Negative experience: This place is a complete joke. I've told Francesca multiple times that I'm not pleased with the outcome of my Invisalign treatment. She suggested someone else after first recommending her husband for composite bonding. I've gone back and forth between visits and told them I’m not happy but they have recommended me to get Invisalign again In other words they want me to pay another £4000 again. When I called to buy a pair of retainers, the receptionist informed me that I would need to schedule a follow-up appointment after just recently having 2 hygiene appointments, a full mouth scan, a follow up with Francesca and a appointment with the composite bonding department. I can’t order my retainers without going in for ANOTHER appointment which is absurd because they have my information and could simply order the same retainers for me. After being messed around I asked the receptionist to take me off their records I will find another place to go to, to which the receptionist happily replied “ Okay, thank you bye," ( I think her name was Kelly ). This is merely a place to make money, so I do not recommend it. The hygienist is the only lady I've liked here.

Fantastic experience: The Dentist, Hygeinist and Dental Nurses were very patient, caring and reassuring with my Mum who has dementia. Mum had several appointments for her treatments and had every stage explained to her very clearly. The Receptionist was very understanding and helpful also. I would recommend this Dental Surgery.

They took the time to explain everything clearly and made sure I was comfortable throughout the whole process. Positive experience: Reception staff are friendly and helpful. Reception is clean and relaxing. Thank you to Tony who gave good advice, persistence, and patience when treating me for a very stubborn abcess on my gum. Root canal filling after an apicectomy to clear out the tooth and gum of infection, and a rebuilding of the broken tooth. All good now, and the tooth is looking better than it has for years. Dropped a star due to the wait before appointments. I would definitely recommend this practice.

Fantastic experience: I hadn’t visited a dentist for several years. I saw Freya, one of the hygienists. She did an excellent job. All staff were very friendly and I have now chosen to have a dental plan here. It has a lovely garden and is the most pleasant practice I’ve been to.

Fantastic experience: All of the staff at Bupa Dental care Clayton are incredibly friendly and welcoming. If you’re looking for a Dentist and a hygienist I can’t recommend Antony and Freya enough they both talks everything through so it’s more understanding and give so much advise nothing is to much trouble for either of them. Can’t recommend the staff at Clayton Bupa dental care enough.

Fantastic experience: Dr Smith and the staff have looked after me wonderfully for many years. Childhood trauma at a dentist left me a very nervous adult patient, but she is calm, gentle kind and very understanding. The level of Dr Smith's workmanship is exemplary and I would recommend both Dr Smith and the whole practice unreservedly

Fantastic experience: Best dental practice I have ever been to. I broke a tooth whilst flying in from Australia and needed to have a filling quite quickly. I spoke with Tracey who walked me through the registration process and associated costs and organized an appointment for me. Upon arriving at the practice they were running little late due to an emergency which is absolutely understandable. I was kept up to date and apologized to several times by Sian Finally got into see the dentist (sorry didn't get his name), he was brilliant, fully explained the situation and my options and then filled the broken tooth. Pain free and an excellent job.....!!! Thank you to the team at Bupa Dental

Fantastic experience: I couldn't be happier with my decision to come here. Tracy on the front desk is so lovely and never fails to give me a warm welcome. Dr Smith is incredibly caring and really makes an effort to listen to all of my concerns - 100% the best dentist I've ever had by a long shot. Freya the hygienist is also super sweet and ensured I stayed pain-free throughout the entire treatment. Overall, everyone here is empathetic, knowledgeable, and friendly. They really do take care of you here. It sounds strange, but I genuinely find myself looking forward to every visit. Thank you, Bupa Clayton team! <3
