Fantastic experience: Booked in with Mr Singh today (23 Jan) for a tooth extraction. So nervous/anxious, but Mr Singh was very reassuring & offered plenty of reassurances throughout the procedure. Anaesthesia worked very well & I felt no pain with the initial extraction. Aftercare advice given verbally & in paper form. 4hrs later the anaesthesia wore off & the pain from hell started, however paracetamol is now kicking in. All in all, the whole thing took around 30 mins. Would happily recommend this dentist/practice.

Negative experience: Appointments are always cancelled last minute. You spend ages waiting. I’ve never not been here and actually been seen close to the time I had. 45 minutes last time and when I finally got seen no scale or polish like id been booked in for. Simple check up and off you go - was a complete waste of my time and money. If you’re looking for a new dentist I’d avoid this one. No concerns with treatment but the wait time is shocking. Respect your customers and their time please!

Fantastic experience: Such great people from start to end, my journey has been exceptional! Very professional and polite receptionists, amazing Dental practitioner Faizan Ahmed and his colleague who made my experience a very positive one. They were always reassuring and polite and provided the best service and care. Also they phoned to check up on me after having a minor surgery after a couple of hours or the next day to ensure i was ok. Negative experience: Tried to advise I needed 2 teeth extracting for £300 before invisalign treatment could be started.All in all the total was about £4000. I went to another dentist who advised no teeth extractions were necessary and I was quoted £2600. Signed up same day lol. Avoid these scammers

Negative experience: I hadn’t even finished my treatment, so I wasn’t asked to pay. I received a letter from a debt collection unit for £26.80, without any letters before this. Shocking!

Negative experience: Poor service, no seats, dentist don’t run to time, my daughter was kept waiting, no apology turned away NHS and said they only accept paid customers the service has really gone down here

Positive experience: Ended up been seen 30 mins after my appointment. I appreciate things do happen but the receptionist was very sharp about it. She said it happens everyday and it's totally normal for appointments to not be on time. I said what is the point of having an appointment then? If I'd of known that I'd of turned up late myself. The receptionist shouldn't be saying it's a common thing to be seen 30 mins after your appointment, if this does happen everyday then there's obviously an issue. Once I saw the dentist he was very nice and did apologise. Maybe the receptionist had a bad day but being in a public facing role they should be more polite, I mean it wasn't my fault the dentist was late?

Had previous bad experience with NHS dentists, but this was completely different experience , Mr Singh was very friendly and approachable and listened to my concerns and what I wanted to achieve . Negative experience: Never got a chance to go there. Booked an appointment with the receptionist and then received an email saying it was cancelled. No explanations, didnt get in touch with me to reschedule and ignored my message when asked for the reason of cancellation. I didnt ask for NHS cover… i booked in for cleaning and teeth straightening which i was, of course, willing to pay fully.

Negative experience: One star is anyway more than they deserve - Very disappointing on website they do accept kids and adults on NHS but we have been told NO as is only for kids which is absolutely not true as I have checked on website. HIGHLY NOT RECOMMENDED

Negative experience: Employees falsely claimed they do not have a contract with the NHS and refused me treatment, attempting to push me toward private care. I’ve been a patient at other MyDentist locations and never encountered such issues. It’s a shame that one location is not providing the same level of service as the others. The staff were rude and unhelpful.

Fantastic experience: I have recently (over past 6months) had the pleasure of meeting Dr Faizan for ongoing dental implant treatment. From the 1st appointment which I was truly dreading, I was made to feel at ease and relaxed. The Reception staff (Pauline and Simran) who engaged in conversation to settle my nerves on ARRIVAL, to Dr Faizan and the nursing TEAM. The treatment I had was explained in a step by step process. Nothing was rushed. Each visit I was reassured and allowed to ask all my wierd and wonderful questions. Each appointment was booked to fit around my schedule. I am delighted with the results, so much so I have decided to continue with teeth whitening with the team.

The Invisalign treatment was seamless and enjoyable as dr Ahmad answered all my concerns and made sure that I was receiving amazing results. Also, I’ve been dealing with wisdom tooth pain which Dr. Ahmad was able to constantly fit me and check it, advising treatment. Positive experience: I've been with thus dentist for over 15 years. I found the receptionist rude and entitled. It took days to get thought to book appointment. Got the appointment and didn't get usual call day before appointment and missed it. Took me days to get them back again to rebook. Had a car accident could make the appointment couldn't get though to cancel. When eventually got through and was told by said receptionist that I could no longer use the dentist unless i went private paid for the service. Now. I have previously paid this dentist over £2000 in treatment and the dentist himself is okay but the service is not good one phone line is inadequate for a dental service . Most importantly the receptionist needs to be approachable to all not just those that's she likes Not impressed will happily find another dentist that provides a good over all service Update Received a email requesting further details on my experience. I provided my name and address D.O.B. Then I receive a letter dated 13.12.23. I have witnessed a parent of an autistic child be grilled in reception area over her requirements for the child. She was horrified at the way she was questioned I have witnessed patience been denied NHS treatment but offered private.. I have a right to make a review and it's based on what I saw and what happened to me. Your letter is indicative of your reception service which I found to be I adequately staff with an inadequate number of telephone and inadequately trained, unapproachable, sometimes rude entitled staff.

Negative experience: Vey bad experience I have with Iram. Nurse ok. Iram put bed so down. I was really dizzy. My legs was up. When told iram she put bed up asked me open mouth. No apology. Never going back that dentist. I was no stable asked leave. Worse experience.

