Negative experience: The cost of my treatment has increased by 75% over a 6 month period, this is unacceptable for a visit to the hygienist and unless you reduce your fee I will cancel my August appointment.

Fantastic experience: Very friendly staff, waiting area clean comfortable and welcoming, my technician Luke was very professional he explained every details so I could understand what i was about to have done, he also communicated with me right through my procedures so I knew exactly what he was doing and his assistant was so supportive, I would recommend others i know to attend this practice, for the cost it depends on the problems you're have with your tooth/teeth and what you're getting done.

Negative experience: I have contacted this clinic for a tooth filling and they told me a cost. I did called them two times to make a double check of the cost and they confirmed that nothing will be extra than this cost not for tge appointment, checkup, xrays or anything else. I booked and payed a deposit however when I attended the appointment the doctor asked me for three times the agreed cost which makes me cancel the the plan. While they didn't make any problem to issue the deposit refund, the misleading is not something ok, specifically if the client made a double check and made it crystal clear what is the case so no confusing can happen. Understand that the person you misleading him, got to cancel important things to attend your appointment and get delay in treatment he need for nothing.

As a new patient to our clinic, you requested an emergency appointment, which is charged at £139. This covers the urgent assessment, clinical examination, and any necessary X-rays to allow the dentist to make an accurate diagnosis. As with all patients, the dentist must carry out a full assessment before confirming or proceeding with any treatment, even if a patient feels they already know what treatment is required.
During your consultation, it was determined that a filling was needed, with fees starting from £275 depending on the complexity of the treatment. We apologise if there was any misunderstanding regarding costs prior to your visit; however, treatment fees can only be confirmed after a clinical examination has been completed.
We are pleased that your deposit was refunded promptly, and we regret that this experience caused you inconvenience or frustration. We always aim to be transparent and clear with our pricing and will use your feedback to continue improving our communication.

Fantastic experience: I have been with Haynes Dentist Clinic for 20 Years plus, EVERY Dentist i have seen has been excellent, recently i required treatment for a Wisdom Tooth causing me grieve, Eli my new recent Dentist in this instant had to refer me for a Hospital Appointment due to my Health Issues, but done everything possibly could and prescribed me with Antibiotics. All the care i have received over the many years has been absolutely 1st Class, the Receptionists have been excellent too, i always receive early text reminders before any upcoming appointments, and calls to confirm appointment before day i'm due to attend 10/10. Eli my new Dentist has been fantastic, my previous Dentist Emily was also fantastic!!! I feel nothing but at ease and 100% assured and comfortable whatever treatment i have had over the many years, can say without any hesitation i fully recommend Haynes Dental Clinic. I recently required a visit for a filling which required a bit more attention than a usual filling, and the tooth needed a a fair bit of rebuilding, a good 45 mins to an hour in the chair, Eli my Dentist and assistant were absolutely 1st Class 5*, a fantastic rebuild was completed and i was i felt totally relaxed throughout, Eli is so good at keeping you updated when doing procedures, the attention and care shown is brilliant 10/10, i don't do these reviews much, but honestly feel with the care Eli and all the staff have always shown me over the many years it justifies writing this review. I highly recommend Haynes Dental and appreciate all the attention and care shown by all of them, especially Eli my Dentist who is fantastic 5*

Negative experience: Appalling experience with both practice manager Monique Bryant and the dentist. They took no responsibility for the problems caused by their care, showing a complete disregard for patient well-being. They couldn’t keep a simple tooth removal appointment and seemed to go out of their way to shift blame onto the patient. Relieved to have left this practice behind.

Positive experience: The Finnish dentist who works here is wonderful. I had a slight dental emergency a few months ago and was very worried... I ended up needing minor surgical treatment, and she was able to carry this out immediately and calm my nerves because I was very nervous. I also see a hygienist here regularly, who is always very friendly and has made some personalised, thoughtful recommendations about how I can improve my dental care routine at home. Working together with her, I've been able to drastically improve my dental and gum health. The only downsides of this clinic are related to their reception. Sometimes it's very difficult to get through on the phone line, and in the past I've found one of the receptionists difficult to communicate with when speaking to her (although this was around a year ago now, and I think she may have since left). It's worth noting that the waiting times to get an appointment can vary wildly - sometimes appointments are available next-day, other times there are waiting lists multiple months long.

