Fantastic experience: I completed a tooth whitening treatment with Helen and had a great experience from start to finish. Helen was very friendly and took the time to answer all my questions, which helped me feel comfortable and informed throughout the process. The treatment was easy to follow, with only minor sensitivity, I was just more aware of my teeth at times. Over the course of the treatment my teeth went from shade A3 to B1 (3 shades whiter). I'm really happy with the results and would recommend Helen for anyone considering professional tooth whitening.

Fantastic experience: I have been coming to Envisage for over a year now, and the level of care has consistently exceeded expectations. From the moment I walked in, the team made me feel genuinely welcomed and at ease. My dentist was exceptional and friendly: knowledgeable, attentive and incredibly gentle throughout the entire procedure. They took the time to explain each step clearly, which really helped me feel reassured.

Negative experience: This practice has gone downhill after Ryan left. Requested to be moved under care of Emma and I was refused! Being a nervous patient and having paid thousands in this practice and being a long time patient, at least I thought they would give me the option to select my dentist. Note to New patients - Please look elsewhere, there are other 5 star rated dentists in Basingstoke who will provide better service and value for money. Note to Practice Manager - Change your customer care team and ask them to take care of long term patients!

The whole team are welcoming, the reception team are efficient and organised, and my dentist, Helen, always explains everything I need to know about my teeth. Fantastic experience: Booked an emergency appointment due to having a sharp chipped tooth, I haven’t been to a dentist in many years. Helen was brilliant and sorted the issue within minutes and gave me a full check up as time allowed. She also looked into a few other issues I had and explained what was needed for these to get done and was not pushy at all. I then had a hygienist appointment the next day with Amanda who was great. Both very knowledgeable and I’m booked in for several other appointments. 100% recommend!

Negative experience: **This is not the first review I see regarding this! ** I attended for the second time the dental surgery and I have been advised that I had to pay a deposit which is OK. A temporary filling was placed on my chipped tooth. That costed me £110 I was advised that I needed root canal treatment , a crown and root canal filling all costed separately including the democracy filling £1600. I today went to my old dentist in Bristol and paid £230 and got the job done with a white filling. **avoid this dental surgery ****

Fantastic experience: Wonderful dental practice. Each member is very friendly and knowledgeable, never makes you feel rushed. They take time to make sure you understand every option available and make you feel right at home from the moment you walk in, until you leave.

Fantastic experience: I’ve had stressful experiences at the dentist in the past (not this practice) and felt nervous about my appointment. The receptionist was lovely and welcoming and I felt that I was in good hands during my checkup. Ryan took the time to explain everything and didn’t put any pressure on me when talking about treatment options.

The receptionists are friendly, helpful and commendating to all my needs. The dentist Ryan has been fantastic from the initial visit through to treatment, he explain every detail and prices without any pressure. And not to forget the hygienist who put me at ease. I've had nothing but a positive experience from this practice, so much that i plan on moving the whole family over to Envisage ASAP.

Fantastic experience: We've all heard the horror stories concerning dental experiences. But I'm very happy to have found this practise. I see Helen for my main dental treatments and Amanda is my hygienist. Both are extremely professional and thorough. The reception staff are always happy and friendly and I'm going back today for a specialist appointment to help with my snoring issues

I recently saw their new dentist Ryan who immediately put me at ease and explained in reassuring detail the treatment I needed.The nurses and receptionist team are always so welcoming and go above and beyond.

Fantastic experience: My fiancee Natasha came here today absolutely terrified. The practise manager noticed she was upset and came and sat with her explained what would happen and who she was seeing. The dentist ‘Ryan’ was amazing with her, made her at ease and took his time over explaining everything so she knew what to expect. I personnaly can not thank the team enough for going above and beyond with helping her get through her fear of dentists. We have a long way to go but she felt so much better after seeing Ryan.

Fantastic experience: From the moment I walked in I was greeted by the lovely reception staff who were so friendly, Carly in particular made my little one feel at ease straight away, she even went out of her way to take us upstairs to be seen. Ryan the dentist was just amazing, he really took his time with with my daughter and I, giving me helpful information about how to take good care of my little ones teeth. He was absolutely brilliant and fantastic with children! I wish all dentists could be like this!

Fantastic experience: Im generally petrified of going to any dentist appointments but I can't rate Envisage high enough for their amazing care service. From their lovely receptionist (Amirah) reminding me with a call on the day of my appointment as i suffered from cognitive impairment, as well as very efficient whenever i need to change my appt time n date, to the lovely nurse Laura, hygienist Amanda n my dentist Emma, who truly understand my fear and are always very gentle n reassuring. Definitely a great team they have at their Basingstoke Envisage branch. I will have no qualms recommending this dental practise to anyone.

