Fantastic experience: Great service, Great team. Went in very anxiously to have a potentially problematic tooth out, was reassured by Vicky within minutes of taking the "hot seat". With my nerves now settled and anxiety under control (she's good at that) mission started. The problematic tooth was worked on, it did not want to budge, it took a lot from Vicky but she got there, and believe it or not, i didn't feel an ounce of pain. All very calm, very reassuring and keeping me calm throughout. With Kim by her and my side (always with a friendly hand ready for me to hold), the tooth eventually came. I honestly couldn't have gone though with it if wasn't for how kind and caring they were. #dreamteam and would not go anywhere else. Long review but detail matters. Thank you ladies and the whole team at Damira Petersfield.

Fantastic experience: I visited Damira Dental Practice yesterday and was greeted by a very friendly receptionist that had a beaming smile on her face. The whole visit from entering to leaving the practice was pleasant , the dentist was super friendly as was her assistant, the dentist keep me fully informed and explained treatment as the visit progressed. What more can I say? Other than if you are in need of a dental practice in and around the Petersfield area you should certainly consider Damira. 5***** caring service, Highly recommended. Hi again, This is my second visit to Damira Dental Practice, I'm not sure what I can add to my last review of this dental surgery. But, I have had bad experiences with dentistry in my distant passed. Demira believe and practice painless dentistry, I had two fillings and the only discomfort I felt was about an hour after my fillings were done when I twice bit the inside of my own bottom lip, I was warned that it could take a couple of hours for the numbness to pass, which of course it did. No photographs will be added as no one wants to see an old man dribbling. Great dentistry and great caring practice. 5*****'s

Fantastic experience: As always, the Damira Petersfield receptionists were friendly and efficient. They have always made me feel welcome, the surgery has a real family atmosphere, at least towards me! My hygienist, Summer, and Kim, who assisted her, made the whole experience of having your teeth cleaned, especially deep cleaned, a pleasant occasion. It really could have been otherwise. Fantastic experience: I have always struggled with severe dental anxiety, to the point where in the past I have had to stop before treatment could even begin. From my first visit here, Nicola May and her nurse, have been nothing but kind, caring and understanding. Nicola has never once made me feel embarrassed or rushed. Instead, she listened to my concerns, allowed me to go at my own pace, and reassured me every step of the way. Even when my anxiety meant we had to pause, she remained calm and supportive. Thanks to Nicola's patience and gentle approach, I was able to complete treatment that I actually wanted to have done - something, at one point, I never thought I would be able to say. I'm so relieved and happy with the results, and I can't thank Nicola enough for making such a daunting experience not only manageable but positive. If you are nervous about going to the dentist, I cannot recommend Nicola highly enough. You will be treated with compassion, patience and professionalism from start to finish. Positive experience: My interaction and the general care from the staff were good, but I do wonder why despite filling in the health care form I'm still asked the exact same questions, wouldn't it be better if somehow the staff in the surgery could be alerted to the fact, I've completed the forms, saying time for both them and the patient. Also, why do both the dentist and hygienist go through the same checklist to ensure the jaw and other oral mechanics are working correctly? Surely if the Dentist checks, then the hygienist doesn't need to cover the same areas? I miss the family feel of Meon Dental; it seems the surgery is now very clinical, and the familiar atmosphere is gone. The “knowing” of patients is a distant memory, which is a shame, but a reflection of our society.

Fantastic experience: I have been extremely pleased with the support and professionalism shown by the dental care professionals and also the receptionists. I am not so impressed with the telephone service to speak to reception(which i understand is now managed remotely) . Recently it took a third call before I managed to speak to anyone and then it took a call back for someone in the know to discuss a treatment strategy(not a simple appointment booking). Fantastic experience: Hello to all at the Petersfield practice. I have never written a review of any kind before, but I feel I need to today. Im sitting here with my mouth still rather numb from my work earlier and I feel that I should send a message to Nicky and her assistant (sorry I forgot your name ) to say how grateful I am for them both. Im a slightly ‘nervous’ patient when it comes to dentistry, but Nicky is so good/kind/thoughtful….. (the list goes on!) that I don’t feel scared like I used to with my previous dentist (a completely different practice in a different town). I had 2 very old fillings removed and replaced and I must say it was the very best experience I’ve ever had at any dentist. Nicky’s assistant was so professional and considerate during the treatment as well, saying things like “you can rest your mouth now” and gently tapping my jaw so I can close my mouth or have a quick swallow. Also im really pleased to see a new poster back up on the ceiling as it gives me something to look at and distract me while Nicky is working. And as for the girls on the reception team, they are so polite, professional and tolerant of me with my stupid questions! So to everyone at Damira Petersfield, keep up the good work, and thank you all for helping me keep my teeth in good order.

Fantastic experience: With uneven and discoloured front teeth, I had been embarrassed by my smile for years. So, when the opportunity arose to consider improving them, I approached Nicky May at Damira in Petersfield to discuss the possibility of veneers. As my regular dentist, Nicky was the natural choice for me. I knew from experience that I could trust her to act in my best interests, give me sound advice and to deliver an exemplary service. After an initial consultation, two appointments were scheduled to undertake the works. The first was preparatory; to discuss the requirements, colour match, prepare the teeth for the veneers and to complete the laboratory specification. Temporary teeth were then fitted for the interim period. A fortnight later, I attended the second appointment at which the temporaries were removed and the new veneers applied. Whilst the fitting process clearly required excellent planning and precision timing, Nicky carried out the work in her usual calm, organised, experienced and professional manner. The entire process was pain free and I felt informed and consulted throughout. Thanks to Nicky (and the supporting team) I am now the proud owner of four brand new, evenly matched front teeth and a smile I can be proud of again.

Fantastic experience: My life has been changed for the better after meeting Dr Vicky Sudlow. I have the worst dental phobia possible and hadn’t been able to get into a practice for over 10 years. Over the past 5 years I have, with her support been supported through a large amount of treatment and am now in a much happier place. Thank you Vicky for everything. I am now on a maintenance programme and as well as seeing Vicky regularly I have the most caring and gentle hygienist in Summer Moret. My fear has not gone but now I am able to get to regular appointments and I’m in such a better place.

Fantastic experience: Mel was absolutely amazing! She made me feel completely at ease, safe and cared for. Both Mel and Yasmin (Mel's assistant) talked me through my procedure beforehand, so I felt really informed and allayed any worries I had...I actually laughed whilst in the chair during treatment - Mel knew how to take my mind off with her great sense of humour (given how anxious I'd been on arrival, that was nothing short of a miracle!). Mel really was extremely gentle, reassuring and kind, and totally professional. I felt so much better by the time they'd finished, (they did a fantastic job), I felt confident enough to book another treatment with them straight away. Highly recommended!

Fantastic experience: Fantastic all round experience. From dealing with Sharon & Abbie on reception working out suitable dates for my treatment to the superb work carried out by Nicky with the help of Nurse Emma. I had 3 sittings and each time the treatment was fully explained even with a running commentary during the treatment.
