Fantastic experience: I'm usually apprehensive about any dental appointment. With Laura Jones you are quickly put at ease. The treatment process is always relaxed and pain free. After five years with this practice, I wouldn't go anywhere else.

Negative experience: Having been with Laura Jones for a number of years I had a check up appointment cancelled at short notice in 2021 in the middle of the pandemic. Was told that they would call me with a new appointment. Never heard from them. Tried calling them several times since. Just got the answering machine promising someone would call me back asap. Again never heard from them. Twigged it was because I was nhs but they hadn't the guts to tell me that I'd been deregistered without telling me. Very greedy dentist who just wants the money. So I've now gone private with a much superior dentist and will be seen next Wednesday lol. Laura Jones has done me a favour. Awful customer care. Laura Jones someday will be crying out for nhs patients. But I won't be one of them. So avoid!

Negative experience: Awfully unorganised, cant get an appointment for my 7 year-old this year at all. Told as he was last seen in June 2022 and other patients not having been seen since 2020, they are all prioritised ahead of him!? This was also the excuse I was given when I previously called in June to get him an appointment but was refused. When asked when he could expect to be seen just told they have no idea. Terrible service to give to patients, especially a child needing seen. Had to call another dentist and get him registered as Laura Jones dentist obviously not interested. New dentist got him registered and appointment booked in for next month, no hassle. Why is Laura Jones so far behind in seeing patients? Avoid if you need an appointment within the next few

Everyone there could not have done better, trying to do their work and having to cover so much health, safety, hygiene and care for the patient. Fantastic experience: Always polite and punctual with timings etc.Although the selection of magazines in the waiting area leave much to be desired, having said that I only look at the pictures since I rarely take my reading glasses with me. National Geographic is so 1980s, more FHM and Nuts please. My dentist ( I've forgotten her name ) is excellent, just the right balance of professional and jovial, that's indeed a fine line to walk, a couple of times she veered towards over familiarity but then just at the last moment boom, complete professional. All in all a very very average service. All jokes aside. 100% as always. Kudos.

Negative experience: My appointment was for 11.15 am. I was there at 11.10 to be sure I was in time. A client who came in around 10 minutes after me was taken into the surgery ahead of me. After waiting 35 minutes and not being given any reason or apologies for the long delay I had to leave. I do not believe an extended delay is reasonable for a nervous patient. Bobby Gilbert.
