Negative experience: During a regular visit after a year-long wait, which had been postponed several times, I told the dentist that I had a crack in a tooth that had been diagnosed by my previous dentist.After a two-minute check-up, he gave me an appointment for a visit in two months. Two weeks after this, my tooth was completely chipped. I wrote to them to make an emergency appointment, and they replied that they don't give emergency appointments without checking for pain. It's a shame that these kinds of situations happen. People should be treated as such, especially when it comes to health issues.

Fantastic experience: Fantastic receptionists, Lynne, I believe is the head receptionist, puts you at ease as soon as you arrive and is extremelly helpul and welcoming. John my dentist and his assistants put you at ease, John always advises on the best treatment and carries out the treatment painlessly. A terrific team.

Negative experience: Would not recommend the integrity of certain people who work here.

Fantastic experience: The reception team always greet you with a smile and are always very helpful and professional. Clinically, the dental nurses, and my dentist Dr Cameron have all been brilliant, caring and very understanding. As someone who gets anxious at the dentist they all made my experience very comfortable. I am very happy with my experience and highly recommend Woodside dental practice.

Fantastic experience: I’ve attended this practice for many years and the care every time is exceptional but I’ve most recently had to get an implant which was such a daunting thought but jonathan and Nicole were nothing short of amazing throughout the 10 month process and ive never been happier with how my smile looks. The reception team are the best I’ve ever dealt with nothing was ever too big of an ask whenever I phoned with any worries or to move appointments they are always so happy to help. The whole team have made a once dreaded experience completely bearable.

Fantastic experience: I have been attending this practice for most of my life and have absolutely no intention of that changing! Reception staff are beyond helpful and have always managed to find a suitable time for my appointments despite my last minute requests. This level of service and friendliness doesn't seem to be anything other than second nature to them. As someone who dislikes any sort of medical procedure, both my dentist Jonathan and Hygienist Lizel do a phenomenal job of putting me at ease, and I couldn't ask for better care to be taken with my teeth. Negative experience: Was told this was a great place with staff who care. The receptionists are kind enough but the bloke I had just didn't seem very nice at all. Felt rushed, uncomfortable as well. Everytime you say 'nhs patient' it's like they look down at their noses at you and don't really bother to do a proper job.we had a family emergency which meant we could not attend our appointment. The next day I received a very rude letter saying our places had been terminated, without even allowing me to explain why we couldn't attend. Honestly felt like because we were not private payers that we just weren't welcome anyways. Nice staff at the reception but the dentist I had was rude and unwelcoming

Fantastic experience: Recently attended for routine check up. Had x rays done. John said everything was fine. Made future appointment, but told just to phone should any problems surface. I can't understand why anyone could say anything unfavorable about Woodside Dental practice. From reception to treatment staff, everyone is friendly and puts you at ease.

Fantastic experience: The team are all as professional and good at their jobs as you could hope for, the reception staff, assistants, hygienists and dentist are all so helpful and kind too, I can’t recommend this place highly enough but the real Plus for me is the friendliness. It honestly is like visiting friends. Which is great for everyone but would be perfect if you or your child are at all nervous.

Negative experience: At my first few appointments it was great, friendly and helpful staff. However I was due to have an extraction, when I arrived the dentist struggled and I was still there 2.5 hours later. I ended up having to get an emergency appointment later that evening. One of the worst things I have ever experienced, haven’t been back since. I can assure you that I have been in touch regarding that this. The lack of communication between staff is not my issue. The lack of communication between staff is not my issues.

Fantastic experience: The dental care and professionalism can not be faulted, the problems I have with my teeth are my own doing and the staff are very nice and welcoming. Carly Fraser(and her assistant) are amazing and I only hope we can keep the staff we currently have at the practice.

Fantastic experience: Fantastic service from all the reception staff, the dentists and the hygenist. Always get an appointment promptly and at very short notice if you have problems. Highest recommendation for Jonathan for implants. I am delighted with the result. Excellent service if you are nervous as everyone makes you feel very relaxed.

Fantastic experience: I have an unhealthy fear of the dentist but if I could recommend Ms. Tejeda more I would. She is a gentle and thorough dentist who is kind patient and really puts me at ease. I was there 19/06 for an extraction and although it took nearly 40 mins I honestly felt safe at ease the entire time. The dentist talked Me through the entire process and allowed stops whenever I needed. If you require a dentist go and see Ms Tejeda I won’t let anyone else near my teeth. The reception Staff are lovely and communicative aswell and the practice is spotless. 10/10

Fantastic experience: Me and the wife are very anxious people when it comes to the dentist. When arriving the staff at reception are brand new, smiling and willing to have a joke. There very welcoming and organised when coming to appointments. Beatrice is our dentist and I cannot throw enough positivity to this women. She is patient, careful, kind, enthusiastic, truthful, the communication between Beatrice and her helping hand is spot on. The list goes on I'm glad we moved to this dentist. Fantastic experience: Having had an extended absence from dental work due to ill health, I was apprehensive to get long overdue work done. However, Woodside Dental Practice have been fantastic from my initial inquiry, check up, treatment and subsequently. I am incredibly grateful to the practice staff and Carly for completing the work to an excellent standard in a relaxed environment.

Negative experience: Tried to book an appointment for my daughter, was told she was not welcome because she missed appointment last year. I explained that this was due to her anxiety and autism and is in a better place, person on the phone very unsympathetic and did not care. Be a different story if it was private.

Negative experience: Wouldn't bother! Registered recently in November went for the exam. Was looking to go private as wanted to change my fillings. The dentist John wasn't very helpful whatsoever didn't explain anything about my teeth. Got told to go wait in reception for next appointment to then be told by receptionist to go home they'll call me. Have waited a week for a call back and nothing rang today for them to say because I was de registered in 2018 (god knows why) I'm not allowed to register again. (Whoever let me register again should have said this before letting me book in). Waste of my time and Very unprofessional as I should have at least got a call/email to inform me of this! If I could give 0 stars I would have! AVOID

Fantastic experience: I have been a patient of Woodside for 18 years. As my family has grown I have registered them here too. I was recently advised to have an implant replace my 22 year old post crown. The treatment was explained to me in detail including risks and the timescale. During the extended healing period without a permanent tooth I was very well looked after with a denture to keep me presentable. I am grateful that the team are so professional and proficient in the implant technique, my smile and this review are testament to that!

Negative experience: Horrible experience at this dentist! Always left feeling unhappy. Seems as if the dentists don’t know what they are doing and don’t even listen to you. Not patient-centred at all.

Negative experience: Me, my son and my husband's Filling are keep falling off. It was a bad ending with our Dentist Beatriz. We had to keep going back for filling because it keeps falling off (about three times each person in same tooth). We pay extra for better materials and still the same happens. I have private Denplan and got charged the entier 2020-2021 lockdown and cannot even get a place for an emergency. We ended up with a different NHS dentist who fixed the issue on the spot for the family. I do not recommend this place anymore and better places elsewhere.
