Fantastic experience: Having not been to the dentist for a long time I had built up some anxiety, especially knowing my filling needed re-doing. Based on the many excellent reviews I decided to go with Better Care Clinic, and I’m so glad I did. I had my initial consultation with Dr Vishal Patel, and I was instantly put at ease with his professionalism and friendliness, and likewise with the colleague assisting him. The treatment I required was very clearly explained both verbally and with x-rays/ pictures. I subsequently booked two treatments, spanning two fillings and a clean and I am incredibly happy with the results. Dr Vishal conducted the procedures with great skill and care and made me feel relaxed and comfortable throughout, completely dispelling the anxiety I had initially felt. He also provided very valuable advice. Most importantly I am very happy with the treatment and will be using Better Care Clinic for my checkups and any treatments from now on. Highly recommended.

Fantastic experience: I went to dr Minal to treat a root canal a few months ago and she did an amazing job, from the start as new patient she did a whole check up with scans and pictures, gave me the whole quote for all the things I needed to do, which was very helpful and needed, so i then had some fillings done as well, the root canal treatment was very smooth and absolutely painless, ambient mellow music also very pleasant, the next thing was to fix the crown in and I was a bit nervous about it as was my first crown done in my life, but she explained everything and made me feel confident to go ahead with the best option, the first few days I thought it was a bit uncomfortable but as she said it needed to settle, and in three days it started to feel as natural as it was before, it’s been a few months now and so far so good,I’m so pleased that I found her, I would definitely recommend and will be going back to her for all check ups and procedures I need. Thanks to clinic team as well that is always very polite and willing to help 10/10

Negative experience: I'm not sure if I ended up in the wrong clinic as it can't be the one they are advertising and people are leaving reviews for. I came here for a hygenist as my usual one was booked up and so I thought to try somewhere new. My appointment lasted 15 minutes and cost £75, I normally pay £100 in harley street and they take between 45 mins an an hour!! It felt uncomfortable, the water was flowing and splashing everywhere with scratchy feeling on my gums. Nurse assisting was so careless, it's shocking really. I feel robbed and worrying about what damage has been done to my teeth. To be fair I'm glad it didn't take normal time as it would have reignited my fear for dentists. I come from a small village in Europe and I can tell you that even there hygenist appointments are much more professional. Avoid hugenist like a plague in this place!!

Fantastic experience: Had a hygiene clean with Minal. Minal put me at ease and the treatment was not painful at all. She is an exceptional dentist and calmed my nerves completely. The treatment rooms are outstandingly clean and it seems that treatments are affordable. I highly recommend better care clinic.

Negative experience: I requested the Doctor to give me prescription for antibiotic. But he said that since they are private, they do not issue prescription. For 7 day supply, i paid 25 pounds, which i could have got at 1/5th price from pharmacy. This was over and above 60 pounds for emergency charges. Not all private dentists have the policy of not issuing prescriotions. For example same day dentist in ASDA watford saw my husband privately and they issued prescription for which i paid 5.50 pounds. Fantastic experience: Manish Gotecha is an absolutely A* dentist. He explains everything about the treatment and options perfectly and covers everything including what to expect after the treatment. He should honestly do presentations to thousands of people on stage he's that good. And obviously very caring during the procedure. The dentistry itself is great as it's got all the best equipment you can get and still affordable-ish.

Fantastic experience: One of the best dentist places I have been to..my son was even impressed with the cleanliness of the toilet! But hats off to Dr Minal. She really calmed my son down and managed to get his tooth out without him even realising. His reaction was priceless as he laughed out of relief. Highly recommended especially for kids

Fantastic experience: We recently took our 12 year old son to see Dr. Reena Amin to have 2 of his teeth extracted under sedation. She was absolutely outstanding in her approach to dealing with our son and us, as parents. She has a fantastic temperament in dealing with young ones and she definitely helped lift the mood over the room during the procedure. Would recommend her highly, especially if you have a nervous child.

