Fantastic experience: My wife and I joined Cronton Dental Practice shortly after it opened, and I can honestly say it is by far the best dental practice I have ever attended. From Rebecca on the front desk, who always makes us feel genuinely welcome, offers us a drink, and is consistently friendly and helpful, to Jess the Dental Therapist , who carried out the most thorough oral examination I have ever had. Jess is quite simply an outstanding Dental Therapist and a real asset to the practice. And not forgetting Pheebs the dental nurse & trainee oral health practitioner again extremely pleasant and professional and an asset to the practice. My dentist, Dr Brian, is equally exceptional. He is extremely professional, very thorough, and always reassuring, which makes every visit a positive experience. My wife and I are absolutely delighted that we made the move to Cronton Dental Practice and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a higher standard of dental care.

The girls on reception were so lovely and welcoming, which immediately helped calm my nerves. Fantastic experience: You will not find a better dentist than Cronton Dental. It is such a calm and relaxed setting where all of the staff really care about the patients. Brian does all that he can to reduce any nervousness and explains treatments with clarity. From a previously really nervous patient, I no longer dread the dentist. This week the team fit me in for an urgent appointment within 2 hours of my call and I left pain free and with a plan of action. I can’t thank Brian enough for the care and kindness he shows and would recommend Cronton Dental to anyone looking for high quality dental care in beautiful surroundings.

Fantastic experience: I hadn’t been to the dentist for about 15 years and was extremely nervous and anxious, but finding Cronton Dental has completely changed my experience. From my very first visit, I was reassured and made to feel comfortable, even through my tears at each appointment. Lauren is absolutely amazing at offering reassurance before treatment, and Brian and the dental nurse make you feel so at ease during every visit. They truly go above and beyond. Every member of staff are so friendly, understanding and listen. Jess the hygienist was amazing (I was the worst patient) but my nerves and anxiety were not an issue. I know I will probably always have some anxiety about the dentist, but it is considerably less now, and I wouldn’t go anywhere else. Cronton Dental feels like an extended family.

Fantastic experience: My dentist retired 10 years ago, and as an extremely anxious patient and some bad experiences in the past I have struggled to find a dentist I am happy with. Cronton Dental was recommended to me, so I decided to try them. From the minute I walked through the door the staff could not have been more friendly and approachable, and I have already had some much needed dental work. I have been seeing Dr Rachel, who put me at ease and I have had no discomfort whatsoever. I'm looking forward to my next visit and I never thought I would say that!. Money well spent, thankyou.

Fantastic experience: Dr Brian and his team are absolutely amazing. They make you feel welcome from the moment you walk in the door. Dr Brian was just who I was hoping for in a dentist for my daughter. He is kind, patient and does everything he can to make the dentist a positive experience for children. He takes time to explain what he is doing and what the tools are so that your child feels comfortable and relaxed. We tried another dental office first when we had an emergency and the difference in experience was incredible. Dr Brian was also wonderful at explaining our options and allowing us to make informed decisions- whereas the other dental office gave no options and offered no discussions. The office itself is beautiful. Modern, clean and very professional. We will not be going elsewhere and our entire family will be attending this practice.

Fantastic experience: I joined Cronton Dental a year ago and I have been a few times now for my routine check ups etc. with having a membership plan. Cronton Dental is perfect for anyone who is nervous about going to the dentist. All of the staff are really friendly and make you feel welcome. Jess and Brian in particular are both amazing at what they do and are very thorough, professional and knowledgeable.

Fantastic experience: I chose to have Invisalign at Cronton Dental and was met with such kind, professional and friendly people that I decided to join and become a regular patient there. Jess does an amazing job at my hygiene appointments, (my teeth have never felt so clean) and Brian is fantastic too. After negative experiences in the past, I used to worry about visiting the dentist but not anymore. Brian takes the time to explain everything to you so you know exactly what to expect and I’ve never been as pleased as I am with my teeth now. I can’t wait to continue to improve my smile when my Invisalign treatment ends. I trust Brian completely and I know that he will do his best to help me to achieve the outcome that I desire. The receptionists Rebecca and Lauren are also amazing. They make you feel so welcome and it’s lovely having a chat to them while you wait. I would 100% recommend Cronton Dental to everyone. The staff are very helpful and friendly from booking appointments, clearly explaining pay as you go vs subscription options and assisting with treatment. Fantastic experience: I am 68 and been to many many dentists since I was a child and never had treatment like I have had from Brian & Rachel at Cronton Dental practice. They have the perfect mix of professionalism, care and state of the art equipment all resulting in a brilliant dental experience. If I could award them 10 stars I would. From the receptionist to the hygienist to the Dentist themselves they are there to give you a first-class dental experience in what for some people can be a scary situation but the relaxing vibe in the clinic and the obviously highly trained Dentists would settles anyone's nerves. Fantastic experience: I made the decision to hunt Brian down after having issues with my teeth that my previous dentist never really got to the bottom of. Brian was mine and my daughters previous dentist at another practice a couple of years ago and when he left we weren't far behind. What i will say is nothing has changed about how at ease and thorough Brian is, I had my first visit to his new dental practice today and it a beautiful relaxing environment, the girls on reception are amazing and Brian was as always so patient, fully explained everything to me, and what we need to do next. I've left my appointment today feeling so much better and less stressed. Im really looking forward to my next appointment and cant wait to meet the rest of the team.