Negative experience: I called to make an appointment at this clinic. I was told my Denplan would not cover the treatment I was looking for (when Denplan had told me I was covered by my Corporate plan). I made an appointment anyway with the intention of getting written confirmation from Denplan. I receivedno text or email confirmation and when I called back to cancel an unfriendly person at the other end of the phone once again said I was not covered for the treatment. I have not set foot in the door of this practice and I have decided to go elsewhere because of the unfriendly and wrong reception I have received from the so called receptionists at this clinic.

Fantastic experience: Really wonderful experience so far at Haynes. My dentist Dr Rhys-Davies is kind, friendly and gentle - a big contrast to other dentists I've had in the past who have seemed quite rough in comparison. Very efficient process from start to finish. The receptionist's call you and remind you via text about your appointment the day beforehand which is a nice touch. Coming here has stopped my previous 'dread' about going to the dentist. I know I am being very well looked after :)

Fantastic experience: I have used this practice for years and luke is amazing. I was a person who missed dentist for 11 years through fear then with a toothache finally gave in and got my first appointment 26 years ago and have never missed a check up since. It's spotlessly clean and staff are polite and friendly. Luke also introduced me to denplan which have for my family and is a great way to not worry about the dentist bills.

Fantastic experience: Natty Burgess has been my dentist at Haynes for 5 years & during that time, she has always been proactive at putting the health of my (remaining) teeth above all other considerations. A usually painful process is made as painless as possible & Natty always keeps you fully informed & made to feel you are in safe hands. Fantastic experience: Been coming to Haynes Dental for around a year now and had several treatments. Dr Natty has always been efficient, thorough and friendly and likewise I have always been impressed with the reception team. I rarely write reviews, but I feel compelled to do so based on the experience I had yesterday with the Hygienist, Rachel. I have visited Hygienists before, and rarely leave disappointed, but Rachel was outstanding. I never knew somebody could have such a passion for Oral hygiene, and it was honestly one of the most valuable uses of an hour of time I have ever spent. Rachel did a great job on the scale and polish, but the way she explained everything and the advise she gave was unbelievable. I felt the need to write everything down when I got home!! Now the challenge of sticking to everything she said so that I don't get in trouble next time!!

Fantastic experience: This has been my dental practice for at least 9 years now. Prior to finding Haynes Dental my fear of entering a dentist meant that I did not go at all for more than a decade; until one day my teeth were hurting so bad, that I had no choice. The parents of my tutees at the time recommended this surgery, and I haven't looked back since. I met Dr. PJ Haynes. A gentle and lovely man. I felt at ease instantly. He retired quite recently and now I am under the care of Alexis who also has a gentle hand. The hygienists are also really very good and it is a small but friendly surgery. So I would highly recommend going there, as customer care is at the core and they strive to restore your teeth, educate you on how to care for them, and not to remove them. I have never paid for dental care before, but with this practice it's worth considering. You will never regret it. Get down there. You will never look back.

Fantastic experience: I've been customer of Haynes Dental & Implant Clinic for 15 years and I am very satisfied. I wish to highlight the professionalism of the team and especially that of Wanda McGann, the hygienist. Gum disease is heredity and runs in my family. 2 years ago Wanda discovered that I was developing Periodontitis and she swiftly and safely ensured I was given the best treatment and advice to stop the disease from developing. With her help and guidance I am glad to report that I have combatted the disease and my oral health is in perfect condition. Top marks.

Fantastic experience: Luke is the best dentist I have met and this is the reason I have remained loyal for the last 13 years or so to Haynes dental. His philosophy of conservation of natural teeth is commendable and he is the only person who managed to sort out my rather challenging issues with long term success.
