So much Patience with autistic children, gave plenty time and really helpful. And the reception are super amazing. Megan helped me to change the appointment date. Fantastic experience: Joined in Summer 2025 after a long spell of not even being registered anywhere... Safe to say a lot of work has needed doing to get my teeth back on track with numerous fillings. The team here have been absolutely amazing so far and I genuinely have nothing bad to say nor any improvements I can think of. Staff have always been friendly and service fast. I've never found myself waiting overly long at all for my appointments. My dentist (Florentyna) and the assistant that has worked me a couple of times (Jess. F) are absolutely wonderful. Both friendly, calm and hold pleasant conversations (when you're not being worked on naturally). I also have to give Florentyna big props for her ability to give local anaesthetic without me even noticing she's done it. I legitimately have had to ask on two seperate appointments now "Wait, did you just jab me?" It was that painless I couldn't even tell. My fillings have always been done quickly and professionally with check-ups throughout the process to ensure the new filling feels smooth and has a good natural bite to it. I have also now just signed my infant up with this dentist as I am more than satisfied with them! Keep up the good work is all I can say!

Hygienists Jess and assistant Jess are outstanding — clear, practical advice has transformed my gum health. Reception staff excellent but voicemail messages not always returned & no lunchtime phone cover.

The hygienist, Jess A, and her assistant, Jess F, are very impressive, especially as Jess A spent time helping me to learn how to clean all the hidden bits of my teeth properly, something I never got at my old practice. From having significant gum disease when I joined Boroughbridge last year, with Jess’s help, my gums are very much better. Thank you!

Fantastic experience: We took our children to the dentist for the first time today and it was such a lovely experience. The practice is clean, beautifully decorated, and very welcoming. The staff were amazing with the kids and made them feel happy and comfortable rather than scared. We couldn’t have asked for a better first visit and would highly recommend.

Fantastic experience: Broke a tooth before Xmas. Thankfully wasn’t in pain but didn’t look to great so booked early in new year. Got an appt the next day and tooth repaired and sorted. Great service from lovely staff.

I’ve had quite a bit of work done since November, from Cleaning, back to white, to the removal of those awkward Teeth and today the first stage of Impressions for my new Dentures to replace the extracted Teeth. Every single person, from Reception to the assistants and Drs. Has been phenomenal. A far cry from nightmarish visits during childhood at other Dental Practices. I’m really happy with the progress so far, thank you to everyone involved in my Treatment. I’ve never felt more comfortable and at ease at any Practice I have attended before and no longer dread visiting The Dentist. It’s a massive 10/10 for me Personally.

Fantastic experience: Visited with 3 kids, 7,5, and 2. The dentist Richard put them all at ease and even managed the impossible task of getting my 2 year old to cooperate for a check up. Would whole heartedly recommend. Will be back for future check ups!

Fantastic experience: I recently had prep work for 3 crowns and a bridge done by Richard. I had my permanent crowns fitted today and I am delighted with how they look. I am such a nervous patient (the school dentist sitting on me once may be the cause!) and Richard is so patient and caring. The whole treatment from start to finish was painless - something I didn’t think possible! As there’s such a happy atmosphere in the surgery between all the girls and Richard it makes it much more welcoming and less frightening for wusses like me, so I highly recommend Boroughbridge Dental Centre and Team Hajjawi!

Fantastic experience: Unfortunately had to hastily arrange an appointment with Paul due to my daughter’s toothache. He managed to squeeze her the same day and started the treatment for root canal treatment. Paul talked her through what would happen on each visit and was happy to answer all questions from inquisitive 13 year old. All this put her and my mind at rest and both Alice and Paul have done a welcoming manner.

She may be a dental assistant (sorry if that's the wrong term) but she's wonderful at her job.

She immediately made me feel at ease. Jess explained what she was going to do with my teeth, she was extremely professional and friendly. They both looked after me very well. Paul, my dentist came through to collect my for my examination. He was very friendly, welcoming and extremely professional. Paul’s assistant Jess was also thoughtful of my needs (being disabled) and made sure that I was felt at ease. I highly recommend Boroughbridge Dental Centre. The staff are all amazing, I have never enjoyed going to the dentist until I started going there 3 years ago.

Fantastic experience: I recently visited Boroughbridge dental care. We were new to the practice after recently moving to the area. All staff, including the receptionists, were friendly, professional and efficient. Michaela and Alice did a great job replacing an old silver filling, they put me at ease and made sure I was comfortable. I was very pleased with the look of the filling which is now invisible. The two Jessica’s looked after me in my hygienist appointment. Again, they were both very friendly and put me at ease, and gave me some helpful tips to help keep on top of my dental hygiene at home. Highly recommended and much better service than my previous dentists.

Fantastic experience: I can highly recommend Jess and Alice. I had a huge fear of the dentists and injections. To the point I neglected my teeth. I made an appointment with jess for some dental work. I explained my fear of injections. Jess applied numbing cream to my gums before the injection and gave me some breathing exercises to concentrate on.She made me feel so relaxed and explained everything as she went along. Never once felt any pain. I have seen Jess several times now and I have no fear of the dentists. If you are nervous I can highly recommend Jess.

Fantastic experience: I recently attended Boroughbridge Dental Practice and I was genuinely impressed by the outstanding level of care and professionalism I received. I would rate the service as ten out of ten without hesitation. My appointment was with Dr Kate and Nurse Lynn. I was informed that Dr Kate was a foundation dentist, and I will admit that I initially felt a little nervous about this. However, I soon realised that there was absolutely no need for concern. Dr Kate carried out a very thorough examination which took around forty five minutes, and at every stage she explained clearly what she was doing and why. The examination felt detailed and attentive rather than rushed. I felt that an appropriate and well structured plan of care was put in place to support the long term health of my teeth. What stood out to me was the genuine warmth, honesty, and care shown throughout the appointment. I felt that the advice I was given was tailored to my personal situation and delivered in a supportive and reassuring manner. The practice itself looked modern, clean, and well maintained. Parking on site was convenient and made the visit easier. The reception staff working on the day were friendly, professional, and welcoming, both in person and during the initial telephone call when I booked the appointment. Overall, my experience was excellent from start to finish. I am very pleased to have found this practice and I look forward to continuing my dental care with them in the future. I would not hesitate to recommend Boroughbridge Dental Practice to others.