Fantastic experience: I was recommended to Cronton Dental by a family member, who praised them for the good experience and the praise is fully deserved. I was greeted with a friendly and professional service from the outset. The building and waiting room are clean, bright, and modern, and this sets the tone for the whole experience. The reception staff are also friendly and knowledgeable about the wide range of services that Cronton Dental has available, and make you feel welcome. All the dental staff have been great during appointments, and during my initial appointment, Brian was very thorough, taking xrays and pictures of my teeth while informing me of the services that are available. On that note the services and skills offered by Cronton Dental are hard to find all in one place in the local area so it's good to know you will see the same team for any problems you may have. I was initially only interested in a one off visit to deal with a dental emergency as I've avoided dentists due to nervousness and bad experiences in the past but after such a great experience, I plan to go there regularly, and I wouldn't go anywhere else. Can't recommend enough.

Fantastic experience: After being with my previous dental practice for over 15 years, where Brian was my dentist, I was really disappointed when he left. Unfortunately, after that, I experienced issue after issue and eventually decided to leave the practice altogether. So when I found out that Brian was opening his own practice so close to my home, I was absolutely thrilled. As an anxious dental patient (aren’t we all!), I honestly can’t recommend Brian enough. His approach is calm, thoughtful, and patient. He’s caring, he listens, he reassures — and on top of that, he’s an incredibly skilled dentist. I’m so happy to finally be back in a regular dental routine. Brian and Rachel have created such a warm, friendly, and welcoming environment at Cronton Dental. The staff are approachable, professional, and their standards are second to none. Every part of my experience so far — from my initial consultation to the hygienist appointment and a filling — has been the best dental care I could have hoped for. Yes, I’ll probably always feel a bit anxious about dental treatments (who doesn’t?), but will I avoid them out of fear of a bad experience? Not at Cronton Dental!

Fantastic experience: I have recently joined Cronton Dental after being under another private dentist for some time. To date I have had a number of fillings corrected and a hygienist appointment, I cannot fault the care I have received. Dr Brian is excellent, he really takes the time to explain what he is doing, why he is doing it and he keeps you informed and reassured throughout the treatment, the same goes for Jess the dental hygienist, she was wonderful. The clinic itself is beautiful, the reception staff are excellent, the whole experience is very different to any other dentist I have visited previously and worth every penny, if you are considering switching to Cronton Dental, go for it! Plus, if you like fossilised dinosaur teeth….you might find 1 or 2 in Dr Brian’s surgery, which is pretty cool!

Fantastic experience: The team at Cronton Dental are exceptional. All of the staff - receptionists, dentists, nurses and hygienists - are welcoming, understanding and reassuring. Earlier this year I was let down by another dental practice and was fortunate to find that Brian and Rachel had opened their own dental surgery. I have had two dental emergencies this year and the responses were immediate on both occasions. Using high quality equipment Brian identified a rare but serious dental problem and acted upon it straight away. I am very grateful to this caring team for their concern and their help. Brian and Rachel listen carefully and patiently and clearly explain everything as they proceed. They work over and above the level of any other dentists that I have encountered. I am so glad that I found the practice and have no hesitation in highly recommending it. You will find yourself in safe, capable hands.

Fantastic experience: What a wonderful experience at Cronton Dental. Happy to recommend to anyone. The atmosphere certainly did not feel like walking into a dentist workshop “what a relief!” To my surprise and delight I found the whole set up commendable. I felt at ease when walking into the practice, beautifully designed, clean and fresh. I felt the calmness and kindness of the practice. I have met a number of the team members including Dr Brian, Jessica the hygienist, Rebeca at reception and the wonderful assistants. In my experience I don’t think I have met such wonderful and happy people at any dentist thus far. My first consultation was in August 2025 where Dr Brian did a full examination of my teeth and gums including X-rays. I was talked through the findings and a plan was made for my journey towards having healthy gums and dentures. The plan included the cost for each step that needed to be taken and with the dental care membership (well worth) I am now registered with Cronton Dental and enjoying my treatment. I don’t think I could have ever said enjoying my treatment at any other dentist that I have visited. The wonderful ladies at the reception always ask if I wanted anything to drink. Very kind, pleasant and funny too. The coffee has tasted delicious. I have had 3 coffees so far and looking forward to more. The Dental is an outstanding role model for other Dentists to copy and paste in their practices for a meaningful purpose in all aspects. Thank you so much ☺️

