Fantastic experience: I am the girl who grew up carrying a deep fear of the dentist, something I never thought I’d overcome. That was until I met Kelson Mathias. From the very beginning, he showed such kindness, patience and understanding. He always took the time to explain everything, never rushed me, and treated me with such gentle care that I slowly began to feel safe in the chair — something I never thought I’d say. Kelson fitted me with braces and composite bonding, and every single appointment became a positive experience rather than something to dread. He didn’t just transform my smile, he truly changed how I feel about dentistry altogether. Because of this wonderful man, my fear is gone, my confidence has grown, and I no longer live with dental anxiety. I will be forever grateful and couldn’t recommend him highly enough.

Negative experience: My daughter is at this practice and the dental nurses are amazing, they made my daughter very comfortable and made her feel safe in thier hands. However today i had to cancel due to my daughter being in collage and taking part in her collage performance. The receptionist were rude and very very judgemental i was very sad to see how they made both me and my daughter feel today.

Fantastic experience: Had to have a tooth extracted. The dentist was amazing! He explained everything to me so I fully understood. He spoke to me during to check everything was OK was really reassuring. Dentists in general are hard for me to go to but I left there with a. Smile on my face after having a tooth removed. All the staff were being so kind, helpful and comftable start to end. Really recommend this dental practice

Positive experience: Went for a checkup today Seen a great dentist called John who talked me through the work I need done. Only issue I have is that my next appointment is not until February 2026, hence the 4 stars.

He did a great job—carefully cleaning and replacing the filling, even though it was in a tricky spot at the very back molar. The whole process was handled professionally and with care. Fantastic experience: I have had nothing but positive experiences with Taf Dental. All the staff that I have met are great, especially Mo and his assistant. Before being Mo’s patient I had a massive fear of the dentist, since being under Mo’s care I have overcome my irrational fear and my dental health has improved drastically. Mo has been very informative and has given me the relevant info in terms I understand as well as going through all my options. Mo has also given me advice on how to care for my teeth/ gums while taking time to show me which products I should be using. Thanks for everything Mo and Mar I appreciate all the hard work over the last 12 appointments.
