Fantastic experience: I currently have Dr. Faranak Modarai as my orthodontist, and I would highly recommend her if you need some work done on your teeth. Happy with the results.

Negative experience: Change in management has resulted in a call centre rather than a receptionist. Appointments are un managed and not suitable for purpose for example, a retainer fitting not having another appointment scheduled in at the same time. Braces coming off with another child only a half an hour appointment made resulting in the child now looking to have them off one and half months later. No handover between othodentists leaving. After being very happy with the dentist before they were taken over, this poor management has resulted in frustration.

She could not be more thorough and careful, but practical also and very considerate of their wishes. She really listens and communicates beautifully at the right level whatever age they are. Our 16-year-old, who is coming to the end of his braces now, has suddenly realised looking around him at school that his teeth look exceptionally good and that there are different standards of orthodontic skill out there! My one son had quite a severe overbite which she has corrected beautifully. Negative experience: Most shocking service I have ever experienced! The receptionists are incredibly rude. I paid for something back in December, and every three weeks, I find myself calling to follow up. They promise to call me back, but it never happens and when I then call agin they don't even apologise. After being with this dentist for 10 years, I still get treated like this. It's just awful!

Fantastic experience: I couldn’t recommend Fara Modarai highly enough. My daughter suffered severe overcrowding and an ectopic canine tooth which another orthodontist had struggled to know how to treat. Dr Modarai was recommended to us and thank goodness we found her. She was kind, reassuring and her expertise produced impressive results, beyond our initial expectations. We recently completed her orthodontics and we couldn’t be happier.

Fantastic experience: Absolute 5 star experience! I’ve recently finished my clarity braces treatment and I couldn’t recommend Damira enough! Dr. Akram has been amazing throughout the journey and the results have exceeded all of my expectations!! As an adult getting braces, I was quite apprehensive beforehand but Dr. Akram’s knowledge and expertise really put me at ease. Completely worth it and really pleased with how straight my teeth are now. All of the team there have been great too.

Fantastic experience: Dr Behdad was the best dentist that I have seen in years. She understood exactly what was needed, and didn’t attempt to sell me a whole new mouth of teeth. Most impressive.

Negative experience: This practice is under new ownership AGAIN and the quality of service has regrettably deteriorated. Persistent last-minute cancellations, staff shortages, system glitches and more importantly the lack of professionalism and courtesy from management have led me to stop recommending this practice any more (which they said they don't care about)

Negative experience: This place has changed hands twice and each time has the service has got worse and worse, with all the good dentists leaving. Reception never pick up and I have been promised a call back from the manageress for weeks and am still waiting. Today my daughter had scans and photos and the new assistant pulled her mouth so hard, it is now bleeding in the corners. I would avoid this practice now.

Negative experience: I don't know where do they get all the 5star reviews from?? They didn't do a good job for me. My orthodontist lied to me many times. After more than 3 years of trying to do something that wasn't even possible I lost most of my roots and my teeth hurt everyday. The smile isn't perfect and roots are shortened so can't do more treatment. They don't know what they are doing. Probably when it comes to kids and easy cases they can getsome success but I would't risk. After 4 years of youtube research I know more about orthodontics more than all of their "specialists". At least they refunded me so I didn't pay for this failure of a treatment. Should have sued but can't afford lawyers.

Fantastic experience: Amazing! Dr Modarai was recommended to me on two different occasions. I’ve had my braces off now for 6 months now and couldn’t be happier with my new smile. I chose to go with the clear brackets which were very subtle and I would highly recommend! A big thanks to Dr Modarai and all the staff for doing such a fantastic job!

We have been amazingly well looked after throughout the process by everyone involved with routine visits and in emergencies. Fantastic experience: Metamorphosis did all the orthodontic work for my daughter who was 12 when she first went to see them. My daughter was slightly worried about the process but Dr. Modarai and her team put her at ease immediately by explaining everything clearly and kindly. They are excellent with children. My daughter had her braces removed recently (after about two years) and she is absolutely delighted with the results. It’s worth mentioning also that the Metamorphosis team was incredibly professional through all the Covid lockdowns. I highly recommend Dr. Modarai in particular.