Fantastic experience: I was a nervous patient after a bad experience 10 years ago. This practice and all of the staff are amazing. Rachel and Brian are so skilled at what they do and the practice itself is modern state of the art equipment and really comfortable. I had a fractured tooth had part of it removed and crown lengthening really positive experience. Would recommend to anyone who is nervous or just wants to see the same dentist every time your teeth are checked. Jess the hygienist is so good too. Fantastic experience: Highly recommend. The practice is so clean, lovely, comfortable and all members of staff are so professional and friendly. My daughter has had bad experiences elsewhere which made her a very very nervous patient. I brought her to see Rachel after having treatment myself, and straight away my was daughter felt calm and relaxed in her hands. Very gentle and talks you through everything. She has been today for a baby tooth removal that has not come out by itself and started to hurt her. She wasn’t nervous in the slightest to attend today. It shows how much difference it makes to be treated with such care. Thanks to all the team.

Fantastic experience: Amazing service, both Doctor Rachel and Doctor Brian, have been brilliant with my daughter. She broke her tooth on holiday. I was able to book an emergency appointment online, whilst still on holiday, for the day after we returned. After a full examination and x-rays, her tooth was repaired during the appointment. Her smile has been restored and it you can't tell her tooth was broken. Everyone at the practice was so kind and caring, we were very impressed with the treatment she received. We have now moved both children to the practice. They have had their initial consultation, which it was very through and we received detailed information on the health of their teeth. We would definitely recommend the practice and we're very happy with the service both children have received.

Fantastic experience: I have recently joined the practice having avoided going to the dentist in recent years. My experience so far has been great. The reception team are warm and friendly as soon as you walk in and both Brian and Rachel have really looked after me when I needed a filling and a tooth removal. The care I received during both procedures was first class. I couldn’t imagine going anywhere else.

Fantastic experience: I have known Brian for several years at another practice. I was absolutely thrilled to have located him at his own very brand new practice. At my first appointment with him I had a full consultation x-rays and photographs, he then discussed absolutely everything with me. Brian is very knowledgeable and up-to-date with everything dental related. As always he was very friendly yet remained professional throughout. Yes I am more than pleased that Brian will be looking after all my dental needs in the future as he is amazing at what he does. She was unbelievably kind, caring, and patient — especially important to me as someone who’s always been terrified of dental work. From the very beginning, she made me feel completely safe and comfortable. She walked me through every single step before doing anything and never made me feel rushed or dismissed. What truly stood out was how understanding and accommodating she was of my other medical conditions. I’ve had dentists turn me away or treat me like a problem because of them, but she handled everything with compassion and professionalism. I finally felt heard and respected. Fantastic experience: Every team member without exception are superb at Cronton Dental. I was terrified about having two root canal treatments but need not have worried. Rachael was AMAZING. Fantastic experience: I haven’t been to the dentist in a very long time as I’ve been too reluctant that my teeth were in bad condition (which apparently they aren’t!)… When I came in, I’ve never come out of somewhere that I feel so confident with my own smile! I came in expecting that I might lose a tooth, but thanks to Rachel's incredible skill and care, I was able to keep it with a successful root canal. She was absolutely wonderful - calm, caring and so attentive throughout. She explained everything clearly beforehand, which really helped ease my anxiety. The treatment itself was surprisingly comfortable thanks to her gentle hands. Honestly the best dental experience I've ever had! The practice itself is stunning, what a lovely modern environment. All staff are happy and smiley too which really helped me. Thanks so much!

My daughter unfortunately broke her front tooth and after a couple of unsuccessful visits to our local NHS dentist, we decided to try Cronton Dental — and we’re so glad we did. From start to finish, everything was perfect. The staff were incredibly warm and welcoming, and Brian (the dentist) was outstanding. Fantastic experience: I recommend this dental practice 200%. All the staff are wonderful and so caring. I am a very nervous patient and was made to feel at ease throughout my treatment. Brian the dentist was very kind and helped me with my dental problem. He provided a solution when I thought there was none. Jess the hygienist was very caring and gentle with the treatment. The dental nurses are also very kind and caring. The reception staff are so friendly and so nice to chat to. I have joined the dental plan. No other dental group can match this wonderful place.

Fantastic experience: I am a dental phobe. I have had bad experiences in the past and have been told for 30 years that nothing can be done with my front teeth after a car accident. I have had an appointment with the dentist Rachel and an appointment with the hygienist and already my teeth are looking 100% better. They really take their time to go through everything and really care about you and your teeth. The receptionists makes you feel at ease as soon as you walk through the door. I was highly anxious and within minutes, was calm and relaxed. It's such a welcoming environment and nothing like any dentist I've ever visited before. Highly recommend this practice for anyone, especially those who are anxious about visiting dentists.

