Fantastic experience: With these doctors for several years now! All great. Just recently fixed my broken front tooth - impossible to see a difference

Negative experience: Dentist is not gentle at all, and when he polish my teeth he broke my lips too.

Fantastic experience: I just want to thank Dr Haidar Hassan for a wonderful job on my tooth fillings. He explained the procedure and made sure I was comfortable throughout the procedure. The way he does the injections and the procedure is phenomenal, it was nice quick and easy. 10/10 Dentist. I also want to thank his assistant, Yousef, he and the dentist work really well in collaboration, he also welcomed me with top tier professionalism and care. 10/10 Assistant. Overall the Swedish Smile Clinic did an amazing job, If you have a phobia from dentists like I do, I would really recommend this place because the staff will prioritise your comfort throughout the procedure. 10/10.

Negative experience: Hello, my name is Valentyna. I recently visited the clinic with my daughter, and I want to share my opinion. Firstly, I regularly get my teeth cleaned every six months, and I’ve never experienced such pain during a procedure. It felt like I was being hurt terribly. I’ve never had such bleeding and bruising on my gums after a cleaning. The next morning, my mouth hurt so much that I couldn’t chew or eat anything. Even now, after several days, my gums are inflamed and my mouth still hurts terribly. The same happened to my daughter. I believe this clinic should be shut down. Please be cautious when visiting this clinic. I’ve never had such an experience in my life — it was truly awful. Painful, traumatic, and completely unacceptable in terms of patient care. I sincerely hope my feedback helps someone avoid going through the same. My teeth are absolutely healthy, and I’ve been getting regular cleanings for years without any pain or complications. This time, however, it was a complete disaster.

Fantastic experience: I had an appointment for the gum specialist Dr Pano, as well as some cavities. Dr Pano was a very good experience: he explained to me what my issue was in simple words, and he guided me on the painful process gently and with high professionalism. At the end, once he was satisfied with what he did, he instructed me easy ways to avoid my issue from returning. Since then, I have had no gum problems anymore. Same with my cavities.

Negative experience: I'm not sure what's up with the rating, the only good thing is that the dentist, Haidar is friendly - on every other point it's a nightmare. The receptionist is aggressive and outright unfriendly. I've had several fillings go wrong, and in one case I've had a tooth drilled 3 times - and i still can't chew on that side of my mouth, despite them saying "it'll go away in a week or two" three months ago. Now though most of the tooth is gone, and I can't exactly turn back time. Pretty unbelievable, I've had not great dentists before but this is something else. Can't recommend.

Negative experience: I won't recommend this place. They have outdated diagnosis methods and old materials, but prices are comparable with the best clinics. I went to this practise 2 times. Both times I got incorrect diagnosis. Last time the recommendation was to take out my tooth and replace it with an implant. Thank God I got a second opinion! Turns out that the problem was with the different tooth all together. Always get a second opinion if you go to this practise.

Fantastic experience: Dr Haidar Hassan is a world class Dentist, one of the best in London. Very accommodating to religious and personal preference. Dr Hassan's precise manual dexterity, multidisciplinary knowledge and attention to intrinsic detail is what differentiates him from other specialists within the radius surrounding Harley Street. Most importantly, there is no deceit or manipulation for financial gain, which has become prevalent amongst NHS Dentists and Private specialists. Wonderful and professional Dental Nurses aswell.

Fantastic experience: Cannot recommend Dr. Haidar more. I’ve started going here based on recommendation from colleagues and his positive reviews. He is a top notch professional, explains everything he does, and gives you frank recommendations with pros and cons for you to decide - regardless of how much he could gain otherwise. (e.g. whitening or fixing teeth that do not require it yet) Staff is nice and there is an actually working system of appointments/reminders. Last but not least (for some), he’s a full cover lvl 4 cigna dentist, but I would continue going here regardless of it.

Fantastic experience: I experienced great pain in my tooth and literally couldn't sleep for days, I looked up on the internet "Dental clinics London" and one of the first to pop up was the Swedish smile clinic, I booked a consultation and saw Dr Haidar, he initially took an X-Ray and told me that I needed a Root Canal treatment I was Harley Street but to my surprise his prices were excellent and I would have paid much more to have that same treatment in a different clinic well done to the Swedish smile clinic.

Fantastic experience: I lost my tooth to a really bad bike accident a few months back and at first I was really scared to see a dentist but decided to step out of my comfort zone and go see a dentist and when I went to the Swedish Smile Clinic it was like a Dentist sent from Heaven Dr Haidar and his team took great care of me and talked me through the procedure in the best way possible I can happily say now that I am on my way to have a fully restored tooth with absolutely no complications or pain, if anyone is at a point where they are scared of dentists GO AND SEE DR HAIDAR!!!!!

Fantastic experience: For a long time I’ve struggled to find a clinic that suited me well both with the team of the clinic, environment as well as the results of the treatments I’ve received. I had damaged my front teeth on a day where I was supposed to have an occasion, I was beyond stressed. However the staff were extremely supportive and immediately took me in for an appointment.