Fantastic experience: I have just started my journey here at Metamorphosis and had my fixed braces fitted just recently. Thank you to all the lovely team here. I can honestly say this clinic has a very high standard with friendly, professional members of staff. Starting treatment in the current situation we are all in has been made easier by this extremely clean and well sanitised clinic. They use a one way system and everyone is in full PPE. A big thank you to my Therapist Angela and  nurse Angelica for taking good care of me. I look forward to seeing the end result and showing off my smile

Fantastic experience: Cannot recommend Dr Faranak Modarai enough! Had adult braces fitted for 18 months & Dr Modarai was extremely attentive and diligent from my initial consultation all through my follow ups. The most important thing for me was her honesty and candour, she didn't promise me a "Hollywood smile" as some other previous consultations I had been to, so my expectations after meeting her were quite realistic. But the results exceeded anything I expected & am eternally grateful to Dr Modarai for giving me my confidence back! I would recommend her without any hesitation.

Fantastic experience: I chose to have my braces done at Metamorphosis because of the great reviews I’d read about Dr Mark Vaughan, who has extensive experience and is a specialist in orthodontics. Right from the first consultation apt. I was made to feel at ease. Mark explained thoroughly all the options available to me. I chose the Damon braces, which were more expensive than metal ones, but almost invisible and less prone to breaking. This was about a year ago now. I’ve been coming here regularly since then. The service I’ve received from all the staff has been amazing. On the few occasions that I’ve been late, they’ve always managed to see me, without having to reschedule. The other few occasions where the brackets have come off, all it took was a a simple phone call and they would see me either the next day or the day after and sort out everything. Everyone has been very attentive and caring from the start. Very highly recommended. Thank you guys.

Fantastic experience: We are very, very pleased with the amazing results Dr Arad has achieved without taking out any of my teenage son's teeth. My son's teeth are straight, aligned beautifully and no longer overlapping in parts. I found Metamorphosis through online research after my son's original orthodontist wanted to remove 4 permanent teeth and I was not happy with this. Furthermore, the staff are helpful and friendly. While at some point or other in the past two years, others in the Meta team have treated my son, we saw mostly Dr Arad and Gus and our experiences have been very positive. I would not hesitate to highly recommend Metamorphosis.

Fantastic experience: My son was with Metamorphosis for a couple of years including follow ups. They provided an excellent end result to a rather tricky bite issue. The whole process was great from start to finish with easy appointments and hardly ever more than a 5 minute wait, so different to my experience with my other son at another orthodontist whose teeth have not turned out so well. The after care is also very good with follow ups to check that the teeth are not moving and more importantly that my son is wearing his retainers. All in all a very good experience, I will be returning with my third son in due course.

Fantastic experience: I was referred to Metamorphosis Clinic by a friend who just recently had her braces removed with amazing results! Although I am not originally a patient of the Clinic, I was impressed with the overall experience I had, from the minute I called for an urgent appointment. I am visiting London for a month, and I needed an urgent appointment to fix a protruding wire. The reception team managed to extend a prompt appointment. I came to the clinic which is very warm and welcoming. Dr. Counihan and his assistant Angela Gadaleta took their time in fixing the minor problem and reassuring me with thorough details about some concerns that I had. As I was leaving the clinic, not only was I surprised to hear that this first visit was on complimentary basis, but I also got to leave with a goody bag, full of sample products for ortho care ☺. I am very thankful to the whole team! And I would definitely recommend the clinic, based on my friend's fantastic results, and the great/friendly service of the team. Thank you!

Staff is always smiling and the general atmosphere is of a happy place. I really enjoyed the VIP treatment and the quality orthodontics given to my treatment. Can not recommend enough...

Fantastic experience: Absolutely fantastic! I was given an appointment with 30 minutes notice and their prices were competitive with other orthodontists. The staff are very friendly and make sure you know exactly what's going on. My new fitted retainer has no large blobs of glue or rough edges which has been a problem in the past. Excellent quality and service.