Fantastic experience: It was my first time with this clinic and the clinic was very clean and ambient. I was greeted nicely by their staff. I had an emergency appointment which was very easy to book out of hours on their website and I didn’t have to phone them. My tooth extraction was done by a very good dentist Dr. Manish and Nurse Mika. They have a very good team that made me feel relaxed and not intimidated by the procedure. Dr. Manish I must say is a cool and friendly dentist who made it feel like I was not having a procedure done, but it felt like catching up with one of your mates (to feel you at ease) while having a tooth extraction Dr. Manish ran me through the procedure with detail, and kept me on the loop on what were they were about to do so I wouldn’t feel surprised/shocked during the extraction. The aftercare instructions were given to me was thorough and in detail so I won’t have any complications. Overall I am very happy with the treatment I had with them and I wouldn’t hesitate to come back to let them take care of my dental health. 5 ⭐️

Fantastic experience: I attended this clinic after been up all night with severe toothache. I have to admit I have a major phobia of dentists !!! I was so lucky to have got an emergency appointment on a Sunday! From the moment I entered the surgery waiting room a quivering wreck, I was greeted by a lovely gentleman who tried to put me at ease. When the lady dentist (Reena) called my name I was immediately put as ease, seating reassured and gently step by step spoken through my treatment. I must admit after been such a baby !! I had my tooth out and it really didn’t hurt at all !! ( not to say I’m cured ) but the experience here was gentle and kind, and I am extremely grateful. Many thanks Sharon UK

Fantastic experience: Absolutely amazing service from start to finish. Bobby was so speedy at responding to my query and got me booked in for a root canal with Minal who was honestly the best dentist I’ve come across. I felt NO PAIN whatsoever during or even after my root canal. The surgery was so nice and clean. I honestly can’t fault anything. One year on and my tooth is in perfect condition. Please don’t hesitate to book with them!

Fantastic experience: Friendly and welcoming staff, and a calm and relaxing atmosphere. For anyone nervous about dentists, you soon forget any worries. Calm relaxing music and images play while you are in the chair. Nothing is rushed and all staff are knowledgeable and happy to answer questions. As a private practice it is more costly but you do get quality there and I feel more comfortable going there then I have other practices.

Fantastic experience: Have been visiting Better Care Clinic for the last 3 weeks and Dr Vishal has been amazing - also the lovely lady assistant who I didn’t catch a name for! I always put off coming to the dentist but they both made me feel very comfortable and my teeth and gums have had a massive improvement. Fantastic experience: I really have no words to thank the whole team at the clinic. I was going through a very complicated situation in a tooth, I was in a lot of pain, I contacted the clinic by message, first I was very well assisted by Mr. Bobby, after that I decided to go to the clinic, because I was in a lot of pain, I arrived really crying in the clinic, and Dr. Minal received me with open arms, talked to me, gave me options, helped me with pain medication and scheduled an emergency appointment for me for the next day early in the morning. I did my procedure with Doctor Vishal, along with his assistant and it was just perfect, he was calm, explained me step by step what he was doing, always trying to warn me explain clearly so I could understand. We performed the procedure and it was a success, I didn't feel any pain. I want to thank the whole team immensely... I didn't know what else to do because of the pain I was feeling, I was afraid and they reassured me, they left me safe and I managed to end this pain. Once again, thank you and how lucky I was to have found Better Care Clinic.

Fantastic experience: I want to say huge thank you to the experienced doctor Reena Amin who works with small patients and is highly professional, helpful, caring and knows how to find an approach to the child. My child felt relaxed and absolutely comfortable with this doctor during her treatment. Doctor Reena makes treatment enjoyable and easy for little patients. I also had zirconium crown at this clinic with other doctor and she is as well highly professional and competent dentist my new fake tooth feels like mine I have it for around 1 year and didn’t have any issues. Highly recommend this clinic as there work only qualified and skillful doctors who did their job on the highest level. Thank you!

Fantastic experience: I attended the Dentist today as an emergency patient and I was really happy with the service that they provided. My registered Dentist wasn’t able to see me today and I couldn’t wait any longer to see someone as I was in agony. I called the Dentist up and spoke to Manish who advised that he will be able to squeeze me in to see the Dentist in 15 minutes. I was extremely happy and relieved that someone could fit me in at short notice. The staff were very friendly and helpful and I was given my tablets to take away with me. I’d highly recommend Better Care Dentist, thank you again I really appreciated my appointment this morning.

Negative experience: I am all for immigration but you can't put someone on the phone doesn't understand English properly very upsetting

Fantastic experience: Dr. Minal is the best dentist I ever had in my lifetime. Her hands were very light and gentle. She reinforces what her patient feels at the moment which makes you feel more comfortable because you know she knows what she's doing. Kudos as well to all the assistants and support staff at the clinic for being professional and helpful all the time.