Fantastic experience: This must be one of the most excellent dental practices in the country. We have been patients here for around 50 years, always excellent. Nowadays it is an Envisage dental surgery. The past three weeks incredibly both myself and my wife have suffered very bad dental pain. The care we have received has been exemplary and patient friendly, from Reception through to dentists. My treatment has included an emergency extraction, necessitating follow up care and treatment as a problem arose that is taking time to resolve. My wife's issue is as yet not so clear cut, but she has received 'the best' care both in person at the practice and by telephone whilst dentist trying to establish the correct cause for her pain. We have not once been made to feel a nuisance, so important when is in considerable pain unsure where things are going. Thank you Team Envisage Basingstoke.

Negative experience: Utterly disappointed. Every time I went in I felt like their ulterior yet main objective is to extract as much money out of people as possible. Last straw for me was when I was quoted £800 for a procedure on ONE tooth. I left shocked and disgusted. I got it done for £150 at another, genuinely kind and caring dentist.

Fantastic experience: Amazing amazing I can't recommend enough All the team has been amazing for my youngest child , unfortunately we whent there when he had a really bad tooth and was in a credible amount of pain through the lockdown and when they were able to open back up they saw him and deal with the tooth and pain. They were so kind and caring helpful all of them from the receptionists , Helen the dentist and her dental nurse . Thank you so much , i am internally grateful I cannot thank them enough it's the worst feeling having your child in pain but they were so kind and so helpful they went beyond and above. Fantastic experience: Exceptional customer care and professional dental surgery. I saw Emma today for some treatment. I was in so much pain from a tooth and contacted the surgery who responded to me straight away with advice and then I was lucky enough to get a cancellation spot to bring my original appointment forward. The receptionists were friendly and so helpful. I've seen Emma twice now and both times she's made me feel at ease with her confidence and friendly manner. Definitely the best dentist I've been to and highly recommend especially if you're a nervous patient like me.

Fantastic experience: As always, my anxious 6 monthly trip to visit the dentists was made so much more comfortable as soon as I arrived at Envisage; Rhea the lovely receptionist was friendly, happy and smiling, my check up with new dentist Helen was relaxed, she is lovely, as is her assistant whose name I cannot recall, my apologies, and my hygienist check with Amanda went well as always, listening to pop master on the radio always calms the nerves! Envisage is a small and friendly practice, everyone is made to feel welcome in the calm environment, which is exactly when you need when visiting the dentists. I shall be anxious again in 6 months time, but deep down I know there is no need to be. HUGE thank you to you All.

Everything was clearly explained from costs to procedure to the fact that there would probably be some sensitivity during the process. Fantastic experience: Like any other nervous patient about to embark on seeing the dentist, it's the little things that can make a big difference to your experience. Envisage Basingstoke has the warmth of being at home, the friendliness and genuine interest in patient care from the dental staff and the effort to maintain the same messaging from the staff at reception. The reception staff, particularly Rhea are organised and understanding of patient's busy schedules and unlike other dental practices, have a solid grasp on dental problems which is very re-assuring as often after leaving the clinic, front of house have no idea about your treatment of future treatment that has to be arranged. This is not the case at Envisage Basingstoke. At Envisage, it's like one big family and everyone is part of one conduit all looking to provide excellent patient care and maintain that throughout the ongoing engagement with their patients.This especially, makes me feel comfortable and relaxed.

He is friendly, good communication skills and makes me feel at ease (which is a hard task because I’m a nervous patient). The hygienist Amanda is the best practitioner I have met. She’s friendly, easy to talk to, excellent practitioner and really encouraging good oral hygiene in a way that is very helpful. I’m a very happy patient of Envisage.

Fantastic experience: The best dental practice in the area bar none. I’ve been receiving treatment here the last 12 months and couldn’t find fault if i tried. The practice itself is clean and modern but still retains a homely feel so doesn’t seem overly clinical, there’s also adequate parking neaby which is a rareity in such a central location. By far the best asset of the practice however is its staff. Rhea on the desk is simply a gem, if you are in the slightest bit nervous or afraid of the dentist she’ll make you literally forget that by her naturally warm and caring manner. The most thanks however must go to my dentist Pardeep, he’s transformed my smile and has given me so much more confidence than I had before. He’s also the nicest person anyone could hope to meet and I wouldn’t hesitate recommend him
