Fantastic experience: I’m very satisfied with my treatment at Portway Dental Practice. I came to the practice for an emergency appointment, and the issue was dealt with efficiently and professionally. Dr Angeline Nga carefully examined the painful area, clearly explained the cause of the problem and discussed possible long-term treatment options, while providing a temporary solution in the meantime. I left the surgery pain-free, confident to chew again, and with a better understanding. I would highly recommend this practice to new patients seeking prompt, high-quality dental treatment. A shoutout to the rest of the team at the practise too!

Fantastic experience: Rachel and her dental nurse were wonderful, I’m very nervous about going to the dentist but they both put me at my ease and I even laughed (unheard of). I came away feeling that I actually don’t need to be frightened of the dentist and my tooth look lovely. Worth the trip from Bicester.

Fantastic experience: We’re really happy with our recent visit! The receptionist was so friendly and patient with my daughter she even played with her to keep her busy. She truly went above and beyond, and we really appreciate her kindness. It’s also very easy to book and reschedule appointments, and they send reminder messages a few days before so you won’t miss them. The dentist is professional, caring, and makes you feel at ease. Unfortunately, I forgot to ask the receptionist’s name, but she was on duty Thursday, 23/10/2025, from 4 PM onwards. Thank you so much, you’re all amazing!

His most recent appointment took more time and effort than expected but the dentist was relaxed and professional throughout. We all had a good laugh at the end.

Fantastic experience: I was booked for an extraction, and had also lost a filling over Christmas. The dentist managed to fix both problems in a half hour appointment. It did not feel rushed and the filling is a great improvement on the one I lost. Altogether a good experience.

I was thoroughly impressed by their professionalism and expertise demonstrated by the team. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted warmly by the staff, which immediately set a positive tone for the appointment. The dentists at this practice are clearly knowledgeable and experienced. They took the time to explain each step of the process during my check-up, ensuring I was comfortable and informed. Their attention to detail and commitment to high-quality care were evident in how they handled the procedures, and they patiently answered all my questions and the cleanliness was top notch . Positive experience: One of my fillings started to fall apart so I called on a Friday to see if I could get an Appointment but there was nothing available. I called Monday at 8am to check again and was asked to call back that day at 2pm to see if the emergency appointment was still available, which it was. Had it not been I would have had to wait again

Negative experience: I felt the dentist was Very indecisive on whether there was an infection in the root of my tooth or not. Lack of customer service considering the cost: didn’t explain process beforehand. Reception did not know their prices for hygienist and generally appears to be a lack of communication between receptionist and dentist. I felt everyone was courteous and polite but not the service I expect for a very exsepnsive treaetment.

Dr. Brodey was extremely gentle and made me feel very comfortable and happy throughout my appointment. Fantastic experience: I had a relaxed covid secure welcome and started the appointment on time. The treatment went better than hoped for, being able to save a badly filled tooth and avoid route canal work.

Fantastic experience: I had an infection in my tooth which was very painful and my face was swelling. Due to Covid-19 my usual dentist practice was unable to see me but 111 gave me the number of this practice. I received brilliant customer service from the minute the phone was picked up - very polite, friendly and efficient. A dentist rang me within an hour of my call and after a brief discussion he wrote a prescription for the antibiotics I needed and emailed it to me very quickly. I had a query about the prescription and the dentist rang back to answer it. I was then called after 5 days for a follow up to make sure that everything was ok. I would have no hesitation in recommending this dental practice.