Fantastic experience: I joined Cronton Dental with a view to improve my smile and so glad I found Brian and the team! He took the time to really explain what would work best for my teeth, focusing on achieving natural, realistic results. It really stood out that he didn’t try and oversell anything, he genuinely recommended what was right for me, not just the most expensive or dramatic option. The results have completely exceeded my expectations, I couldn’t recommend Brian enough. The practice has the most friendly and welcoming staff and environment, it’s fab!

Fantastic experience: Just make an appointment you will be surprised. They have put a lot of thought into the patient journey and developed highest standards in every area. starting from appointment availability. I broke a tooth 3 days before a wedding (mother of the groom). My own dentist offered an appointment 3 months away . And that was private, despite the sharp edges cutting my tongue, also same for other dentist in the area. Cronton dental fixed on the day saving my embarrassment. Starting from the building and it’s parking facilities with bike and disability parking. Front of house is modern, specious and calm. I felt like I had walked into an ultra modern American relaxing therapies appointment rather than a dentist. Every member of staff polite, friendly and knowledgeable. The dental rooms very clean and surprisingly relaxing. I’m now having my first dental check up followed by dental hygiene and will sign up to a dental plan. No more make shift buildings with making most out of facilities available. My teeth are too important.

Fantastic experience: Amazing experience! Booked my initial appointment and was seen the same day, took my 7month old along with me as had noone to look after her and everyone was so welcoming especially Lauren the receptionist and Brian the dentist! She was unsettled whilst I was there but it was no trouble and they took the time to speak to me and explain my treatment plan whilst interacting with the baby, you wouldn't find this at many places! Had my first treatment today of oral surgery and wow what an experience it was! I've never felt so relaxed and at ease about having a tooth out. From someone who was petrified of the dentist to someone who sat in the chair and just had it done with no worries as I knew i was in the best hands. Recommend this practice so much and the staff go above & beyond!

Fantastic experience: Outstanding. The tone for the standard of care you receive is set from the minute you arrive, friendly welcoming staff in a beautiful surgery. This was my son’s first time at the dentist and all the staff made him feel at ease. Brian was so caring and attentive with him and made him feel very comfortable. He was very professional, and did an extensive onboarding for me including xrays, photos and was able to instantly provided a detailed summary of my dental health. We will both be returning and would highly recommend.

Fantastic experience: My husband had a tooth out by another dentist and they left half the tooth in the gum and badly cut his lip . He was in a lot of pain so he rang Brian who seen him within 15 minutes of ringing the practice. He took a lot of care putting my husband at ease and doing a fantastic job of getting the rest of his tooth out. Brian was fantastic and the practice looked lovely with a friendly receptionist who was waiting at the door for us to arrive. Thank you everyone we will now be joining the practice.

I feel so confident putting my aligners in and out and when to clean them, the only hard part was being unable to speak whilst having them fitted because I genuinely enjoy a good gab when coming to see the team !! Negative experience: This is the worst dental practice ever They broke my teeth and to fix it they made worse I went first for emergency the pain was still there after the filling 2 days later my teeth was broken Went back for any solution they did a temporary filling and a day later tha pain came back I paid 200 pounds for breaking my teeth The worst ever dental practice

Fantastic experience: My experience at Cronton dental has been brilliant. The front of house staff are wonderful and welcoming. During my visits, Lauren has been really friendly and put me at ease in the waiting room. My initial consultation with Brian was brilliant and he was really detailed with his explanations. My initial consultation was most detailed examination of my teeth I have ever experienced! Brian then explained my treatment plan options which was really helpful. My experience with Jess the hygienist was also brilliant, again, she really took her time with me in my appointment, and explained everything really clearly. The team at Cronton have made me feel confident about my teeth again. Overall, you can tell the staff really care and have time for you and are really meticulous in their work. Couldn't recommend the team more!

I don’t have a dentist so I found the practice on google and from the moment I called them the professionalism and empathy were outstanding The receptionist was lovely and she went beyond just booking me in the same day. Her words were, it’s ok Yvonne were going to look after you and get you out of pain. It meant so much to hear that. And when I arrived she was so caring and attentive and the same goes for the dentist. Everything was thoroughly explained, tooth extracted and reassured throughout. Fantastic experience: I have recently joined cronton dental,I am so impressed with all of it,the surgery itself is very nice and welcoming,everywhere is spotlessly clean,I am being treated by Jess at the moment (periodontal care ) what a wonderful young lady she is,so gentle and understanding with my fear of dentists,I know when I go on to the next step in my treatment I will be given the same amount of care.last but not least the 2 reception ladies are the most friendly and caring people and put you at ease straightaway.i strongly recommend this new practice and wish them all the luck for the future
