You managed to put me at ease straight away as soon as I walked in - not a simple task trust me! I joined the practice so that I could keep Dragos as my dentist. As someone who has always found it difficult to attend dental appointments, I really value Dragos' positive, gentle and caring approach. He manages to create a calm, relaxed and non-judgemental atmosphere where I feel comfortable enough to open up and really start discussing my oral health rather than being preoccupied with how quickly I can get out of there! Fantastic experience: After being welcomed by reception staff, checked in and seated in a comfortable waiting area, I was soon called in for my appointment. Both the dentist and the dental nurse were friendly and reassuring, taking time to explain everything that was being done during the check-up appointment and dispelling any if my anxiety. Within the first consultation price which gets paid in advance, two x-rays are offered which I was happy to accept in order to get a more detailed image of what condition my teeth and roots were in. The X-ray results were explained to me and recommendations made with regard to possible future treatments that I could elect to have such as replacement of old amalgam fillings with composite white fillings. Getting a clean bill of health is always good news and an appointment will be sent for a six monthly check up. The whole experience was good from start to finish and as a nervous client, my mind was put at rest by the patience and knowledge of the dentist and support of the dental nurse. Of course I'll still be nervous next time I go but now feel more confident that my anxiety will be respected and any treatment will be done with great care and attention. Thank you to all staff at Symbiosis for making my first appointment a good experience.

Fantastic experience: It’s not to difficult to award this Dental Practice with a 5 star rating because they are truly a 5 stars the practice centre is first class the decor, furnishing's & the facilities are of an extremely high standard The office staff & receptionist are excellent and show a high standard of professionalism The Dental team are as you would expect highly trained individuals who make every effort to make sure that your time spent with them is as comfortable as possible The Morgan’s had a vision when they set the practice up and quite honestly they have gone beyond their expectations and the Symboisis Dental Practice is truly a first class establishment in which I have no problem in recommending to others

Negative experience: Beautiful dental practice....very elegant surroundings....however....VERY expensive.....£75 to register...compared to £30/40 at other local practices.....£85.. for a dental clean compared to other local dentists who combine a dental clean to your usual dental check up...if you ring up to say you have lost a filling....they give you an appointment to confirm this and charge you? WHY???.... In my opinion it's all about MONEY....with Symbiosis...not the patient.

We invest in to the business and members of our team to ensure we are providing the best possible care for our patients. As regards to our Private Fee's, our competitor analysis has shown that our fees are competitively priced to other private dental practices in the area. We are unsure as to where you have found a local private dentist who charges £30/£40 for a new patient consultation as the range we are aware of is £60 to £100. Hygiene visits with a hygienist range from £75 to £95, ours cost £86. Routine dental examinations range from £47 to £55, ours cost £39. If you would like to raise a complaint about the service and/or care you have received here at the practice you can do so by contacting the practice directly. You can do this in person or by writing to us. We will take your complaint seriously and follow our complaints procedure to ensure your complaint is dealt with fairly and efficiently. Fantastic experience: I attended as a nervous new patient and was put at ease straight away. The practice was calm, clean and bright and I was welcomed by a friendly receptionist. Throughout my checkup Dr Morgan explained everything that he was going to do and why he was taking xrays. He went through the results and gave me clear explanations and options for my future care. I couldn't fault the friendly and professional service I received from everyone in practice

Fantastic experience: It's always a pleasure to come here for my appointments. There's parking, great access if you are disabled, and the waiting room is very clean and modern. The reception staff are always exceptional - they even give you a courtesy call the day before your appointment to check that you haven't forgotten about it! I usually see the dentist and then the hygienist straight afterwards - both teams are fantastic. All in all, excellent service and an example for other dental practices to look up to!

Fantastic experience: Extremely friendly from our first appointment back in 2007 to present. Mr Morgan puts you at ease straight away and his philosophy of “there’s no need for anyone to suffer or be in pain” was so reassuring. The support staff and dental assistant in particular “Julie,” is so warm, welcoming, friendly, reliable and professional. You can understand why people travel from miles around to go to their dental surgery.
