Fantastic experience: After 30 years of not visiting a dentist my fears were soon quelled by Hafsa Malik & her assistants. The procedures I’ve had were explained & the treatment has been virtually pain free. I will now be having checkups on a regular basis.

Negative experience: Terrible they charged me for checkup when I was still in education and 18 and had a certificate of exemption and demanded I pay then was told I get a refund and nothing happened , they took money of me there prices are horrendous I go and they don’t do anything they barely check my teeth avoid at all costs .

I recently moved to the BUPA dental practice at holme hall and what a fantastic decision that was. Right from the off, the ease of talking to the receptionists, the booking process, the personal care from everyone and then I was introduced to Christos, well what an outstanding young man he was. The best dental surgeon ever. I’ve just had a route canal treatment and I’ve had just the best experience possible. I can’t recommend this entire team enough. My view on the dentist chair has changed forever. Thank you.

Fantastic experience: Super lovely practice, helped me get over my fear of the dentist. As some one on the spectrum I was always made to feel comfortable and understood. Only reason I'm leaving is due to switching to a nhs practice, although they do accept here I understand there is a waitlist.

Fantastic experience: My whole family moved to this practice following the closure of our previous local BUPA practice and particularly to follow the lovely dentist we had, very luckily on an NHS basis still. Although it's more of a trek it's worth it for the friendly welcome, gleaming practice and the continued level of care. Just hope it continues to be available.

I have been taking my children there for approx. 1 year, they have had 2 check ups and we’ve also had to get an emergency appt when my daughter fell over and knocked her two front baby teeth out 2 days before we went on holiday. Staff are always super friendly and helpful, have suitable times/dates for appointments and take the time in the appointment to do a thorough check. The dentist we have is very approachable and great with the kids, chatty and talks to them rather than me about their dental hygiene. All in all, very pleased I moved my children here. Fantastic experience: Re my visit today 19th March . Like most folk I have a dread of the dentist but after my visit today seeing dentist Joanne most of my anxiety has now disappeared . Joanne has a very calming manner about her, she explains everything she's going to do and she is so so patient. I would certainly recommend this lady to anyone who is afraid of the dentist. She is a great asset to Bupa Dental Care .

However, after today, receiving root canal treatment by Christos Papamargaritis I can say that I'm 99% OK now! He (and the nurse) were fabulous, keeping me informed of what was happening and listening carefully to my worries. I can't thank him enough for his kindness, understanding and professionalism. Fantastic experience: My teeth are my Achilles' heel so finding a good dentist is always a priority for me. I have had dentist care in five countries and this one has so far been the best. I can't speak for all the dentists here, but my dentist is not only excellent at her job, but she also genuinely cares for my health and wellbeing. She puts the care in healthcare (too cheesy?). Reception staff are always courteous, accommodating and responsive.

The dental care I received throughout my appointments has been outstanding, the dentist and nurse who I saw made my procedures go smoothly and somehow they managed to stop the anxiety I have always experienced when going to the dentist. I now have an absolutely fantastic smile, I cannot recommend this practice enough. I had so many years not feeling confident with smiling, it's really life changing. Fantastic experience: Excellent care at this practice. All the staff are welcoming, reassuring and helpful. Treatment options are always explained clearly and necessary treatment is provided with high levels of consideration to ensure it is comfortable and effective. As well as the highly professional approach to dental and oral health, the dentist spotted an unrelated, potentially serious health condition and urged me to take prompt medical advice, which has now been treated successfully. I would recommend this practice.

Fantastic experience: I attended for treatment yesterday and despite being apprehensive regarding dental treatments I found the experience a positive one . Obviously COVID safety precautions are still in place so I was met at the surgery door by a cheery receptionist and waited only a few minutes to be called through for my treatment . Kirsty and Megan were very reassuring throughout my time ‘ in the chair ‘ and I was very happy with my care .

Fantastic experience: This has been my dentist now for a number of years. I have always been pleased with the level of service that myself and my family have received. I would like to say that, even with current disruptions and the difficulty getting appointments due to the COVID-19 pandemic over the past year, the treatment that I have received has been excellent. My dentist and her dental nurse, as well as the hygienist and her assistant, have just completed a course of treatment, including crowns and fillings, with which I am extremely satisfied. I could not ask for better treatment. Everyone at the practise treated me with professionalism and car, consulting me on the treatment I was receiving and making sure that I was safe and comfortable. The precautions around COVID-19 appear to be excellent. I would certainly recommend this practice based on the care I and my family have received.

Negative experience: After seeing the dentist last week to be told i had an abcess under my crown the tooth would need to come out. I was given a course of antibiotics and told to contact the surgery if any problems. Well last night the crown came off leaving sharp edges making my tongue sore so the next morning rang the receptionist to try and explain what had happened, but as soon as i mentioned crown she butted in saying we are not doing those buy some cement from the chemist. I tried to explain that i only wanted the sharp edges filing down but she was most rude and unsympathic. Told me to look on line. As a worker for the nhs i would hope that non of our receptionists speak to patients like she did me. I got the cement which is not holding the crown in therefore i have a very sore tongue. Thank you for nothing.
