Fantastic experience: I came here for a wisdom tooth extraction and was very impressed with the service I received. Everyone, from the receptionist to the doctors, was professional and straightforward throughout the entire process. Dr. Will was extremely professional and clearly knew what he was doing, which made the experience much more comfortable and reassuring. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone who has dental or teeth issues.

Fantastic experience: If, like me, you find yourself unhappy with crossed, or out of line teeth, then look no further. I am so glad I chose this practice to carry out the Invisalign treatment. The result is superb, teeth now in line and bright and white ! The big reason why you should choose this practice though is the quality of the dentists, their assistants and the general equipment and facilities. It's a superb facility, comfortable, spacious and relaxing, not to mention highly professional. Most of all though, Dr Nikki Wright was absolutely first class, all you could want in a dental professional. She is highly skilled, highly knowledgeable, friendly, informative, reassuring ... and so it goes on. She also did some cosmetic work for my wife, that was not only amazingly good, but a much more cost effective solution than would have been achieved by what is the standard method for this type of work. The result is also hugely superior visually. She is over the moon with the result. In summary, you'll not find better, believe me, I've looked.

Negative experience: The worst dental ‘care’ I have ever received. I was with an older woman in treatment room 8. She was awful. I explained the pain I was in and the fact I had an infection so she just filled in the hole…..I told her that hurt and it wasn’t going to help my problem and she told me to go take some pain medication……no antibiotic nothing didn’t even X-ray me or anything just wanted to put no time or effort in at all and was so dismissive when I tried to ask for extra care. Now I’m in more pain than I already was and Ann having to go to a different dentist to fix what this one did. Would have given no stars but it wasn’t an option

Fantastic experience: I recently visited the clinic and was treated by Will Reay, he and all the staff were very friendly and welcoming I had a loose tooth which was very painful and they put me at ease and extracted it with minimal fuss, all in all I’m very happy.

Fantastic experience: I have been delighted at the comprehensive treatment I have received since going to The Smile Clinic after the very poor treatment I received at another local Dentist. The treatment I have received has totally transformed my teeth. When I went to my initial appointment I knew it would be a challenge to improve my teeth which had suffered from a combination of erosion and a poor level of dental service. My initial diagnosis identified the problems and the need to provide me with a comprehensive course of treatment over 10 appointments, which has now been completed and the end results have totally exceeded my expectations. I now have teeth which I am proud of and I feel confident to be able to show my teeth when I smile. The service I have received has been so professional and has been delivered in a way which has reduced the discomfort during my appointments. Trusting The Smile Clinic has been one of the best decisions I have made.

Fantastic experience: Upon recommendation from a friend I decided to book a consultation for some repair work and teeth whitening. Anna was superb, she explained the process and costings (which were less than I'd envisaged) and created a treatment plan. All the staff are so friendly and genuinely happy to be there, it's a pleasure to go to the dentist! I would highly recommend Smile clinic and all their wonderful staff!

Fantastic experience: I saw Peter who was a very lovely and knowledgeable dentist. The appointment was quick and they didn’t try to add on anything I didn’t need. Very affordable and good prices, as a new patient the signing up process was also very easy. My appointment was at 10.40 and I was out by 11.05 including getting x-rays and all forms that needed to be filled in. Very pleased with the efficiency, quick but not rushed, covered everything necessary.

Negative experience: Was 'persuaded' by Anna (via negative comments about my teeth until I was very self-conscious) to get composite bonding over several Brock Street Practice appointments - I trusted her and thought I was getting good advice. End result: massive waste of money, discomfort, super-sensitive teeth. Kept dropping off the same teeth and needing replacement. When I said I was unhappy and didn't want them replaced anymore at my regular Brock St check-up Anna ignored me, kept me there for ages replacing them, barely speaking to me, I have been in more discomfort since. Have left Brock St and Smile Clinic for a new dental practice to get the bonding removed. Best decision ever!

The dentist ,Peter, gave me very clear and detailed descriptions of the options available to me and not in a hurried or pushy way at all.

Discussed lower denture fitting issue. Good advice given. Problem of rocking solved when Peter tweaked a clasp. Great! X-ray taken of infected root area. Discussion of best approach. Agreed to review situation in 9 months as no current symptoms and low possibility of spread to other teeth. All in all a very thorough check-up performed professionally. The cost wasn’t much more than NHS price so I’m very pleased. Thank-you!

Payments are not clear enough, a deposit is always required for next planned treatment, which is fine, but the first time I took my son for this, after the initial check up i was charged the whole treatment price again. Good service, location not great as parking close by difficult, busy main rd.