Dr faizal will put you sooooo much at ease I never ever felt the needle go in because he massaged the gum before he put the needle in !!!!! Absolutely brilliant !!!! Fantastic experience: I needed urgent assistance when one of my back teeth crumbled, I also needed a new dentist. After reading through the reviews for ARDP I thought these guys have got to be amazing and now after receiving extensive treatment I can confirm that they are. The recent addition of the forest roof was a great distraction too and Kully the receptionist was welcoming from the start. Negative experience: If you can't provided an emergency appointment, then dont beat around the bush, I have been chasing you guys for two weeks for an emergency appointment, for you to then tell me that you can't provide an appointment after 3 missed appointments. we all have situations where we have missed appointments especially where appointments were as far as a month away, also being told that kids have priority, clearly shows you have been fobbing me off. If something should happen to me whilst im in this severe pain I will making a formal complaint against you. DONT LIE TO YOUR PATIENTS!!

Fantastic experience: The receptionist(Selba) was very friendly and made me feel welcome. Dr Farzan was also quite welcoming really good at explaining and making me feel at ease for my front teeth filing. Dr Farzan explained each stage and offered me options in case I had any discomfort. Nurse Amal was very supportive during the process of my filing. When they finished with my appointment I was so pleased of my front teeth and my smile, I had tears of joy and I had a great dental experience and the result has made me more confident in my smile. Fantastic experience: I think I'm a terrible patient. I have terrible anxiety about the dentist, so much so I hadn't been for approximately 3 years. So consequently I ended up with a nasty infection in my tooth, forcing me to go back to the dentist. I had the warmest greeting despite all the restrictions in place due to the pandemic. The lady on the reception desk was lovely as was nurse Oana. She made sure I sanitised before entering the room. Dr Faizan was so lovely. He explained everything step by step. I knew I wanted the tooth extracted as it had given me trouble on an off for a few years and already had a deep filling. So after a week of antibiotics to improve the infection I returned for the rest of my check up and extraction. Again I was incredibly anxious, but Oana, kept reminding me to breath and kept asking me if I was ok, she was so sweet. I have had many injections over the years for dental work as I have Sjogrens syndrome, so I have had many issues. The injection has always been painful. Not this time, I do not know what Dr Faizan did, but I never felt a thing, not a scratch, nothing, he was so gentle and patient. He explained that I would feel pulling and pressure for the extraction but no pain, and I didn't feel anything. I am completely over my fear. They are a wonderful team and I am so glad he is my dentist. Would I recommend this practice 100% yes. Thank you for being so patient with me.

Fantastic experience: WOW where do I even start! I had always been insecure of my overcrowded and crooked teeth and had considered Invisalign, whitening and composite bonding for a while however, did not know who to trust. After doing some research I came across Aldridge Road Dental Practice in particular, Dr Faizan Ahmad’s work and I am so glad that I did! Right from the beginning Dr Faizan was incredibly informative and guided me through various payment plans and options so that I didn’t have any unwanted surprises at the end of the treatment. Throughout the process Dr Faizan explained each step thoroughly, answered all of my questions, and both him and his nurse Oana gave me constant reassurance checking that I was comfortable throughout. Dr Faizan is a complete PERFECTIONIST and carefully made sure that the treatments were carried to the highest of standards. I am absolutely over the moon with my new smile and have received so many compliments from my friends and family, many of whom have already asked me to put them in touch with Dr Faizan. Fantastic experience: I’ve always hated my 2 front teeth, uneven, protruding with a large gap in between. I’d put up with them for so long, l expected to carry on. However fate played a hand, and an accident which left me with one broken off and the other loose. I had to have them extracted and had a denture. I hated it so when implants were suggested l said yes immediately (before l knew how much they cost!). I decided not to consult Dr. Google to find out the process so l put my hands entirely in Dr. Faizan and Oana. And what safe hands they were. Everything was explained and constant reassurance given constantly checking l was ok. It was a fairly long process though I’ve had far worse experiences in the dentist’s chair over the years. At the age of 68 l now have my lovely front teeth and I’m extremely grateful to them both and can’t recommend them highly enough. Also for the advice about my granddaughter’s teething issues! So, if you are thinking of taking the plunge and having implants, go for it. You will receive an excellent service with caring, competent professionals. Thank you.

Fantastic experience: Absolutely superb experience and can’t recommend enough. I had a deep cavity filled and Doctor Faizan Ahmad was fantastic - reassured me throughout, explained to me what he was doing and did an inch perfect job. Not once did I feel any pain. Everything was extremely thorough, hygiene was to the highest standard and I felt totally comfortable in terms of COVID-19 guidelines being completely adhered to, and nothing was rushed throughout the app even with the overload of appointments that I’m sure most dentists currently have within the current climate. I felt at total ease throughout and I felt totally confident in Dr Faizan. Dr Faizan’s dental assistant was also lovely and also continually checked that I was okay. Once again I cannot recommend Dr Faizan and Aldridge Road dental practise enough.

Fantastic experience: Absolutely amazing dentist . I went to get my teeth checked over after two years away from the dentist and the service was immaculate all round ; I feel like I have new teeth . Faizan talked through everything that was happening as he did it and the rest of the staff were so welcoming . 100% the place to go .

Fantastic experience: I needed a new crown, Fazian saw me over 3 visits along with his trusty assistant. On each visit he talked me thru what he was going to do & each visit went very well for me, no problems at all. Very professional.

Fantastic experience: I recently had to attend the dental practice, for the removal of my wisdom tooth, which had caused an infection, and alot of pain. Right from the first phone call, I was put at ease straight away, as I'm a very nervous patient, Dr Faizan, and nurse Oana, where so professional and the whole process was quick and painless, would reccomend the dental practice to anyone who is particularly nervous too!! Lovely people and very welcoming thank you for helping me become pain free once again.
