Fantastic experience: I have severe fear of dentists, which means each visit is a personal struggle, and because of my lack of dental care in the past, my teeth and gums need a lot of attention. The team at Tisbury are very supportive, and set out clearly what is needed from me, and what professional help is recommended. Although I am still terrified, I am convinced that with regular visits my fear will reduce.

Follow up after care too with a phone call. Kelly & Luke are a five star team in my opinion.

I was in the chair a long time but the toothache was sorted. Great team! Thank you.

Negative experience: Went for a general check up, dentist performed minor procedure without quoting a price or informing me of additional costs. I was charged an extra £110 for this. Really unimpressed with the way it was handled.

Positive experience: The reception staff and hygienist were very friendly, but as a new patient, I would have expected the dentist who treated me to be more friendly. I found his manner a bit abrupt and not reassuring. He speaks too fast to follow easily and when booking my dental treatment, he did not warn me of possible infection afterwards, so I had to postpone my treatment until after my holiday. Also, he did not warn me before the booking that I would not be able to eat for several hours after the treatment. I am happy with the dental treatment he gave me however. I do also feel that the staff do a bit of a hard sell for extra treatment, which I have not experienced at my previous practice.

Negative experience: I didn’t feel myself a valued client. On the contrary, I felt myself as a second class citizen. I was upset because my disability wasn’t understood and that they take advantage on me, because of that and the pandemic, which means I have very limited choices. I felt if my money would not worth the same than anyone else. Very disappointing and upsetting.