They look after you, I had problems with a filling after some time which they have done for me, they treated me well and fixed it for me without any issue, would recommend 101% and will coming back. Fantastic experience: I've only been for my second appointment but the service has been fantastic. All members of staff are super friendly, polite and very accomodating. I love that everything can be done online via their website, this includes booking appointments, checking outstanding payments, future appointments. And I carried out all the new patient registration online so when I arrived for my first appointment I was seen on time and just got into the nitty gritty of it. Easy location to get to as well as I grab the train and it's the a short walk to the clinic. Big thank you to Minal as well who I can tell is very passionate, knowledgeable and patient.

Fantastic experience: Having been badly let down by my own dentist I popped in to the Better Care Clinic on the off chance they could help, being dentist phobic this shows the urgency of my dilemma. The welcoming atmosphere and spotless environment immediately put me at ease. I had no appointment but was seen by Mina Amlani after a short wait. The service given was exemplary and Mina was able to problem solve my need for a temporary denture without fuss and in a calming manner. I was thrilled and very relieved upon collecting said denture direct from the laboratory under three hours later, whose service and expertise should also be applauded. Fantastic experience: I don't think that I am alone in not attending the dentist in way too long due to letting fear build up and the expense of it. However, I had to have a tooth removed today so it could be put off no longer. Right from the first call with the lovely and very personable Bobby, I felt instantly calmer and my fear level dropped big time. I was given a Saturday appointment for the very next day, great that they found a space for me so quickly, and outside of work hours. My dentist was Vishal Patel. I have to say that he is the best dentist that I have ever been to-excellent manner, a total professional, and between him and his lovely colleague, the rest of my fear is now gone. I am going back for a clean next week and will be as regular from now on. They are worth every penny and were actually considerably cheaper than another central Watford practice that I had been recommended to but who I did not choose. I chose Better Care Clinic because of the strength of their reviews and that first call with Bobby. All the reviews are right-this clinic is an excellent choice!

Fantastic experience: I could not recommend Better Care Clinic enough for anyone looking for private dental care. I was able to get a fairly urgent appointment at such short notice with no extra fees and at a reasonable price. The staff are so welcoming and always happy to help. The dentist did a very good check-up on my teeth, including an x-ray and gave me a lot of reassurance and advice on my dental health. Went back for a hygiene and air-polish and once again, staff extremely welcoming and friendly. Fantastic experience: Perfect especially for emergency appointments, although i had to cancel the appointment i made, i was in desperate need to see a dentist and better care clinic were super helpful and gave me an appointment before any other practice. They replied to my enquiry very quickly on the same day and made sure they could see me at a time that was convenient for me (thankyou to Bobby Amlani for being so great). Fantastic experience: I’ve always hated the dentist but I was in a lot of pain with a wobbly tooth, the dentist was sooo lovely really can’t stress enough how gentle and patient she was. She went through everything step by step let me know that I was doing great. Great way of dealing with people. She has a really soothing voice that takes away from the fact that your actually getting something done that’s painful. I would rate my experience 10/10 and the pain was actually barely anything.

Fantastic experience: The dental plan recently completed has comprised extractions, fillings and extensive implant treatment including a temporary denture. All this treatment has been carried out in a professional way and been completed within the set out dental plan that was offered and finally agreed with me. I am really happy with the end result of this treatment along with the care and attention given during treatment to minimise any discomfort. Extraordinary as some of the treatment days involved well over an hour in the dental chair. It is all down to the high standard of dentistry that I was also able to manage with very little in the way of injections during parts of the treatment. When injections were used I found the recovery from numbness was very quick, most times before I was home. This Dental Practice has the most up to date equipment and I found the chair and dental surgery ambience such that I have been close to falling asleep during treatment. From waiting room to treatment room, through all that treatment have found it a pleasant and comfortable experience. I would recommend this practice for all minor and major treatments and general dentistry. Regards Phil Bellinger

I did not really expect anything more than any other cleaning I have had before but to my suprise the results were amazing! They got rid of coffee stains I have had for years and I thought I'd never get rid of and now I can smile confidently again. She keeps me very ease and comfortable with the treatment. Though it's painful to remove it but with anesthetic you don't feel it. Will definitely reccomande better care. With pricees as well they are really reasonable in compare of others. Thank you so much ❤️

I’m always nervous when I need to have dental treatments however Minal was very nice, encouraging and gave me the highest level of treatment without any discomfort.
