questions and explain how everything works. I know nobody enjoys going to the dentist, but I’m actually looking forward to my next visit, knowing that my teeth will be well looked after. Thanks VICI dental! Fantastic experience: Wow! Is the only way to describe my experience at VICI Dental in Leeds today. I was 150 miles from home at a conference in Leeds and was really suffering with toothache which was getting worse by the hour! I found VICI via Google, booked an appointment online, and was in the dentist’s chair within 2 hours. An hour after that, my emergency treatment was complete, and the price was incredibly low. A few hours on, the pain has completely gone! The staff were just amazing - when I walked in, the greeting was fabulously friendly, lots of smiles and chit chat. Alex is the dentist who treated me - what a lovely guy; so friendly, calm, knowledgable, and didn’t rush at all. His dental nurse was also incredible and so caring. I managed to get a booking just a few days before the appointment which gave a good first impression. All of the team that I encountered were professional, courteous and great at their jobs. Ellie the hygienist and the lady who assisted her (sorry, I didn’t get your name) put me at ease throughout the treatment (I’m normally pretty nervous in the chair) and the television playing a nature documentary helped to take away my nerves too. I travel from Filey, North Yorkshire and will continue to come here whilst I can get up those stairs!!!! I do not have any injections, just shows how gentle the guys are.

Fantastic experience: I have visited twice recently for examination of my teeth and 6 monthly polish and clean. You are made to feel at ease from the moment you enter. Paul, the dentist in chief explains the options and goes through full procedure. You soon gain confidence in his advice. He has a very experienced lady assistant.

Every time I have visited Vici dental, the team have been so welcoming and remembered niche points I’ve mentioned from a previous visit (I go every 6 months) which makes me feel really special. Alex is a fantastic dentist and has given me great advice and support for the medical issue I suffer from (bruxism). Fantastic experience: Went for an emergency appointment a couple of years ago as couldn’t get booked in with an NHS dentist, was expecting for it to just be a one off appointment but couldn’t bring my self to go anywhere but here after, unlike any dentist I’ve been to as they make you feel relaxed and comfortable, really good for those who fear the dentist like me .

Dr Paul went the extra mile by calling me in to see the progress of my teeth whitening so they look amazing for my wedding. During my wedding, I had a tragedy which caused my front tooth to chip, I was so disheartened at that point and didn’t think anything could have been done however I spoke to Dr Paul and he fit me in the very next morning so he could look at it before I went on my honeymoon. He sorted my tooth out and made it look like nothing had even happened, if anything my teeth look better than before! I’m so so happy with the results of my teeth. I love all of the VICI dental team, they’re all so friendly and accommodating. I cannot recommend Vici Dental highly enough.

As a new patient, I was offered a teeth cleaning appointment without the need to have a check up before (the other places required a check up appointment first). The cleaning was done quickly and painlessly by a great dentist who also offered a very helpful advice re: whitening and offered to fill tiny, yet annoying, 2 small cracks I had at the bottom of my front teeth: not only for for half price (they were small), but also straight after the cleaning. He took care of me and was extremely gentle with all the work I had done, I never really felt much discomfort if any at all. I had 5 fillings changed from grey to white and I can’t fault them, Alex did a fantastic job. You can’t tell I’ve got fillings anymore! I Would highly recommend VICI Dental after my experience. Great service with great staff, and they even put movies on for you while you’re in the hot seat!
